Before moving please make sure what you would be doing in a new country for living? Will you be able to manage until you pickup your earnings. You have kids!! will you be able to pay for their educations, house rents, medicine if necessary etc. so on and so forth..\n\nBut one thing i wanted to check many Indians are moving to Canada for a better life, i''m little surprised to see you moving out of Canada, why don't you guys try jobs in IT companies? They pay well and it should solve your major problems, the winter thing you can control by using heaters and Government thing i think it would change after sometime.. Insha'Allah in future a government is elected who would support Palestine, and racism about Islam just ignore it and try to have some workaround, because its all over the non Muslim world and Muslim countries are being destroyed one by one.\n\n*India might not be your choice to move but just incase if you wish then you have your brother here, i will try my best to setup a business for you guys, or if you want to teach English in schools, colleges here you will be paid good i believe because India is moving towards becoming a English country and Masha'Allah you guys speak good English.*

Are you both Palestians? I think not. Therefore you are going to move your children to a non-democratic corrupt muslim country due to perceived crimes against a group of people who share your religion, but you have no contacts with. There are no effective democratic muslim majority countries. Should I make family decisions based on Christian ethnic cleansing in North Africa? Should I worry about the massacre of Coptic Christians in Egypt? Your children will regret your actions and will understand why your parents or grandparents moved to Canada in the first place. I do agree that Canada is a woke-dom, but this will change as traditional conservative values come back into fashion. Anyway good luck with your future plans.

Because your want (or need) to be surrounded by a certain religion, is your want. Funnily enough, last night I was watching CTV’s National News and they were discussing the change in our weather and they showed a lot of coverage of how this weather is affecting the USA. I thought of you right away… and you’re wondering if we ever see any of your news. Every night, your country seems to be featured in our National News alongside our own news.

To be fair, a lot has changed during and after COVID. It's not only in Toronto or Canada in general. The whole world is experiencing inflation. We have 2 major wars . Crime rate everywhere has gone up too.

We always try to make excuses for changes. Reality is, there are problems everywhere. You can run away as much as you want but they'll follow. Sometimes an older one is gone and a new one arises. Anyway, best of luck for you.

As a Christian Latina conservative from the US I completely agree with you both. I have also considered moving from my home country. Wishing you all the best and may these unthinkable things that have been going on in our countries, especially the last 4 years change. Very interesting video, all was well explained. But the situation it's the same here in Europe, and maybe is even worse, in Italy you die of hunger! Salary is so LOW and never changed in more than 20 years, and rent of houses is crazy! It's insanely high and with your salary you can't pay the rent (even if you are a doctor, nurse etc..) you don't have money to buy an house and if you pay a rent you can't spend money on anything else. People here live thanks to their parents savings (who has this luck). The situation is very bad, young people can't find a job because there are no jobs available, it's really hard to live. Cities are dirty and degraded. In public health care you have to wait months and years for a visit, you are forced to go private and pay a lot of money. So I think the situation is serious everywhere. If you know a place where you are paid well and there are no such problems let me know.

This is my 13th year in Canada, I am so sad to see the change, I really hope it will become a better country again with Trudeau stepping down. But we also have to be fair that there are not many countries become better since COVID. Many of you leaving or planning to leave Canada are more like rich country retirees taking advantage of the wage and currency differences between rich and poor countries. So let’s put it this way, if many of you have not worked your whole life here in Canada, will you still have a quality of life in your home countries, such as Southeast Asia or South America? I doubt majority of the population there is make a good money and having great work life balance, and everyone there could afford a decent retirement life. what is more close to nowadays reality is people coming here and hoping they could have a better paid job and settle down here, but most of them found out they are struggling to even maintain their normal life in this country, so they left. For those who came years ago, they made a saving which may not be enough to support a good retirement life here, but is more than enough in other countries, they also choose to flee. Then those successful immigrants will stay here with the option to travel anywhere they want. My son's classmate's grandfather immigrated to Canada long time ago who later become a well known cardiologist and was rewarded as one of the top 25 immigrants Award, all three daughters are now specialists too. I really hope Canada could rise again!

So go live in a Muslim country under Sharia law where surely a tyrant is the ruler. Im sure you'll love it. We're in 2024, The world has changed and is changing..YOU NEED TO ADAPT NOT RUN AWAY! I can understand all the four reasons especially the influence on children morality, but I don't understand you want to leave because your government supports the genocidal zionists. The best thing to do in this case is to change that, start a new political party if you have to but you should not run away and leave the field for the bad guys.

I don't think it's the right decision. Even the traditional Muslim countries are changing much faster in adopting Western culture. Muslims need to find a balance and ofcourse question the injustice. Do good and leave the rest to Allah.

govt. of Canada is increasing the costs or degrading the Canadian currency, all because of climate change. Canada has vast amount of resources that people can have higher standard of living, but too much regulation that tax on its people

I think you guys are making the right choice...there are plenty of Muslim countries to move in to..so instead of trying to change Canada to suit you better you would move to a place that already suits you.. glad for you to make a good decision for your family.

I have lived in many different countries as a Muslim. I have found the perfect balance of Islam, freedom in my day to day life to do things, finding halal, masjids 10-15mins within where I live with programs for my kids and social/educational events. I homeschool my kids and the laws for it are very easy. I absolutely abhor the government though and your no. 1 reason would be mine to leave. However as I explore other options I don’t see options for Muslim country that is easy to naturalize into. \n\nI have joined groups to make future changes through congress and government and trying to learn how I can help with these efforts. I try to imagine what would happen if all the Muslims left these colonizing countries. Boy do they need us yet make us feel like we are powerless. I try to imagine well what if we unified more and kept working for change? While being able to live and practice e Islam how we want. Anyways. Just mumbling some of my own thoughts. Wow I am so amazed how Toronto has changed! I used to live there for 6 years and it was amazing, Toronto has a special place in my heart I had a great time I met wonderful people and learnt a lot, however, the city has changed in a very bad way which is sad to hear at some point I was seriously considering going back but I suppose I will have to let it go.

