Now that the US is led by a madman, Canada, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand must strengthen their ties and cooperation. Direct Real Estate Contribution is only about 13% of GDP, with construction adding another 7%, making the total direct contribution approximately 20% of GDP. Only if you factor in wider construction and housing related activities it accounts to that 40% figure.

Canadian here. Didn't know about the American copay for doctor visits !!! For a comparison I had something wrong last year and had to go daily to doctor appointments for over a month. I spent money on gas, 1 parking ticket (messed up one day with free on street parking), and a huge box of Tim Hortons doughnuts for the clinic staff as a thank you gift when it was all over ❤ the copay sounds horrific and explained so much. Thank you for sharing your experience in America.

Canada and the US share the longest border in the world. It's not just illegal immigration coming from Canada but the US as well. Both countries need to co operate to stop this. Also, illegal immigrants can not claim refugee status if they are escaping from a developed country. In Canada people use the toilet inside and clean it each weekday, no food is thrown outside, and No clothing is dry or washed inside by hand. so indians can't destroy beautiful condos by doing all. The balcony can't filled with food or fill with bad stuff, balconies are for sitting and flowering. Before moving out apartment should be as clean as taken, The Indian left the apartment dirty, and damages with denied all. They're only busy making money not to clean any apartment, In this situation which landlord will accept them to get rent after suffering all the damages. Indians frequently move out without or not respecting the lease term. They never stayed long. Each year, 2-3 - 6 months they left doing all trouble with landlords. Which landlord will rent the frequent flippers with no good credit or references to the flippers?

Indiana are very difficult nation to respect the rules and laws in the housing sector to during to jobs - and education. They don't want to learn the foreign rule except just want to make money by ignoring all rules. \nI rule said to allow the apartment to be sized and rules to all nations 2 people the indians will bring the same apartment 10-15 person minimum, damages within a days weeks, non-respect the rules they agreed to respect. \nWhen landlords are the same rules as all others indians think it's only for them, and cleanliness maintenance is the main issue. It's just something to be aware of.\n\nIn downtown, it's common to see large gatherings where people are dancing, playing loud music, and sometimes drifting cars. There's also a tendency for loud phone conversations on public transport, which can be seen as disruptive since people here are generally more sensitive to noise in public spaces.\n\nThat being said, I have no hate at all—one of my best friends is Indian, and I really appreciate how they always support me without expecting anything in return. Just wanted to share this as an observation. Thanks!
