Im in Alberta even though i was born in Ontario. Ive lived in almost every province and came back to Alberta years ago. My boys were born here the 1st time i was here. I would never live in any other province but Alberta! We are more like our own Republic here anyways and despise Ottawa which is fine by me considering Trudeau is there. The cold weather sucks in Alberta but very little mosquitos, summers are awesome and businesses are mostly privatized and not government run! Ive traveled in parts of the states mainly in the northern states and i feel sorry for them but i LOVE TRUMP and wish he was here. I do love Premier Smith and no, im not gay. Conservative and straight! ? Cheers!

You being American don't know how it feels like to go to a Doctor or Hospital when Your Sick and then just go Home.\nWe Pay for Our Drugs and Travel for most of Us, but Nobody goes without Medical Treatment when They need it.\nEverything Else is Covered like a Place to live if Your not too Criminal.\nLots of Woods to live in if Your Resourceful like Me.\nPut Me on the Streets and I'll build a Ponderosa Chalet in the Woods and Live Free.

I am Canadian, my husband is American. I moved to the USA 11 years ago. I live in a liberal state (by American standards) with little violence (by American standards). I like where we live and enjoy most of the people that I interact with. I would move back to Canada in a heartbeat. I must confess that I felt like I stepped back in time 20 years when I moved here - labor standards in the US are so behind the rest of the world (maternity leave, paid time off, job protections, etc). To a Canadian, US culture feels accepting of racism, violence, us vs them mentalities, gun culture, religious and political fanaticism. I still can’t get over how “normal” Americans think their healthcare system is…. most other countries think it is absolutely nuts! I have good insurance, but if I ever develop a serious illness….I will move back to Canada where I can attempt to keep my health AND still have a house to live in. On the surface, Americans and Canadians look alike - but I still feel the cultural differences every day. I’m sure that America feels safe and wonderful to Americans who grew up here - but it can be difficult for people who grew up with different values to agree that these things make America “great”.

It's nothing against America or the people, but Canadians that travel and live in other countries eventually miss home. You would probably feel the same if you came to live in Canada for a while.

I have a good friend who spent a good many years living and working in the US. He summed it up as being very similar in many ways, with some frustrating drawbacks, but overall it was far better in many ways. Don't beat yourself up. We might have a few things going for us, but those who have the will and determination to pull their weight have a far better shot in the US. \n\nRemember that. Americans get out of America what they put into it. Canadians get what they get out of Canada no matter what. If you like the feeling of the reward of hard work and perseverance, you're only limited in America by your own ambition. If you like the comfort and safety of a network of social systems, then Canada is the place to be. On the flip side, if you want to have the peace of mind that the government will take care of you if you can't take care of yourself, then don't go to the US. If you're ambitious and creative and want to work hard at making something of yourself, Canada will crush your hopes and dreams like a bug.

You are better dead than poor in the USA. Your politics are entertainment, and very destressing. No matter which side you are on, about 50% of the people hate you. There is no middle ground, meanwhile your children die more from gunshot than anything else. You have made law and order a business, incarnating more citizens than any other country in the world. You have made medical a business as well, again , better dead than poor in the USA. \n I have meet some fine US people, the general population is not that much different from Canadians. The people are not the government, either, they are just people. \n I don't hate, or even dislike the USA, I just feel they have a system in place that doesn't really represent the average citizen. One thing I would love to see in the US is a third political party, more middle of the line. Something is needed to pull America back together again.

Please read this ?\nThe Isra*li occupation, a fact even acknowledged by Israel*s, traces back to 1948 when the Balfour Declaration of 1917 pledged support for a Jewish national home in Palest*ne. This historical context is essential to understanding the plight of Palest*n*ans. For over 70 years, Palest*n*ans have endured displacement, restricted movement, and lived under harsh conditions. The term “apartheid” aptly describes the segregation and discrimination they face in their own land, marked by numerous Isra*li checkpoints. Despite countless peaceful attempts, oppression persists, leading to further land loss and human suffering. It’s important to note that Ham*as, often a focus of international attention, emerged as a response to active resistance against this enduring injustice. If you trying to feel sorry for Israel*s today I hope you felt sorry for Palest*n*ans for the past 70 years ?. Give the people their homes and country back.?

As a sikh i dont feel safe in india so that's why i move in canada
2023-10-12 0
Everyone from India wants to move to Canada to make it like India - this mentality has to change. \n\nI don’t get why we cannot learn or adapt to new things and learn a thing or two. \n\nYes Canada teaches you responsibility and accountability. Passing a buck just because you don’t feel like it, don’t want to is frowned upon.\n\nEveryone in India loves to have a maid for every little task ans pay them so little the maid remains a maid while the one employing them feel good and Score brownie points. This is the hard truth we want to succeed, we want to give an illusion of success to someone but cannot be happy or appreciate it, why because we miss India or India wali feeling. This is oppression in the name of India. \n\nThis is the stuff that never gets labelled and brushed off as culture and feel. \n\nAs others pointed out two months is too little to decide. It is also fair that you pointed out pros and cons.\n\nIf you are young, just starting your career - nothing like it. But if you already have 5-7 years of exp and want to earn 6 figures right out the gate. Tough luck. Ans expecting 30% raise for every job jump is unheard of.

