Absolutely nothing has changed much over the past twenty years, except that people are not doing the racism denial thing.. not as widespread as ten years ago anyway. Since the past two years, no one denies that it is happening. And that alone makes things clearer for everyone. Man, a lot of agencies run by Chinese help their clients through these shady practices. I remember going through one of these agencies after university to see if I can get some government scholarships to furthur my education with hopes that it'll help with job prospects, and they advised me that they would pad my resume with bogus employment history in order to meed the scholarship requirements, and I noped out of there. I wonder what is it about China that encourages people to turn to scams/shady practices?
