What a devious question. This type of questioning is of the highest level of sinister. They want to make the Palestinians refugees so that they leave their lands and go to someone else’s so that the occupying colonial settlers can move in. The Arabs should never support such an agenda.

Coming from someone born and raised in an arab country. They DO NOT let civilians living under terrorists in as refugees. They don't like extremists either. Their people always come first. Australia has the same problem. All the international schools near the city are full of asians whose parents have also bought them an apartment.Its a investment rort.The housing waiting list is 20 years! The politicians have let so many people in ,who are not refugees--they just want an easy scam. So theres no places to rent and the public transport is overwhelmed. And of course the price of food has gone up from %200 to %700. So bad even the rich are wingeing.

My uncle came to Canada recently through a business visa and immediately applied as a “refugee”. He is a multimillionaire in Iran, very rich and lavish life back there. He just wanted a quick path to PR. The whole system is a scam. Canada is a joke.

Smooth way to talk out of taking refugees . The right thing would be to have a channel open for those who want to leave but Arab brotherhood does not cross over economics and political stability.

The problem is not immigrants...the problem is poor immigrants. People who move here with nothing and want to milk the system. I moved here from a Latin American country in 2017, and I have never asked anything from government. I am not a refugee and I was never a student at a fake school. I came here with enough money to live comfortably and then got a great job. You are importing poverty, so of course things will be hard. You need to import wealth and education...people who actually contribute to the system. A richer and better system can help more people.

Trudeau made this place look like the promise land for refugees and international students. Most of them cant afford rent now, and want to go back home. Homeless Canadians can't find enough shelters. Our tax dollars are going to useless foreign military and carbon tax instead of sheltering the homeless and supporting our vets. \nCanadian retirement is going up to for 75 years old now.

First of all it’s not any specific countries responsibility to take refugees solely on the fact that they share a language. That makes no sense it’s not saudis responsibility any more than it would be like idk Frances for example. And the other thing is they don’t want to leave necessarily it’s their land thats the whole point

You should also say the same to all Syrian and Afghan, Moroccan and Tunisian refugees coming to Europe. They have the right to their land and we don't want them to leave their land.

It's a double edged sword. The industry (fast food, food retailing, services) WANT those people, be it international students, refugees or other to work because there is insufficient response from the local population of young people. Even certain restaurants and hotels had to remain CLOSED after the pandemic, because they could not find enough people to work. The government covid money dissuaded the local population from working. It is a huge mistake to admit so many Indian students attending low-credentialed private colleges and then allow them to work 20-30 hours a week. Trudeau and Miller are to blame for this. But at the same time, there was a labour shortage due to the ageging population and the fact that people have fewer kids today. Canada should give greater priority to trained professionals in areas where there is a need, such as construction, education and nursing. People in India, China, eastern Europe and other countries can get very good training in technical colleges, but it is the wealthy families in these countries that don't want their kids working these jobs.

Too many immigrants and refugees are let into Canada and they expect a golden hand without realizing that Canada is a very large cold country for 6 months of the year, therefore everyone wants to live and work close too USA boarder which become so populated that the infrastructure can't keep up with the demands of the new immigrants and refugees.

Why must the palestian leave their land? They owned the land. The jews that came to palestine by the ship with banner that thank the palestian should leave the land. The jews are the refugee to the land...why dont the US and EU take them back? Both are just playing with words. The reality is that no one wants the Palestinian. The are paying the price of having Hamas in their land and the Jewish nearby. The surrounding countries have the moral obligation to support the refugees. It is easy to close the borders, this is the hypocrisy of the Arab world.

Taking Palestinian refugees has been tried before. It doesn’t work. Wherever they go they want to destroy and disrupt the indigenous people. It was tried in Jordan and Egypt and caused problems for the Jordanians and the Egyptians.

And what about every other refugee of war in the history of the world? Why is it ok for them to be taken in but not Palestinians? Don't they deserve the right to be safe if that's what they want? Why don't they even have that option? Literally no country anywhere is even giving them the option.

Why won’t he accept refugees from Pakistan? Why do they deport guys from Pakistan to their own land when they want a life in UAE.

It’s shocking how many people are falling for this speech. He completely sidestepped the question which is why won’t you take the refugees? The answer is simple. It’s because they don’t want them. They don’t want anything to do with them. They don’t wanna have to deal with supporting them. Instead of saying that, he’s making it sound like an act of heroism where he’s standing up for them. There are many people who don’t want to be in Palestine but they’re stuck.

The fact is even back before 2005 when Israel gave a much better off Gaza to the PLO the Arab countries didn’t want any Gazan’s claiming refugee status. Back then those countries had the balls enough to say the truth. Palestinians were Arabs the Jordanians and Egyptians chases out of those countries long time before and they fled to Israel who took them in as refugees and 20 years later after Israel gave them Gaza this is what they have done. The Arab countries don’t want to let them back I. Because this is what they do.

He is really saying we want to maximize misery and death of civilians, by not taking refugees to help promote the united Palestinian War against Israel. What a great way to dodge the question. Yes, he's correct to some extent but there are DEFINITELY tons of Palestinians who would love to leave and join a different Arab nation. The reality is that the Arab world simply finds it easier to talk the talk. They don't want these refugees. Fact is, even if they wanted to leave, the neighboring nations would not take them. Nor do they accept any other refugees. That's why so many Muslims come to Christian nations in Europe and co. None of the Arab League countries want to take Palestian refugees. They cause trouble. When the Jordanians generously last took them in, they were mugging citizens on the streets for cash for Fatah, killing police who intervened, and a Jordanian politician was murdered.
