Anytime Canada takes in a flood of immigrants and refugees whose value systems don't align it creates longer term issues for society and the country. If yours is a religion that requires visible signs of adherence/devotion in public then that public should reflect those signs. Canada is a secular society. It could be more tolerant, but I blame the US for that. Now, winters. I hate them too, but there's so much to do in the snow, and it's so healthy for you. A change of mindset is key.

I would add that living in Canada requires a brainless mindset. There are many laws to follow, taxes to pay, things to fix, $hit to deal with. Your life will be miserable if you have creativity, imagination or to think outside the box. Canada just want sheeps and brain dead individuals. Police are corrupted as like the government. This is a good example of what differentiates a Canadian from a person who holds Canadian citizenship. Not that you're wrong about the state of our morally bankrupt secular culture and government, but that's something that I'm going to fight against. I'm not going to run away, because this is my country that my ancestors spilled their blood for, and it's still worth fighting for, at least to me. I and every other Canadian have no other home to flee to. As far as Canada not being Muslim-friendly enough, why should it be. This is a Christian country founded on Christian morality and Christian-based law. I'm not an islamophobe, but I do believe that our cultures and people should remain separate, as they are quite alien to one another in many ways and there's no getting around that. I don't want my country becoming more Islamic just as you don't want your home country becoming more Christian.

I am not Muslim and I don't live in Canada so I can't completely understand your experience. I'm from a Hindu family and I relate to some of the things you guys have expressed, especially how you guys are worried about your children being raised in a certain environment and the sense of community. Especially, about the kids. America and Canada are scary at this moment. I heard that America is looking at allowing schools to help children to hide their decision regarding their gender etc., from their parents, and there is so much more being taught in schools that go against certain cultures and belief system but also it is now separating kids from their parents, creating walls. I also agree with you both that I don't hate or saying that others can't live the way they choose to live but when it is being imposed on your children then it's hard to live in that place. I wish you guys all the best, just wanted to say, I completely get you and bless your family. You have to do what is right for you and your children and you have to go where you are most comfortable and happy<3. We all are different and we all have our ways and we all deserve to be living in a place where we can be safe to continue our traditions and cultures, to help it live on, our children will carry that forward and it's important. I live in Canada ,so far for 29 years , I have never seen , inflation/government spendings of this level , i have friends and coworkers whom were born here and what I hear from them about inflation in 80s wasn't that bad at all.

They made it so that I could not be employable in Canada. So I moved to the U.S. in 2005 and then some years later I moved permanently to the Philippines. Not to live, not to visit, not even a connecting flight. I moved to Vancouver from the UK, but moved back home to the UK. Struggled so much to make ends meet. However, thinking of moving back to Canada to a different area to give it another go. Who knows what will happen, but it has similar problems to the UK I find.

You haven’t mentioned that You can hire house help! For sure that’s not as cheap as South Asia countries! I find the video more negative about Canada. You have not mentioned about child benefits, all person pension benefits, tax benefits! People get high tax benefits as well! A lot more positives are here that are completely ignored here!
