3 years 3 months in the US and moving back in 2 weeks. The absolutely hardest thing is a lack of community. Add a very materialistic society, little social support, $500/month for insurance where youre limited to what doctor or hospital or dentist you can go to, all the red tape to do literally anything....its unfortunate. My mental health took a sharp decline, and a lot of other people are in the same boat.

Hi, bro you are doing a good job, you told many knowledgeable things some of them are right but some are not. You can make a single video on Punjab regarding that Punjab was also one country earlier time. In 1947 Punjab was combined to India. People who are asking for Khalistan they are just asking for their old Punjab.

Stupidity … even in india in our family we do small things ourselves. We don’t call ppl for bulb repair, or small plumbing issues.

Toronto has a massive influx of people, so housing is a challenge, of course. I can walk to things, bicycle to things, or take the subway. I remember how bleak the downtown looked with parking lots everywhere, now replaced with parks, attractions, and condo housing. Each neighbourhood is dynamic - new communities currently being built on tired, older malls - make better use of space.

The Bomb part is wrong. Do your research again. It was done by Indian govt so they could blame sikhs. Intel is there on the internet also. Do spread fake things on your channels.

I don’t know why your video popped up in my suggestions, but it did. It’s very inspiring to hear of all the things you’re working towards, but please find some time to rest and see a doctor. Do it for your kids, your family, and most importantly— yourself. So you can continue to achieve dreams and goals and see your kids grow up. ??

Nice Vlog, yeah I can totally understand . I live in America and here even small things we have to do by ourselves it’s very hard when you are sick then nobody is here to help you , you have to cook cleaning by ourselves and no other help . And you have to assemble all furniture by ourselves. Really I love my India ?

I like your videos but, a lot of misinformation. \nOne thing people need to understand is Sikhs can't be suppressed. If we are supressed then. We will retaliate, its in our blood, maybe not today, tomorrow for sure.We never got justice for 1984 sikh massacre victims. The criminals are roaming free in streets.

In India u have to pay lakhs to get admission. Same thing in hospitals. Honesty ,discipline, everyone following traffic rules, clean air, these are plus points.\n.

Born and raised in Ontario, from immigrant parents. What I can say is Toronto was holding on before the pandemic and once it hit things fell apart. Parts of Toronto look like a Batman movie. What's wrong with Toronto? People who live in the city don't want to pay higher property tax like every other municipality surrounding it, so they can't pay for everything. Maintenance is neglected, very few rental buildings being built, a safe injection site at a tourist area (Younge-Dundas Sq) isn't really smart. Add the fact Canada was coasting on a good reputation internationally, so all types of people coming here seeking refugee status, which fine we are compassionate helpful people but at a certain point its too many people. Things aren't being run to benefit people and improve their lives, it more feels like we're patching things with duct tape and saying its fixed.

It makes sense Canada is very liberal. In every liberal democrat run city in America its the same thing. In the democrat cities they do it as population control by adding rampant drug use to the mix, they know the drugs will kill off hundreds if not thousands a day

‼️‼️‼️Reality is unemployment and shitty governments so far. There are things which only people know who are migrating. Khalistan is just a distraction used by government to make people look bad from Punjab.

Everything you mentioned is honest. Settling in another country totally depends on one’s perspective. I have been through this state so I know what you have witnessed and what other people would be thinking or saying. I am wondering how you packed your everything and moved? Like the house rent which you gave in advance? And all the stuff you bought? One thing more, totally agreed “paisa pani ki trha bah raha hay”

Very well researched..Such things need to be shared in mainstream media to derail the propaganda run by the Anti India elements...Sikhs are one of the most patriotic communities in the country. People should refrain of relating them to Khalistan..\n\nMoreover, It's high time for Indian Govt to focus on issues faced by Punjab so that Punjabis can have more confidence in them and they don't get the feeling of being discriminated.

