Fun fact… When prisoners of the United States are being transported from point a to point B they are handcuffed in shackled for safety reasons! Unless the person needs to take daily/weekly meds to maintain the persons looks/characteristics. If a troop needs meds for other health issues the military will not let the troop serve on the front lines.
