In Canada you can make $300,000 in a couple of months. Moved to Canada 6 years ago and can’t make it work, despite having a good job. The housing costs are staggering, 60% of your income, if you can find a place. And the taxes are out of control, 40% of your income, plus you pay 12% tax on every dollar you spend! People are miserable here too, slaves to the housing bubble.

I live in Canada, and I can say it's not perfect. Jobs are plentiful, but housing is expensive, A change in govt could fix this in a few short years, however. Trudeau is on his way out, and a new business friendly administration will set things right. In any case, it's still better than India!
