No the cost of living was not always this high! Since the massive spike in a certain population moving here steadily since expo 86 & then another massive spike in 2010 (& so on), rent has quadrupled (possibly more) & not kept up with min wage & born Canadians have had enough. Which might have something to do with why they’re not as friendly, anymore. We can’t afford to buy our own home in the place we are born, when also MANY homes sit empty that owned by mainly corrupt brokers working with overseas Asian’s. It’s a sad truth with stats & articles to back this all up. Many people have simply had enough & I don’t blame anyone for feeling that way.

I have so much respect for you guys. Staying true to your faith and your values is so admirable. I'm in the US and I can't wait to get out of here. I'm not Muslim but I have family and extended family that are. I'm in Ireland, there is a large Muslim community in Dublin. My grand nephew's is named Salah. He is adorable, they spend most of the year in Kuwait and school breaks in Ireland. Can I just say, most 'normal' people, regardless of religion share the views you have expressed here, on every count. Best wishes on your travels. Maybe you could check out Ireland. I did my education here in Ontario. I caution you on one aspect that will remain the same wherever you go and that is the issue of schooling and influence - YOU WILL HAVE TO BE INVOLVED AND REMAIN VIGILANT regardless of where you go as no school can replace the foundational structure of parenting and all institutions have personalities with agendas in spite of expressed mission. As for recommendations of where to relocate also consider Suranime where 14% of the population is Muslim. Since I've lived in Islamic lands the world has changed so much that xenophobia against even other Muslims in countries that used to be so welcoming to the stranger but for a variety of reason is also factor you MUST consider. God is good and will guide you.

We have lived in Turkey, the UAE and Qatar, and have spent time in Oman. I would recommend all except the UAE as new home. Be prepared to learn Turkish if you want to settle there, as English is not widely used. May Allah reward your intentions and grant you goodness in your Hijra.

If we could afford to, which I am so glad you are able to, my heritage and dad's home land is Ukraine, if it wasn't ravaged by war, that's where I would love to go, or my moms dad came from Scotland, another place we wish we could afford to go, prices are through the roof and we are bringing up our grandson on disability, he's autistic and adhd, so has meds that cost alot of money, also have a disabled daughter, not grandsons mom, so ya money doesn't go far enough so all we can do is move to a small town, so glad you are able to follow your dreams, personally I agree with your stance on freeing the Palestinians, thanks for listening

I live in texas went from a big city but since becoming a mom we moved to a small town. Best decision we ever made my girls play outside and are ssying hi and thank you, learning to live among others with different views or beliefs with respect. My family is a mix of el Salvador and Honduras, my moms family is of Palestine descent who left and went to a small country who was the only one at time that opened their doors due to their religion. Because of that religion and politics stay outside of our home we were all allowed to explore others but respect was always the rule, and i do the same for my girls if they want to learn we research together and teach them respect of all faiths. We do homeschool because in our small town public school is actually thw second choice of how far out we are from the school. We have also still homes in el Salvador and honduras because my family told us from being little this isnt home and to respect the hist country that opens their doors. Türkiye is a great option I think, there are a lot of muslims from the west living in Türkiye. \nThey have left their home countries due to same reasons you mention.

Would love to see videos on how life expense is residential requirements to become a permanent resident of that particular country. education where it stands if the children were to leave that country and come back into the States. If you guys can elaborate on these topics, it would be so useful for those who are attempting to go to the same countries. What would be some financial friendly international home schooling programs that may be parents can enroll in until they are settled permanently in the country of their choice. Am from Singapore and moved the US for last 6 years with my entire family for work. Honestly, can’t wait to just get back home. Singapore although not a Muslim country is multi racial and religious one. Safety and indoctrination is not a problem. Practicing Muslim is made very easy.

There are other stories, but I will say my husband, who is not yet in the US yet, that I would wear my underscarf and then an appropriate hoodie for my scarf. EVERYTHING is covered. I feel that I am safe and inconspicuous with this slight modification. Our goal is to keep me around for a long time.

I am a Christian, and I totally understand why you would want to move. Western society is going crazy as far as I can tell. It seems like people snapped into a state of crazy after being locked up for Covid. I live in Georgia, USA, and I agree with you about the genocide that our government is also turning a blind eye to the truth. I just don't understand why people can be full of such hate. I am so ashamed of our government. I am older, and I worry about my great granddaughter who will start school next year. I see so much of this transgender being pushed on public school children. I just can't understand what a person's sex preference has to do with preschool or any public education. This is something that should be handled at home by a parent or parents. \nI could not even imagine what you go through trying to find a safe place to pray 5 times a day. It's easy for people like me to just look around and see the Christmas decorations that are everywhere but disregard what other religions feel like when they are never considered as a part of the community. I also find that Islam is one of the most peaceful, loving religions there is. I too am very unhappy with my government for standing by and supporting the genocide of Palastine.
