I went on a date with a recent immigrant from China. She had a fake job in Montreal which her parents back in China pay for. All she does is study French at “work” and collects a “pay Cheque” so she can pass the job / language checks and get her citizenship via Quebec, before she heads to Vancouver. Canadian/provincial immigration is completely broken and needs to be fixed.

Canada must be making a lot of money from it. China would never put up with this they would stop you from entering in a minute, or deport you. Very interesting he only served two of the seven years while many of his clients got sent back to China. It seems a though he got a slap on the wrist. I think there is something deeper going on here.

They are not innocent... these Chinese think they will get away wit it just as they would be in China by paying bribes. The agent should be expelled from Canada. In China we would be in jail, would be expelled and prevented from coming back.

Why people think China will rule the world when it's citizens want a better life in places like Canada and America. There freedom is imaginary in China. Most of the people there are living in poor and poverty lifestyle. They see the 300 million who are making it, while the other 1 billion are not. No freedom of religion, freedom of openness, freedom to be able to do what you want. The only thing people have to watch out from China is, if it explodes then the world will have to feed those 1 billion who are now presently on the last leg and if strive continues massive starvation that will be worst than what happen in North Korea. The dragon is running out of smoke and fire.

This is happening in Australia but we've become a soft target ,try doing the same thing in China and you'd be locked up for life if not executed .Anyone whose visited China will know that scamming is a way of life .You get into a taxi and you receive counterfeit change back , you buy 3Kg of apples and when you get home it only weighs 2.5 kg . And if you happen to get married to a Chines citizen you cannot become one and your visa has to be renewed every 3 years or revoked and you have to leave.

In China once you get to the mainland .they take your picture and finger prints..if you wanna travel across China..we must show my American passport everywhere..even at the bus stations..they took another picture when I was leaving. \nNorth America should do the same

Why is this guy free? He should have been stripped of everything and deported back to China. Canada is too soft on crime. Canada should have required that woman to testify in English or French. Not knowing either language should have been a clue that she did not live in Canada.\n\nHere in the US I would like to see the death penalty for immigration crimes on the grounds of national security. You have a completely corrupt immigration, police and government in China. So I believe some of his clients when they say they just trusted him and his dodgy process. That's how it works in China.

Why he was granted for a paroul and released after 2yrs of imprisonment the mere fact that he cheated and make a million dollars money in Canada through fraud? He needed ti serve his 7yr sentence and deported back to China.

Man, a lot of agencies run by Chinese help their clients through these shady practices. I remember going through one of these agencies after university to see if I can get some government scholarships to furthur my education with hopes that it'll help with job prospects, and they advised me that they would pad my resume with bogus employment history in order to meed the scholarship requirements, and I noped out of there. I wonder what is it about China that encourages people to turn to scams/shady practices?

stop all the immigration from china, india, pakistan, philippines for at least 10 years. there was a lot of cases ( proven , myself worked with lots of them)they buying electrician/instrumentation ticket in Ontario. They don't need to take exam in English ,translator is OK.

So he made 10m dollars. They should at least get that back and secondly these individuals who claimed the state benefits for low wage top ups in Canada must hand every penny back for that and the legal costs. Just expelling these people who don't even live in China anyway is not much punishment.
