Why should Cdns become as greedy as Americans? The economy is slower but Canada has a totally different mindset . If you start with different principles for comparison the outcome is very different than you suggest. The problem is Global not Cdn !

Canada doesn't have a housing problem. Canada has a money problem. Politicians just don't know how to make more money, so they picked the easy way out.

I am on a visitor visa in Canada but most of these speeches are fantasy. It’s not easy it looks. People or companies here employ those they know mostly
2023-08-22 0
My greatest concern is how to recover from all these economic and global troubles and stay afloat especially with the political power tussle going on in Canada.
2023-08-20 0
The government doesn’t make it easier for businesses in Canada either. Not a surprise really.

Canada is just the US up north : ultra capitalist spirit. People will do anything for a buck. No thanks!

Amerca's secret weapon: Canadas broken financial system?
2023-08-15 0
Meh, this immigration is making living in Canada unaffordable. If all you care about is growing GDP, then it's great. If you care about the standard of living? Well, we have gone downhill for the last 20 years.

Aside from what was said (making more money), other reasons why many immigrants would fight tooth and nail to get U.S. citizenship are the fact that the U.S. has a bigger and wealthier population, which translates to American companies getting more investment money. And in turn, are alot more willing to invest more of that money into their employers. Other underlying reasons include an overall warmer climate, rich pay less taxes, and the fact that an immigrant finally obtaining U.S. citizenship is considered a status symbol. \n\nAnd there are other reasons why Canada government is far more immigrant friendly. The government wants to increase their country's population to at least 100 million, and that isn't possible with Canada being one of the numerous countries experiencing a decline in baby's being born. And the new immigrants are to hopefully prevent the time in the future when Canada has too many old people, but not enough caretakers and young people to tax.

Yes, Indeed. Canada is beautiful. I'm here in Canada for 2 years now and I love it. Yes, its true also that there are pros and cons, but you need to love the place because no one is perfect. ❤ you just need to look for a lesser evil. But dont expect too much because every places always have flaws. ?

Comparing Shopfy to Google is not apple to apple. What about Google Canada to Goolge US?
2023-08-12 0
Canada might have a more welcoming immigration system, but that's also why the cost of living is so high. Top 6 in the world. Also I went to Toronto for business and talked to people, it's awful, rents around around 3-5k for single bedroom. Everything was waaaaay more expensive than even here in downtown Chicago where I live. rents are up 40%. If you're poor, good luck LOL

I would never even consider moving to the US. Guns are too accessible, not caring about children lives (more for their guns). Backward in a lot of their technology. Canada is the place to be. No way ever ever would I move there

I’m not sure about the rest of the country but in Quebec you can’t just go from School to permanent residency. You need to apply for a work visa first and only then can you apply for permanent resident, acceptances take upwards of a year and that’s if it’s a single person. If you have a family or even a spouse more paperwork so it takes longer, I know a few people some who are single and got accepted and families. I know someone who’s been here for years and has extended his work visa because the permanent residency is taking so long because he has a wife and child. Afterwards you need to remain in Canada for like 3yrs before you can apply for citizenship.

Most of homeless people in Canada are literally canadians who are adicts or dont even wanna work. That’s why people move to Canada. Construction needs people everyday but these ppl to lazy to do that. They dream only with their roch spoiled life. This video is the the best proof. “Silent Racism”? Y’all scream u hate black people in the streets lol wtf

I'm gonna propose something not so crazy because Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the US all do different parts of these already - that any country that's majority English speaking/common law based legal system can opt in to standardize credentials for high school, university, and trade schools. Each country publishes an annual skills shortage list and any citizen of those countries with the right credentials can apply for a work permit (so you can be properly vetted) that becomes valid with a job offer. The US & Canada already do this for select occupations through NAFTA and Aussies can already effectively move to the US under the E-3 visa program. I'm American but went to university in Australia. It's really silly that we don't already do this. I also live in Florida now and work with people from Trinidad, Jamaica, Bahamas, etc. and it's such an unnecessarily burdensome process to hire a professional who you know already has the credentials and work experience.

I was born in Canada and studied here and it was harder to find a job in Canada than the US. Luckily, TN is far easier than H1B so I can at least work here temporarily. But if I wanted to stay for more than 3-6 years, I’d want to look at a green card. But because TN is non-immigrant, I’d have to stay in the US between applying for a green card and getting it. Luckily, there is not much of a wait for Canadians. And I guess given that H1B people need permission to leave, our ability to leave and comeback however much we want is a luxury (though you could always get a difficult officer)

Yes that's right the NDP leader guy Singh calling Canada white supremacy racist.
2023-08-07 0
Why didn’t you compare the salary of Google salaries in Canada and the US instead of a different company
2023-08-07 0
Canada has so many Ministers/MPS/MLAs from South Asia, but Australia has none., meaning that Canada high political rights for immigrants compared to Australia.
2023-08-07 0
Yes this is sad for the individual. But we have all seen the marbles ted talk. If you haven't it is basically the idea that the US can only take a drop in the bucket when it comes to immigrants. Even if we took the same percentage as Canada did, its still nothing compared to the amout of people trying to get in. It is better for thier home country for them to live here for a little bit and go back. The US essentially only takes the best and brightest people from other countries. People that could be making their home countries a better place to be.

This guy with turban is saying he doesn't has electricity or even a smartphone in his house when he left for Canada..... complete lies even a most backward town or village people have smart phone
2023-08-05 1
so the best way is to immigrate to canada and once you get citizenship move straight to the U.S. for a better salary and house price

In the past 2 years I have had 5 crainiotomies, 1 kidney removed and a hernia. Looking at this in the USA, this would cost me over $3, 000, 000 for my care. I would be bankrupt. You say that the health insurance cost ONLY a couple of hundred dollars a month ($2400 a year) ... here, I pay NOTHING per month. Most insurance plans in the USA hve a few THOUSAND dollar deductible on top of the monthly payment. Yes, I do pay higher taxes than in the USA but the social programs are worth it ... INCLUDING HEALTH CARE. There is also a reason why the Canadian lapel pin is worn by Americans in when they go to Europe. There is also a reason why part of the French landscape is Canadian soil (Vimy Ridge ... France gave the area to Canada as a THANK YOU for what we did during WW1). The Netherlands sends Canada 1000's of tulips to Canada every year thanking Canada for making part of the maternity ward in Ottawa Hospital Dutch soil. Queen Jiliana gave birth to Margriet and the only way to stay in line for the thrrone was to be born on Dutch soil ... Ottawa complied. Canada also liberated the Netherlands in WW2.

You should move to Norway, and make videos from there...or from Canada.A lot of simillarities, though Canada is vast compared to our little speck of land.?
2023-08-04 0
30% of new immigrants plan on leaving canada within two years. Liberals lied to them and I'm happy to see them go. I never voted to bring them here. It's only going to lead to conflict.
