We and human rights always blame other countries for not giving refuge,but why don't they help the countries with problems to stand on their own ,be incorruptible,self sufficient so that the people might not have to flee

I understand these are human beings and I want all humans to have a good life. However, this is not the way to do it. Our boarders need to be secured. We should have an open fire policy when things like this happen. My exes parents are citizens and they came from Mexico. They did it the right way, and they worked hard and built up a great business and raised several successful children. They agree with me and find stuff like this disgusting and a slap in their faces. I got the answer, how about the US government take its knee off the neck of the Venezuelans.