My parents moved from sweden in late 80's back to Pakistan, along with my dad 2 of his friends also moved back but unfortunately they were not mentally prepared for the change and also they were not able to get financialy stable so they moved back 2 sweden.\n\nBUT my dad stayed in pakistan, and suprisingly my dad made more money then his friends in sweden, all 3 of us siblings are somewhat Allhumdulliah quiet religious (v doing our best) and eduacted.

Canada used to be so affordable, and such an amazing place to live, it's sad that this is all changing... : (\n\nI do have to point out, though, that the tax rate in Canada is the same as in most of Western Europe (30 to 60%) and the ratio between salary and cost of living is similar. It's pretty normal, in France, Italy and Spain to spend half of your salary on your rent/mortgage, some people even spend more than that. (The average salary in France is about 2,000€ or sometimes even less and the average rent for a 1 bedroom in big cities is about 1000€. In Spain, the aberage salary is about 1,000€ but rents are 600€ per month or more...).

This is a very thoughtful and balanced review. As a retired Canadian who had a good job for most of my life, I'm saddened by the decline in almost all areas of life, lifestyle and and people's aspirations in this country. This decline actually seems quite rapid, I would say from 2015 onwards. Housing in major centres was expensive, but it has skyrocketed in the past decade. There has been a decline in many institutions: 1. health-care, especially noticeable since the pandemic that coincided with many boomer medical staff retiring, but also by our sclerotic institutions refusing to enable foreign-trained doctors to work here. Many foreign-trained doctors in the Vancouver area are doing jobs way below their qualifications while many people cannot even get a family doctor. Crazy. Econonically, there seems to have been no plan at all from the government as we exited the pandemic. At least the US had a plan, to 'build back better'. Our government just floats along as if everything is fine, when the decline is very visible especially to older Canadians. We have admitted 1/2 a million people a year from overseas, so our economy should reflect this and show an upswing. But no, we're in a 'technical recession' as of December and probably a real recession as of last week. I have never voted Conservative in my life, but Trudeau is a flaky dimwit with a famous name who has no clue what he is doing. A fool, in fact. He's mismanaged our foreign relations beyond belief, and nothing has improved domestically. When Pierre Poilievre says 'Canada is broken', I believe it. We deserve much better leadership; in Canada's case, the rot does come from the top. Justin the entitled idiot is much more like his mother than his father.\n\nLong rant. I strongly support you for another reason. I grew up in Canada and can't think of a better place to live; thus, I'm glad to see people who don't like my culture leave rather than change Canada to fit their needs.

Canada is not one place - 2 nd biggest country in the world in area, with 13 totally different province's, one area code in the GTA has more population then Western Canada, so one cant paint a single brush stroke to talk about Canada. At present time the whole world is going through changes, look at USA - globalization is changing, look at England dropping out of EU. One cant just say Canada like its one place, Quebec, BC and Alberta have nothing in common, three different countries not one. Different issue's , cultures and languages. Even our first Nations have different cultures, the Haida are not the Mohawks. Its the same with each province. This is all true. It's impossible for most people to buy a home now, especially with Chinese and Ruzzian money laundering in the housing market driving prices out of touch with reality. The health care system should change its name to human plumbing operations department so people don't get too optimistic about their chances of survival. Food is unbelievably expensive and booze and cannabis are true luxuries, but necessities in such a depressing society. A hockey game, our pastime, will cost you two days pay for an average salary. Traveling, from local transit to airline, is double any other country I've been to. What's missing? Oh yeah, Winter!

high cost of living it makes sense to leave Canada all together . You are taxed to death in Canada every thing cost more Canada is a great place if you all ready have lots of money . But if you don’t it’s hard. I find it so weird when they ask for Canadian experience when you just came to Canada I blame the employer they make it difficult for people to get hired and in return people leave to find a job in a different country I did the same thing came to Canada to look for work working in IT and I didn’t get IT job because I did t have any Canadian experience. After two years of working at a job that was not even what I studied I left Canada and found a job that I studied for I got a good job in America Long island New York and never looked back……. I get paid double then I would have if I had gotten a job in Canada any way ….. forget Canadian experience it’s not worth moving to Canada the country has changed. You pay more for everything in the states you get things for a lot less . Car insurance in Canada is so expensive……… do t get me started on the winter ?

If a country opens its borders to Palestinian refugees, they facilitate Israel’s objective of flattering Gaza and ethically cleansing the land to allow for further expansion and illegal settlement. Israel want to get rid of Palestine and all its people, chasing them out and killing those who are too slow. By standing their ground, the Arab world are forcing the west to see what they have supported and see what Israel are doing and encouraging them to change and to act and to stop the genocide. But it is also at the expense of tens of thousands of lives and an entire nations facilities. The Arab world are letting the bodies pile high until the west can't look away any more. I understand both sides of this and dislike both options, letting Palestinians die, and letting Israel take Gaza by accepting refugees. I can't say I support Saudi Arabias actions, but I also would feel the same if they opened their doors to refugees. Neither one are the right solution, and only we westerners can make this stop. And believe me, I am trying to do my part. I have signed. I have shared. I have donated. I have protested. And I will continue to do so until there is a free Palestine

Everywhere is the same in terms of inflations , infect having friends in Europe I know is even worse over there .
