Nice candid video Tyler. I have a good friend (a Jusey Gurl) who moved to Canada like 20ish years ago I think mainly because of an ex. I think she appreciates the health care as well with my talks with her over the years. She and I've been thinking this lately that Canadians have either changed or that Canadians are more friendly stereotype is going down .I think with more immigration, the cost of living and frozen pay and higher and higher taxes Canadians are increasing discouraged with politics and Canada in general. You noticed many of the woman mentioning health care and social programs as well? Police... We have a lot here as well maybe more so because of pay. The police are well looked after and paid well here. I think politics are getting more polar and more divisive here as well. The liberals have really really done a stellar job with two terms of sheer WEF CCP hogwash to destroy the country. Another general stereotype is that Americans are obnoxious and unpleasant isn't true as well. I'm in tourism and find most of the Yanks to be friendly and polite and GREAT TIPPERS. Ha many US servers don't like it when Canucks go over there because they're stingy. I think if everything works out without saying more, your country, like it or not , will ultimately start the big liberation finally of humanity hopefully for the better. You folks generally have a bigger love of freedom and you're ARMED. You have the mindset and the LEVERAGE to change the system. And we as Canadians are always looking and following the US why to the extent because things are a little different here I don't know... I await with hopeful yet bated breath with the big changes coming in the following years. Love, freedom and the pursuit of happiness good neighbors eh!

This is common problem in Indian embassies. \nCIS countries they ask money. \nThey disclose the real identity of people who are posted for the security interest of the country. \nThey behalf like a they are king. \nDurning Ukraine's cries time, some of video people behave ( body Laungage is arrogent) the think they are extra ordinary human.

if you are rich person, developing countries are better, since poor people are exploited and you cannot exploit poor in Canada for example you can have servants and drivers next to nothing, but they are also humans too,, IF not Canada is better since everyone have equal opportunity. but there are people who will also complain if they reach heaven too

I'm Canadian and lived in New York City for 5 years. I was offered a job and thought, why not? After 6 months, my excitement wore off. Of course, there's healthcare, but everything is about politics, and I mean everything. Such a focus on it. I know I'm talking about NYC here, but the people were not nice at all. Nobody cares about anyone as a human being. People are just plain argumentative and want to get into a scuffle. Let's just say I was very aware I was Canadian. I was baffled at the lack of humanity. In the beginning, I was holding doors open for people, etc, and people wouldn't even say Thank You. I naively expected people to do the same and guess what? It didn't happen. My work visa was for 3 years, so I was ready to move, and then, of course, COVID hit. I was stuck for another two years, then my passport expired so I had to wait to get that. After 5 years I was ready to head back to Canada. I moved back on Sept 2, 2022 and couldn't be happier. I could not live in the United States again.

Please read this ?\nThe Isra*li occupation, a fact even acknowledged by Israel*s, traces back to 1948 when the Balfour Declaration of 1917 pledged support for a Jewish national home in Palest*ne. This historical context is essential to understanding the plight of Palest*n*ans. For over 70 years, Palest*n*ans have endured displacement, restricted movement, and lived under harsh conditions. The term “apartheid” aptly describes the segregation and discrimination they face in their own land, marked by numerous Isra*li checkpoints. Despite countless peaceful attempts, oppression persists, leading to further land loss and human suffering. It’s important to note that Ham*as, often a focus of international attention, emerged as a response to active resistance against this enduring injustice. If you trying to feel sorry for Israel*s today I hope you felt sorry for Palest*n*ans for the past 70 years ?. Give the people their homes and country back.?

We talk about moving back to the US, but the medical coverage stops us dead. Haven't seen a health care bill in 19 years, since moving to Canada. Its freer in Canada. \n\nIt's freer in the sense that our basic needs are seen too. We pay high taxes in Canada to have a social umbrella, that is not available in the States. I lived in MA and worked in human services and in the education system. They have to fight for every nickel every year. The tension in these environments is high. Lots of fund raising, lots of volunteer duties, low pay. Not that way in Canada.

Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism & Jainism are a family of religions, that originated in India and have similar value systems of empathy & kindness toward humans & nature.
\n
\nBefore Prime Minister Modi, India had a Sikh Prime Minister for 10 years, who is still today valued & appreciated amongst all political circles.
\n
\n>99% of Sikhs in INDIA want to live in the union of India, they heavily join the Indian army & are the most patriotic & nationalistic ethnic people in INDIA.

Its such a good video if everyone who has roots from India will understand it….then Golden days of India will be back…..Be it which ever religion we follow,I hope people will start it from small acts……start respecting Indian Flag….start educating our kids what we used to learn Hindu Muslim Sikh Isayi hum sb toh hai bhai bhai…..as well as songs which used to promote love for our nation and people of our nation should be promoted again. Problems are there but its not for one community its for every community in India but they can be solved. \nRight now fights in Hindu Sikhs Muslims Isayi and other communities is because of fear created in our mind for each other. Even i will not lie now even I have a sense of Fear from people from other communities as its engraved through so many actions that they might not see me as an Indian or as a human being first but treat me like someone not from their community or brotherhood.

Good report ????\n\nBUT WHATEVER ONE CAN JUSTIFY THAT GOVERNMENT REACHED OUT TO SIKHS AND PACIFIED ETC. ETC.\n\nHOWEVER, GOONS OF 84 ARE STILL FREE AND HAVE LIVED FREE LIFE EVEN AFTER PERFORMING ATROCITIES AND GENOCIDE. NO JUSTICE FOR COMMON SIKHS THERE. VERY SAD.\n\nWE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT POLITICS HERE BUT BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS ARE VIOLATED AND JUSTICE IS DENIED. VERY SAD.

Been in Canada for approximately 25 years. I can say that the effect that Canada has on a legal immigrant is neither here nor there. If you can make lemonade out of any lemon you’re dealt, you will thrive in Canada (and anywhere else where your efforts are not overwhelmingly quashed by corruption, blatant racism or other forms of segregation).
\n
\nLynn, I was a lecturer in Kenya, went back to school here in Canada after wallowing in culture shock the first year, then circled back to teaching in college again after an arduous journey in school, but this time in a different field.
\n
\nAfter becoming a single mother of four kids, I had to also hustle on the side to build a small business empire along my life’s ladder. Partnership with God, goal clarity, the get-up-and-go, and relentlessness truly work. It isn’t the size of the dog but the fight in the dog that does it, regardless of where you live.
\n
\nThe starting point for a new immigrant can be very low due to the weather, unpreparedness and culture shock, but if you know that the only way is up, and are self-motivated, those challenges are soon behind you as the tests become testimonies.
\n
\nBy comparison people have more human rights here regardless of their status. The wheels of justice grind slow but they do grind fine. Women and children have equal rights with men. Politicians are mostly there to serve not necessarily to exploit.
\n
\nOpportunities for self-development galore - including being trained to become employable and going to school at any age (sometimes for free while you are still at the bottom of the ladder). There are food banks so you never go hungry if it came to that. The disabled are better treated with dignity.
\n
\nThere are prolonged parental leaves for both moms and dads for up to 18 months. Commensurate with earnings, parents under certain thresholds are given Canada child tax benefits and other supplements for each child under 18 years of age.
\n
\nDepending on the number of kids and their ages, the money can add up handsomely. Not to mention that there’s no tuition to pay for primary and high school students. Tuition fees start at post-secondary level.
\n
\nTo see a doctor is free as it is paid for by taxes. It the meds that you and/or your insurance pays for. Some medical equipments may be paid for by either or both the individual/insurance and the government depending on eligibility.
\n
\nBy and large, there’s cleanliness of common spaces. There’s also safety and relative peace. At least wherever I have lived, I can’t tell you how many times I forgot to lock my door with impunity.
\n
\nThere’s a lot more stressful work here in my opinion, but like you said Lynn, systems work a lot more efficiently and effectively.
\n
\nThe elephant in the room is the extra hard work that those living abroad must put in to fulfil expectations back home. Also known as black tax, the overwhelming financial dependency of relatives on their diasporan loved ones places undue stress on many here, especially because there are no short cuts to getting money here.
\n
\nAnyway, Lynn, thanks for such a great topical issue you’ve shared. I have to stop here as I have written a lot. Hope this helps someone on this forum.
\n
\nAnd last but not least, you’ll be proud to hear that even though Canada has been good to me, my face may now be turning towards home to see how I can be of use to mama Africa. Super excited!

