It's disheartning to see lack of diversity in many establishment, because the workforce is predominantly indians with a token effort at exclusivity. This trend makes Canada less appealing to many which leads to an exodus of people. On the other hand, American community, which seems more aware & evolved, has a different view on indinn community. They like us (See Nate Friedman's video on Indian voters in Jersey n the comments section). \nEven Donald Trump has praised indian community.