I live in Toronto and I am not rich. I am regular person. \nIf you are an immigrant and especially if you are considered from visible minority group aka not white, DO NOT leave Toronto at all ! Work hard and make it work for you. I am sure the majority people from your coutires in Canada are located in Toronto and its close cities. If you chose to live outside this multicultural heaven called Toronto then expect to deal with deep racism. Yes people in Canada are rasicst althogh it is not openly like USA.\nIf you are into education and you want to do your degree, move to Montreal. Tuition fees in Montreal are way more cheaper than in Toronto or other parts of Canada. I lived in Montreal before and I went to university there. Montreal is great for education, aba rent are cheaper than Toronto but not for living there if you are visible immigrant. You will never feel you belong down there. Where as in Toronto, you will feel you belong to it within 30 mins max of you arruval. Toronto's motto are : you belong here and we have been waiting for you.\n62%of people in Toronto weren't born in Canada. You will find your community from your country in Toronto and the people are well established. I have been in different cities in Canada and I always felt stranger, even cities as close as ashawa.\nIn conclusion I would say to the visible minority immigrants stay in Toronto as much as you can for work and if you want to study in university go to Montreal. There are two major English universities in Montreal :Concordia university and McGill university, where McGill is one of top 10 university in the world.\n\nFor you Alina, I understand what you are saying and you can go somewhere in Canada and try it out with no racial or inclusiveness issues. Good luck and I hope you will come back to us again one day and I am sure you will. You belong here and we will be expecting you to come. No matter what enjoy your life wherever you are, darling.

Good Video. The only risk i feel about the Western education is woke Gender studies. Else a well balanced video.

Yeah this very lonely feeling is CULTURAL SHOCK! It happens as a natural reaction
2023-10-11 0
Arriving in the dead of winter must have been quite a shock for you.\n\nOften they do not inform new immigrants about the harsh climate beforehand because they do not want to scare them away.\n\nYou do look like you are not feeling well. Keeping the faith is crucial.

This is true. They are transferring there hatred to their generations. And i feel so pitty for sikh people who support them. They are failed to understand this leads to destruction of there children's.

very well explained. I am from Punjab and do feel yes Green revolution has now started to show it's after effects here.
2023-10-10 0
This made me feel bad for you Tyler. I have a feeling that because folks from the US are raised on the story that their country is the best country in the world, it's harder to believe that other people don't share that view and have no desire to live there. \nBit of a painful eye opener.
2023-10-10 0
I feel informative and sincere views shared. Moving abroad is hard for most people who dont have much money to take with them or relatives to support them. If you are committed, hardworking, and patient, you are much more likely to be successful in Canada. If you think it will happen in 1 or 2 years you are mistaken. Education, health, law and order, justice, equality, and opportunities there is no comparison between Canada and India.

Feel Sad U did sab kuch by ur Hands..
2023-10-10 0
You will regret when you kids ask you to send them as a student May be. Indian educations are based on memorization. You can always go sent them in private school. Starting years are hard but you will make it. Even if you move to other side in India 2 months are not enough to settle. At the end where ever you feel happy

Born and raised in Ontario, from immigrant parents. What I can say is Toronto was holding on before the pandemic and once it hit things fell apart. Parts of Toronto look like a Batman movie. What's wrong with Toronto? People who live in the city don't want to pay higher property tax like every other municipality surrounding it, so they can't pay for everything. Maintenance is neglected, very few rental buildings being built, a safe injection site at a tourist area (Younge-Dundas Sq) isn't really smart. Add the fact Canada was coasting on a good reputation internationally, so all types of people coming here seeking refugee status, which fine we are compassionate helpful people but at a certain point its too many people. Things aren't being run to benefit people and improve their lives, it more feels like we're patching things with duct tape and saying its fixed.

Toronto is a beautiful city but if you don't make a lot of money you can either live in studio apartments and hardly buy food to eat or end up homeless. Toronto is much more expensive than most american cities, it might be as expensive as New York City or a bit more. Canada is a truly gorgeous country but it is too expensive. The US is getting so expensive even in Texas, you feel like moving to another country too,in my case my country Panama. Makes you think when will the inflation stop and be controlled in Canada and in the US. We don't want all poor and middle class people to have no money and be left with nothing and end up homeless. Right now it is not a good idea to move to the U.S. or to Canada, just to visit for some months but living in those countries is crippling people's lives.?
2023-10-10 0
Hey, be negative. I hate the positivity cult. Be honest. The world is falling apart. Let's not mince words. This is a global crisis. America has been crap for a long time, but it's sad to see Canada now going through the same, and deteriorating. Such a beautiful country. I remember being there years ago, and the energy was so much lighter, uplifting, and I always loved this about Canada in general. It was always the nicer bit of N. America....but now it's much like what the USA is experiencing with insane prices, housing crisis, drugs, crime, homelessness, etc. I don't feel this will get better anytime soon. I think we need to demand some serious changes, and they need to start with forcing down the costs of living, whether they like it or not. It's a giant scam. Anyone who knows what is really going on, and why, knows that it's not even 'the market', but it's predatory price gouging. People are charging high prices because they can, not because it's actually worth that. And no one is stopping them. Same with food, and everything else.