What about sovereignty and human rights? Referendum is ground level reality, ok you share kaniska bomb kand but what about those who said. 'beedi peeyege shann s jeeyege' in Amritsar if we did this at your shrines? If no one demand khalistan then why not you allow people to vote on this issue? same as you did with Sikkim.

Canada is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. When you vote for countries in terms of beauty they look at different criteria to make your judgement.\n2. Canada doesn’t have green card like the US but it takes strictly professionals. It wants people who can grow the economy not suckers of the economy, (free loaders)\n3. The medical system is free and one of the best in the Western world \n4. The few lower jobs in Canada are reserved for countries like Asia and Mexico their government has negotiated on their behalf. Eg Mexicans work well in the agriculture centres and Asians do nanny jobs but other any professionals from those countries can come in.\n5 The weather in Canada is not human friendly

I guess because Toronto is so huge and because I stayed in the main touristy areas I only noticed a few homeless people during my trip. They were more noticeable to me in Calgary in the spring. But the worst I've seen is Portland, Oregon and Seattle, WA and in 2021 Washington DC was pretty bad off...though the encampments I saw then had been cleared out by DC when I returned in 2023.\n\nI really really enjoyed my stay in Toronto over Labor Day weekend, my first time ever to visit. But just looking around me I got the same sense I did in NYC...it's a beautiful place to visit but living here would be ungodly expensive. The luxury apartments across the street from my hotel seemed to have rather low occupancy, from what I could see from my hotel room window at night. A lot of rental real-estate are speculative investments and any thought of addressing housing needs, keeping occupancy rates high, etc. are purely secondary concerns...zombie buildings with unaffordable rents that remain sparsely occupied while the need(s) are so dire is morally offensive and government should step in with rent controls and occupancy requirements and tax those owners more heavily who have occupancy below a minimum threshold. The increase in crime is a completely expected outcome of economic desperation. The US answer is usually more police & harsher penalties but I hope Canada is more rational and humane in addressing these societal ills.

When you vote for politicians like Justin Trudeau, who plays appeasement politics in order to keep himself in power and not by people focused policies, development, human skills growth, etc, you are doomed to end up homeless.

Trudeau and Jagmeet are doing a very poor job of providing shelter to their organized crime friends. Khalistani drug peddlers, human traffickers, gun runners and terrorists have expressed disappointment with their godfathers in Ottawa.

Love your neighbors and your fellow human. This is intentional. Replacement migration. They want us to hate and / or fear these people to further divide and collapse our nation. Don't let them. Love these immigrants by handing out Bibles and US Constitutions. These will be your neighbors whether you like it or not. How will you respond? We are a Christian nation. We have people in our own government trying to collapse our Republic. Don't let them. Love your new neighbors. Teach and encourage them to love God and freedom. Otherwise this will not end well. Guranteed

I just got back from a visit to Toronto. I was visiting a friend who lives in a subsidised housing complex whose management NPO just declared bankruptcy. He was given a notice telling him that he will alright until the end of the month. After that he has no idea what will happen. He expects some sort of political intervention but the end of the month is still less than 10 days away.\n\nFrom my point of view all levels of government must act immediately: restrict rent increases and stop the post-covid price gouging; reduce regulations that limit the amount of infill housing, and density in existing neighbourhoods (allow the construction of missing middle housing and eliminate parking minimum regulations); and start building public housing again. \n\nWe cannot rely on corporations or private interests to fulfil basic human needs. What we are seeing now in the Toronto region, the Vancouver region, and Calgary is a crisis created by government neglect and corporate greed. The situation requires a massive emergency response at all levels of government.
