I know a lot of orchard owners that are going to be just as screwed as they were during Covid, when they didn’t have the labor to get the fruit picked!! The pickers go home each year, but they buy groceries, gas, fast food and you would be amazed at the amount of older vehicles that get sold at the end of the picking season!! But the local people don’t apply for the jobs in the orchards or even in the packing plants!! They feel that is beneath them and it doesn’t pay enough! I do support limiting the amount of these students who can stay in Canada, but at the same time I really feel bad for a lot of these students who were sold a lie from the Liberal government. I moved to the town of Brampton in 1968. It was a small village consisting of mainly canadian/British people. I have family that live in Brampton now that have been to college in the medical field. They cannot even get a job because they don't speak Hindi. That IS racism! I now live in a beach town in Ontario and I'm seeing the same thing happen. Indians are taking all the jobs, buying the businesses to cater to their own kind. When you go to the beach now, it is 85% Indians. Canada's government has failed, because our leader has sold the country to India.

I'll tell you about prices in Canada. (please fact check me fellow Canadians, I wrote this in a rage. Also, most of this is from Ontario cause I live there) The monopolies here are insane. Highways that were built using tax payer money were sold to companies and now Canadians need to pay to us it. Most grocery stores are owned by a few major companies and I see butter prices rising every few months. A 1L carton of cream at my local store is $8! I won't talk too much about housing cause it's obviously sh**. I will say a couple of years ago the Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford (my greatest enemy), was releasing the protection of the green belt, a protect part of Ontario used for agriculture. He said he would use it to build new homes, great right? NOPE. First of all, the green belt is used for food to reduce prices for Canadians cause its local. He has stated he would move it to another location but that land there is less fertile. The worst thing is, the reason he is saying he would use the green belt to build houses is because the land there is very valuable. And guess who owns that land? His BUDDIES! That means he would sell that land to developers and his buddies would get all the profit cause the money developers use to buy the land will directly be put on the buyer. Not to mention, Doug Ford, the same person, since his instatement as premier, has cut the Ontario education budget by 50%. 50%!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. Can't even afford air conditioning in schools where the weather is so extreme. Rogers? The largest internet provider in Canada? Absolutely cr*p. So many complaints about bad connection and cutoffs which I also experienced when my mom bought one of their products and my internet was sh** for a couple of months. The ONLY, and I mean only, good major thing Trudeau has done is legalize marijuana. Another thing I forgot to mention is that our government is made up of criminals. Doug Ford, he and his family use to partake in drug dealing. Another major complaint is the ttc which is public transportation costing so damn much! As a student, it costs me over $1000 a year to get to school using the ttc. The times aren't even that great either as even on a major road, I had to wait 25 minutes to get a bus. Thats my rant.

Went through the pathway of studies-work-residency-citizenship\n\nLet me simplify the story for all of you guys here that lacks immigration intel. \n\n1) The quality of migrants you see here is not what Canada needs long term. It’s not a matter of ethnicity, but Canada needs to import talented and educated folks in medicine, engineering, trades etc. None of these individuals are interested in studying and are either attending 3rd grade colleges/universities to get a work permit and hoped to stay on. \n\n2) Shoddy sales tactics include lying or ‘avoiding stating the obvious’ that could make you lose the deal. This is exactly what the Canadian government did with these people. The Canadian dream was sold somewhat properly before 2017/2018 I would say. Post Covid there was a MASSIVE need of manpower in minimum wage jobs. The government could not afford increasing minimum wage at the time and international students would do exactly those jobs and bring in millions of dollars in tuition fees. The government opened the gates for these strip-mall colleges to take unprecedented numbers of students with allowances to work. These students were sold the exact same dream that a top quality University/college student is sold about Canada. They needed to be used at the time. And if they would’ve been told that their quality of students are only needed temporarily, they wouldn’t have come. The labour shortage at the time wouldn’t have been solved. So a CATCH 22 of the highest order. \n\n3) Canada CANNOT give in to such protests as it will set the worst example of migrant pandering for future generations. The best talent will refrain from entering Canada and more and more of these types of immigrants who do not want to assimilate to the Canadian culture will want to keep on coming.