I feel for them it must be horrible in Venezuela right now
2023-10-09 0
I agree with the liability is with the communist governments in the countries purposely starving their citizens ! They don't wanna leave their home land but, They feel They have no choice but, to look for hope in America ... Why doesn't the main stream media and politicians of America try n do something about it ?

I moved in Toronto in 2015 and been living here since then. I was really happy to move here and became a resident and citizen. It was what I wanted for a long time. Now I can’t deny the fact that I’m not feeling in alignment with this city anymore. Hustle & bustle to cover your basic physiological needs get in the way of my peace and mental health. It has even become stronger after the shutdown. I’m currently planning my solo packaging trip to South East Asia and really considering moving out of Canada in the next year.

To all the Sikhs, you have always played an important role in India. Feels good to read so many positive comments from you guys. We are United Indians.❤
2023-10-09 0
Very well researched..Such things need to be shared in mainstream media to derail the propaganda run by the Anti India elements...Sikhs are one of the most patriotic communities in the country. People should refrain of relating them to Khalistan..\n\nMoreover, It's high time for Indian Govt to focus on issues faced by Punjab so that Punjabis can have more confidence in them and they don't get the feeling of being discriminated.

While settlement in Canada is hard, packing up to go back soon after is even worse. While it’s a good country to come when you’re young, it’s hard for old people to adjust, especially the weather.\n\nI feel you got tired too early, just because you had to do all your work yourself. This is way of life in most countries and I’m surprised you didn’t know.\n\nFor sure you overlooked your kids’ future by refusing to sacrifice a few things. For them it would have been worth. Besides, you overplayed the fear of drugs in your mind.\n\nWell live where you are happy instead of taking rash decisions to upset lives.\n\nGood Luck

Also I feel if you are going to a foreign land its not right to expect that you will get similar food and culture.

27:43 Well said nitish, I hope this video helps to create awareness. I recently shared some views on Akash Banerjee’s video who has a good and sensible audience like u. But still there were lots of people who were ready to put the terrorist tag without even reading the comment. And i feel people need to realise that punjabi youth can not remain silent on the issues concerning punjab and its growth, and if tgey question government and are not happy with their work it doesn’t make them anti national. Also, people feel that distributing these anti national labels is helping our nation, but in reality it is becoming the main cause why communities are separating from each other.

After this video I have gain some respect towards the Punjab and I can feel thiers problem there were facing over decades this is a secular country we all are brothers and sisters
2023-10-08 0
As a Punjabi Sikh , I feel this video 98% factual the 2% remaining are those events where Indian system conducted atrocities on innocent civilian sikhs and families of sikh militants.... please also cover those things.

When you make next part bro..Must include chandigarh issue..we don’t have our capital..we are not getting single penny rom chandigarh GDP because its a UT..how many states of India dosn’t have Capital? Everyone who reads my comment just imagine if Mumbai will become UT Maharashtra ka kyo hoga..same Ahmedabad and Chennai and Kolkata ..Every state has developed capitals but we don’t have..one more thing you missed in 80’s to 90’ there are thousands of fake encounters in Punjab and their next generations is in abroad right now..they don’t have any patriotic. Feelings for India because their parents were killed in fake encounters..Nijjar family also killed

As a Sikh, I feel you are one of the very few unbiased presenters that also shows the rightful grievances of the Sikhs against the government, otherwise most Indian YouTubers just repeat the government propaganda points which deliberately and wrong target and label minorities, they think they’re nationalists but in reality just jingoists who need to learn what actually patriotism is from the Sikhs in Punjab and Indian army which is service, dividing communities is not being a patriot, it is inherently bad for India the more divisions andhbhakts create, your unbiased and well researched videos are much appreciated brother, keep up the good work Nitish ??\n\nP.s. - this is what an average Sikh thinks about Khalistan https://youtu.be/QpcAGJUcIzw?si=OGeX8DBLXXZdPaAA

The thing is that wherever sikh live they never leave their culture their patriotic feelings for their country. They did a lot for our freedom still people call label them as khalistani it hurts very much when you see the comment khalistani in the comments of every punjabi creator

I’m a Calgarian and just visited Toronto the second time in 20 years in July and let me tell you it is an amazing city to visit but not for living. \nIt’s an expensive and stressful city to live in. \nThe thing gets me the most is the traffic. It’s busy any day of the week, day or night. \nI also feel that it’s not a good city for a young family. Too costly and stressful.
