The only problems I can see with blind recruitment is, the person's application might be accepted, but if they have to interview in person they can still be rejected. Of if it is a phone interview and you have an accent you might not make pass it. Even if you get hired with blind recruitment and not interview is required, once you start working, if you are a minority some employers might look for ways to fire you. So it's a good concept, but still needs a little tweaking.

Here in Vancouver it's been very cold the past little while and I can't tell you how many times I've been asked to empty my bag and pockets. I wear big jackets and a hat because it's DAMN COLD OUT. There is a provision in the affordable care act (ACA) that penalizes certain individuals who make above a certain dollar amount. The amount is either $150 or $300 for the entire year. I concur any monetary penalty against anyone for not having health insurance is outrageous. I could be wrong but I believe this aspect of the ACA was never implemented under President Obama and it was indefinitely suspended or revoked by President Trump. I also feel like I need to address your thoughts about the United States all about war. I believe the American people are like most other people and want peace and civility. The government and major defense contractors have differing opinions at times. Of course there is plenty of people who are war hawks but they are in the minority. I learned something new today from watching this documentary, the fact that they actually named a town & a park Africville in the great white north. In general: All people are biased, in some form and magnitude. This is something built into our DNA, from millions of years of evolution and experience, of meeting, living and/or engaging whit other people. The human brain, central nervous- and hormonal system have changed very little in the latest 20.000 years. The only thing we can do are learn or at least not act on our biased thoughts. On top of this, we have events in our lives, what we have learned from family, friends and people in our closest environment, political views/trends, our environment in general and personality treats which affects us all. We need to have a little bit of compassion for Muslims who are struggling with this. Imagine that you were born into Islam. You didn't ask for it. You just happened to be unlucky enough to be born into a Muslim country and raised under it. You defend your friend, you love your friend. \n\nSo instead of insulting these poor Muslim people try helping them by suggesting that they read the Koran cover to cover from beginning to end. Then they will see for themselves that this 7th century book conflicts with modern scientific and historical knowledge. That's when they will realize that Muhammad invented the entire thing so that people would obey him and treat him like a god on Earth. That's when they will realize that he was a 7th century man who knew nothing about the scientific knowledge that we have now in this century. That's when they will realize that the Quran is filled with threats of punishment and violence for not believing and not obeying the supposed word of God given to them by Muhammad. Moving to Vancouver was a great experience tbh, I'm of nigerian heritage but was born in Finchley, North London...\nCanadians are friendly and extremely welcoming ( Coming from the UK i found this so off-putting ) lol. I don't think they should be uncomfortable with those results. Most people lean toward what they are surrounded by...and depending on where black people are located, they are surrounded by white people in person and/or in media. Our concepts of safe, pleasant, and beauty are manipulated the same as everyone else where we are. That's why you get little white girls who prefer white dolls...and you get little black girls who prefer white dolls... I'm not surprised that the black men had no preference. I also wouldn't be surprised if they had preferred Europeans.

Dear video maker , it's nothing new in your life in Canada. Even people around the world including local people and local students are doing same . And it's nothing new to travel 2 or 3 hours in bus . People who stays in USA from ages are travelling same in car . Every students are expecting same life with them who are living in foreign from ages . Those people might had struggled more . Student has to understand before going on Student visa that with situations rather than keeping intrest in how to make money. 99 % students are interested in only money from day one .But foreign governments think that you have shown your financial documents, are enough for you to survive there even if you have no Job . And it's depends on the country, in which country you have gone and what is your qualification. If students go to UK or USA , thay might make little more money comparing to Canada, Australia or New Zealand. All students should understand before going to any country that only in USA AND UK country are the best to earn money and getting out money from there to india. Otherwise except these two countries none country is there in the world that you can make money there and send maximum money to india. Except these two countries other countries have made situation that whatever you earn there , you will have to spend in that country only. You can't save money to india for living good life in India. And it is good and thankful those countries where person after 18 years has go for job rather than being dependent on parents. And working in bakery with standing whole hours during job is not a new in those English country. They don't force to do that by law . This job is kind of that. Person has to understand job profile before joining the job . By English country law before you start job they will call you for induction and will explain what job you have to do . Life person is happy for that job , he / she can join the job . I think specially students has to look into positive things which in India students are not doing and thay have to do there in foreign countries. Lived there 2 years, moved to Etobicoke then Kitchener, then Waterloo and now leaving in Brampton.\nIts been 7 years in Canada and 1.5 years in Brampton.\n\nWhen someone asks me why you live in Brampton, it’s unsafe city or ghetto. I am like hell no, never leaving Brampton. Brampton is safe city compare to some other GTA cities, look at statistics. Its just have bad name because of lots of south asian people.\n\nBrampton is brampton, only place I feel belonged and enjoying living in Canada with little Indian tweest. \n\nBrampton takes away our dependency on cooking during hectic days as restaurants are hell cheap, easy to find home-cooked tiffin with lots of options. Main reason easy to find Gujarati foods and other vegetarian food. Tons of pure vegetarian Indian restaurants in Brampton.\n\nGreat feelings come when you are tried and don’t want to cook and at same time don’t want to eat in restaurants then home-cooked food is always available to your neighbourhood for just 6-7 dollar.
