Plan is to leave Canada within the next year or two. As long as Liberal ideologies and wokeness are being applied to society, Canada is not a safe place to raise my children or affordable to provide my family with an ideal home. Canada is not what it used to be and it is a country in decline with no end in sight. Those that decide to stay.. good luck and hope Canada bounces back one day. Because if it doesn't? It will be too late to leave by then.

Just because you’re qualified to be a doctor in some 3rd world country doesn’t mean you should get to practice here. Canada already has an issue with doctors giving insufficient care the last thing we need is to let the equivalent of witch doctors start practicing medicine here

We thought of going home after a few years in Canada. Ripped off for salary, as ignorant immigrants, we found day to day life difficult. We just didn't want to go home and admit we gave up. It's not so bad now. The kids settled in well.

My family goes back many generations in Canada, and even I don't like what has happened to our country. The Liberal government has run our home into the ground.

Get your Canadian passport, then leave. Return for free medical treatments then leave after 6 months in Canada to satisfy requirements to keep your universal health care; repeat. Don't live in Canada. Ironically, discrimination is worst coming from immigrants who have no respect or desire for Canadian values. Disrespect for women is more overt now.

Big oversight here. Immigration credential fraud was/is a big reason many immigrants have had to re-educate in Canada. The cheats/bad eggs in the past who bought their diplomas or forged their credentials had destroyed a very welcoming country, hence the reason for this in the first place.\nAlso, asking Canadians to send out welcoming committees to new arrivals is another great way to irk Canadians who have always been way more friendly and opening than most.

My dad was an engineer back home and when he came here, they said his university diploma was not accepted here. He was forced to work a 9-5 job career instead.

For years the government in Canada has forced people of Canada to pay the highest taxes and helped the richest 10-15 families buy all businesses across Canada protecting them from free market competition. I have lived in Spain for years and now live in the UK, I can tel you Spain was ever better in teams of infrastructure and recently visited ontario Toronto and Brampton areas in Canada, my goodness I was blown away with the difference and the life styles in Canada it was amazing still can't get over it, am already working on getting a truck license and finish my it course. This is poor journalism. Yes there is a spike of 31% increase of Immigrants choosing to leave canada; That may sound significant until you break the numbers down. Between 1982 to 2017, an average of 0.9% of immigrant chose to leave Canada. That is for every 1000 immigrants, 90 will change their mind and leave Canada. In 2019, that figure jump to 1.18% from 0.9%. That is in 2019, 118, instead of 90, will chose to leave Canada for every 1000 immigrants. Again, 0.9% to 1.18% represents 31% increase, but lets put things in context and not make mountains out of mold hills.

Canada is already too full, housing is scarce, and decent paying jobs are nonexistence. But the rich want cheap labor and that's what they're going to get. While Canadians are getting addicted to drugs.

Living there since 2013, moving out of here as soon as I get chance. No savings, high expenses, low salary standards, less opportunities, very few corporate culture & few big firms, highest depression in developed world, worst weather, poor government, less progress & development. Been 10 years, still don’t see much new thing there, even same cloths & design can be found in stores which I bought 10 years back. Literally, living in Canada is monotonous.

this is scary. we don’t even know who we’re letting into our own country. and with everything currently going on, who knows how many of them are sleeper agents or terrorists sent to destroy the country from within? especially with a vast majority of them being fighting age men? islamic extremists, terrorists, all people we’re letting cross into our country FREELY, and supporting and encouraging BETTER than our own citizens?!\n\nmany of them hate the very country, people, and values they’re illegally entering and eventually overpopulating and mass influencing. eventually these same people will hold positions of power, and the sheer number of them is absolutely overwhelming and can’t be ignored, with the number increasing each day our borders remain open, and security and stricter laws aren’t enforced. and with the constant display of weakness and incompetence from our “leaders”, they may just be emboldened. i’m afraid that one day, they may just rise up and commit mass terrorism. looting, murder, are all possibilities. and with the sheer number of them, we wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. they would be the ones in power now. thing is, our country supports and helps the illegals who hate them more than their own citizens. it’s absolutely treasonous. the longer our borders remain unprotected and wide open, their numbers will only increase, and so will their terrorism. \n\nnot only that, but the amount of illegals we constantly let in and those who are already in, are absolutely negatively impacting our country’s economy, living conditions, population is increasing, many of which are illegals and are a danger to our society, their numbers increasing by the day and taking over our country from within and them holding positions of power, homelessness and cost of living is rising, debt and inflation also keep rising, etc. it’s all bad. \n\nmass deportations must be enforced, but even then, im afraid that too many of them have already infiltrated the country. and considering how our own government hates us and spends billions on everything else BUT their own citizens. it’s not looking good and has huge potential to explode into something terrifying. \n\nthis is already a massive ongoing threat in america, and the possibility of it happening here in Canada becomes more likely the longer our borders are open, and the longer stricter laws and more protective and security measures aren’t being enforced. canada must be canada FIRST with the safety, security, and well-being of our citizens FIRST. \n\nthough with the constant numbers, and the continued ignorance, evil, and corruption in our government, i’m afraid they’re already here waiting for the right moment to strike us. \n\nthat’s why above all, we can’t rely on our leaders to do anything or bring us peace. the only one who can, is Jesus Christ. the one who gave His life for us and gave us the free gift of salvation. all we must do, is follow him, pick up our crosses, have faith in him, and have a relationship with him. \n\nwe must all repent of our sins and lovingly follow him. that is all that matters.
