Dude, I am a student from another country. The government did not provide me home or money. I am working, I found a home myself, I pay rent myself, I am working and i pay tuition fee and I pay rent. I dont see how this problem is caused by international students. Haha, if you look closely. You will not find any international student living on the streets because we are educated, not on drugs, hard working. We work, earn and make a living. Im seriously considering leaving Canada. I was born here, but its the not the same as it used to be. Rent and food prices have skyrocketed, theres massive drug abuse and homelessness issues, and the culture has changed completely. Im not racist, but lets be real Indian culture has completely taken over. I feel like i dont belong in my own country anymore

9 years ago I was in same position when i went to Indian Embassy in London to get the emergency visa. Firstly we encountered very strong smell of cold Daal and aloo gobi then after an hr after nagging them few times a lady came with her fingers liaded with turmeric stains and she was so rude and slow that we spent half the day iver there. Believe me I am not exaggerating a bit when i say i was the only one there to be served and yet few indian employees in that office were busy having tea and snacks and cracking jokes. I remained silent and in the end lady gave me 1 month's visa and literally threw my passport out of the counter. \nWell I checked it and all i said you are a very rude person and you are turning London offices into Indian Govt offices.\nIts a shame some people just dont know how they blenish the name of their own country.