While settlement in Canada is hard, packing up to go back soon after is even worse. While it’s a good country to come when you’re young, it’s hard for old people to adjust, especially the weather.\n\nI feel you got tired too early, just because you had to do all your work yourself. This is way of life in most countries and I’m surprised you didn’t know.\n\nFor sure you overlooked your kids’ future by refusing to sacrifice a few things. For them it would have been worth. Besides, you overplayed the fear of drugs in your mind.\n\nWell live where you are happy instead of taking rash decisions to upset lives.\n\nGood Luck

I like Your videos . \nCouple of things to be corrected: Double check the data of wheat production share of punjab. Second the soil was not great , in 60s-70s it was people of punjab who worked day night to make it cultivatable. It was not only grain. Then these people moved to utrakhand and UP. They did the same.

Great job n great research by the Nitish Rajput's team. This is 100% true, most of the people migrated to Canada in 80s-90s remember punjab negatively. Most of the news these people hear is through the indian media houses which very negative. They expect the same rights from indian government as they get from Canadian government. Most of the Khalistani supporting got active because of ruling party politics where a regular sikhs whose son, brother n father served in indian army and marines is called Khalistani without any reason. This has definitely created a divide in society, and media houses are also spreading the negativity towards a community. \n\nWahi baat h ki Modi is not india n humei ni pasand uski politics. Doesn't mean ki hum anti nationalist hogye or we hate modi. Bhai nahi pasand humei politics jo society mei divide kre. First thing a sikh child is taught is that everyone is equal. Ab tum fundamentals attack kroge toh humei ni pasand ayega.

People say us khalistani but dont realize why this demand is arising. We contributed maximum to freedom and freedom struggle was fought from canada also. But when all things promised to us were not given after 47..the same fight resumed again but now with our own people. India and its politicians just used and throwed sikhs?. We donot have any power.only up biharis elect pm and now they are making hindu rashtra despite the fact that they did nothing for indias independence

I live in Montreal Canada and as a refugee from Rwanda I have no other options but to stay. \nFor those who are from peaceful countries in Africa and well educated who make at least equivalent of $2000 in Africa, please do not come here.\nFor example: it's not easy to buy a house if you're single, you need to be married to be able to afford a house. Let alone buying a house, renting isn't also easy, the cheapest now for families is $1000.\nLet's say you make $20 per hour, this salary will never get you anywhere unless you're married or have other sources of income. You need a second job and the more you earn the more you're taxed.\nEven those high skilled people can only live comfortably only as working couple because as a single high skilled person even if you make more than $100k a year for you to live a good life here isn't easy. Yes of course, it's still better than the most african countries, but for those doing well in Africa already don't come here, come when you're hardly earning a living in Africa. \nNB: People who make $100k in Canada are less than 11% of the whole population. That's 4257000 million out of 38.7 canadians. The rest are considered low income generating workers who hardly afford things.

Punjab’s per captia is less coz of Punjab’s major institution and business went to the it’s capital Chandigarh , which was promised to Punjab but was later turned into UT. Punjab per captia is 2500 while Chandigarh per captia is 5200dollars … Punjab university , Chandigarh university , Punjab&haryana high court , punjabi music industry , punjabi film industry , punjabi politician , punjabi students has all shifted to Chandigarh , majority of business that operate in Punjab are headquartered in Chandigarh, the IT companies that were reaching Punjab had limited to Chandigarh .. even though Punjabis live in Chandigarh but this output is added separately coz it was turned into UT. I know some people will come no no Haryana also has no capital but Haryana number are more on paper coz Delhi spreads its legs ( NCR). Coz households fall in lower two wealth quintile in Punjab is 4.5% but Haryana this number is 9.3% .. while in Gujarat it is 25.6% and in Bihar it’s 75.2 percent … u can check india in pixels , the maps daily , my finology pages on Instagram they also attach sources with their information .\nThe other thing is that the reason punjab agriculture growth was 5 percent but it’s only 2 percent now coz it has peaked already .. China use to grow at 11 percent but now grow at 6 percent this doesn’t mean China is going to hell , economic growth stops once it hit plateau. The other thing is I don’t know why u keep saying that Punjab is mostly agrarian economy while 20%agriculture contributes in its economy .. Punjab has almost 13000 small and medium factories which is 9th number only low to the states which has ports and their average is 3 times the population of punjab .. the other reason it has the disadvantage of border state where if u see per captia income is less in those districts which borders with Pakistan .. investment is low on that side … Punjab also received 631 million dollars in fdi which is 6th 7th in country …. It is good to talk about problems but I guess media is trying to portray that Punjab is finished , their is nothing while reality is different .\nBTW video was amazing , u deeply researched it and make it clear that this khali bogey is also getting its attention coz of election coming up , they try to stir up the pot with amritpal but nothing happened it will all go away once election are done .

A lot of good things are done by the Sikhs, but that doesn't mean Khalistanis are justified.\nA lot of them might not be terrorists but they are definitely supporting these Terror groups.\nA lot of you would understand if you lost the life of someone close to you; \nSo, STFU. If your group spreads hatred then you will get some of it in return. Maybe, that's why you need to be so united, so that you can spread terror!

Brother ???? , we never ever had anything against india and will never have in future. I’m from chandigarh and my father is serving in chandigarh police since last 35 yrs. My paternal grandfather was in army. But the only thing that let us felt devastated was 1984. Bro , i knw some families who suffered from 84 genocide . They’re literally done with their lives in india. If possible please interview with 1984 sufferers.

Thank goodness I chose the United States for my education. In 2010, I had two options -Texas A&M University and University of Waterloo. I thought of Waterloo at first (being top university in Canada vs 15th in US) as I was naive, but Texas A&M gave me teaching assistantship which meant 100 % tuition scholar and monthly stipend. Being from a lower middle class family in India, I took the option. \nEven 13 years down the line, that was the best decision of my life. I had chance to work with best researchers and professors in world, work in highly funded research labs, publish papers and patent and later get good job in my domain. \nI never aimed for green card and moved back to India. I applied for Canada and even received ITA but didn't go ahead. Things are not perfect but even today in India, most people are impressed by some niche work I did in US.

The only thing you have to remember leaving your home country and going to the west is that you are different not the people livng there... one should be prepared to adapt to Canadian culture.

Now that dont make no since, the needs to lock the borders down , i really dont see why we have to take care of those people, if there country there president is not doing the right thing towards them they can do like we do vote him out ,and vote someone in that will meet there needs , i know this the us needs to put a stop to it ,and i bet the cartel is sitting back and loving it, they got the nerve to bum rush the border Wow that crazy

I have been in Canada for more than 20 years. The cost of living is very high. Housing in Toronto is very expensive, it is better in small towns.\n\nThe most important thing is to come here as a skilled worker. The Canadian immigration website has all the information. \n\nLife overall in Canada is not bad. The government really takes care of the people. Schools are free, and so is health care. The unemployment rate is very low. If you want to work, you will get a job.\n\nMy advice especially for those who are doing fairly well in their countries to stay. I think it is more suitable for young skilled people and those with young children. \n\nWe should also start paying taxes in our countries to develop infrastructure and start holding our governments accountable.\n\nThe young lady in the video is a bid overdramatic. She is earning more than the average worker. She should be managing fine except if she lives in expensive cities like Toronto and Vancouver.

Lynm Canada is not honey and butter things are upside down in these countries: health care system: extremely expensive and waiting list is one year/two years: they don't care. What you see on the internet about the high standards of living is incorrect: l saw many people stranded, but if you come with certificate of sponsorship in areas of shortage Occupation list like Registered nurse, medical Doctors: \n●Kenyans are hard working loving people l have my Brothers from Kenya l used to work with them and we moved together to Europe.\n● The problem my sister Lynn is that, if you go to Europe with competitive profession like office work its difficult,
