All your reasons are the same reasons me and my husband want to leave Germany. Both of us were born here. Grew up here, but the stance what German Politicians are taking and how they are pushing the people here to hate on Muslims is insane. I always faced racism as a brown kid, as Germans in the 90s were super racist. My parents fled a genocide and ethnic cleansing themselves. So they thought at least we kids would grow up happy and safe here. Never felt home and at peace in this country. Ironic when you think how they are obsessed here with rules and laws. This war let us realise that these laws are being applied selectively. And so we made the decision to save up our money for the next 2- 3 years and as soon my husband finishes his higher education we are going to leave this country for good.

We family living in Canada too, we moved from a « muslim » country with Athan heard 5 times a day… but recent years it changed people are only muslims but no iman no safety no akhlak. So we moves to Canada in 2018 and now we have decided to move out for ur same reasons but we are still wondering where to go. I am following u to figure out a good place. Jazakum Allah khayran

Hello Saleh family, I have been following you for over two years now; I am not american or canadian but a physician and mother of two from a third world country in the Caribbean. I started following you because I was curious about the muslim faith and your way of life. I started following different muslim people (and jewish, vegan, homeless and more... basically anybody different than me) and after some time I saw that we were all humans in search of the same things in life. I completely agree with your decision of moving but was very disappointed in your comments towards the drag community. A person in drag reading a children's book is not indoctrination. A person in drag reading to kids is only teaching them acceptance and tolerance (exactly what you want the world to give to your girls who most likely wear a Hijab). A person in drag is an artist who finds joy and self worth in certain clothes, hairstyles and makeup... it is a person a human person with the same value as everyone else. It has nothing to do with sexuallity or sexual orientation... if we truly want freedom for Palestine, if we truly want to change the narrative and to prevent 75+ years of brutal occupation and racism ever happening again; we have to change the way we see our differences... is not enough to ignore and respect people who are different: we have to accept them and recognize their humanity and their worth; to value and foster acceptance and integration in the younger generations... that is the only way forward, that is the only way we will all secure a better future for our kids. I suggest you go to turkey it is a good transition as they are a hybrid culture between Islamic and Western. If you go to a fully Islamic country, you might have some issues with the locals, as an American friend of mine struggled when he experienced living in North Africa, he noticed that people had terrible manners and were dishonest. Maybe Dubai as a second choice, because they enforce rules and regulations... I don't know what else to suggest ?

Non Muslim here but I would love to live in Turkey. I could do it for a year but can’t really imagine leaving Australia for good .. the Turkish people are so friendly and helpful .

As a Turkish I would say don’t choose Turkiye!! My country system is secular education system so worse…I lived USA but I grew up in Turkiye I know the schools!!Yes it’s safe no school shootings like USA but the education is not good a especially for religious people I’m religious and long time ago before the Erdogan never allowed to hijab in schools now Erdogan changed but if the other secular politicians win everything changes very quickly I know it !!!Right now economy is going very bad in Turkiye and everything is so high prices !!!I love my country!!But I can tell the truth

If i may suggest you to go check my country Indonesia or my neighbor Malaysia. You can hear calling for pray 5x a day, mosques are everywhere, halal food also everywhere. A lot of choice of education for your children, generally or Islamic ones. And most important thing is the people and government against genocide. We don't have any diplomatic relationship and never acknowledge the state of IsNotReal. Also 1 more thing, living cost here is relatively low compare to Canada or any other countries. MashaAllah. You guys have a lot of courage. \nI think Turkey will be a good place to migrate. There you can get their citizenship also quite easily. But you will have to learn the Turkish language as very few people speak English over there.

If you want a citizenship I don't suggest you go to any gulf countries, of course ignore any war countries, Malaysia and Indonesia have nice people and I think you can get a citizenship there, Jordan might be a good choice you might be able to get a citizenship and there are diverse groups of people but the economy and civil status laws aren't exactly that great, now Egypt is definitely a choice but the country is kinda drifting off of Islam in the recent years, terrible economic conditions and I don't think a citizenship is possible really, I'm not much aware of the Arab west countries but they have their pros and cons definitely, lots of people there speak other languages and there's some beautiful culture and a considerable amount of political safety compared to other countries in the region, other than the occupation Palestine would've been a great choice lots of foreigners live here but I'm not sure what requirements you need for that and I'm pretty sure they probably wouldn't let you do so as Muslims, I have very little knowledge but I wanted to share what I can, I hope it helps.

As salamu alaikum, may Allah guides you to the best decision and place for your family and use you in the goodness whatever wherever and accept your good deeds ameeen ?\nJust to not be shocked some of your reasonable reasons for looking for more Islamic environment are not available as you wish in lot of Islamic countries.\nOf course there's more daily Islamic things that people in these countries take for granted while Muslims in western countries suffer to get/live and though the gap in cultures is shrinking, which should be a good thing in its principle, but with time of more fetan it sometimes means faster spread of fetan between countries to find some of what your suffering from is there also but maybe alhamdullelah still not in same pace or widness.\nIt hurts do much being in countries whose governments support obviously the wrong side, just keeping mind it's hurting (regardless now of whether hurts more/same/less) when you are in some Islamic countries and not free to express your opinions freely.\nIt's worth mentioning that moving while kids are not yet old enough to get familiar with anti-islamic things around is better in timing.\nOne suggestion that I'm not sure whether is affordable or time wise is good or not or whether you've gone this all the way of trying or not is to continue living in Canada with more surroundings of people of similar core values (by the way not all of whom I mean have to be Muslims, lot of non-Muslims are conservative about education and society pushing their kids to ideas and behaviors against their core values) if you've tried this already and even tried moving within Canada for that purpose and didn't work, then may Allah help you to go for the best.

MashaAllah, u guys r such an amazing couples and parents. I know this is not an easy decision, but Allah is with u and I really stand and look up to u. Every parent knows what is best for their children and families. I live in Pakistan 2. Me and my brother were born in US to Pakistani parents. My mom didn't want to leave US but my dad said there is no religious environment there plus our whole family lives in Pakistan and didn't want us to grow there. Our apartment owner who was Christian was not letting us go. He said that u guys r such an amazing people, good Muslims, nice to everyone and take Care for everyone. It was really hard for both of my parents but Allah made it easy for us. My mom passed away when I was 18 and my brother 15 and I really miss her. My option is u can guys move to Pakistan. U can get Islamic education + Islamic environment. No matter how bad our politics, government doesn't care about Its own country and no cleanliness but I still love Pakistan. I really respect you guys for making such a hardest decision with strength. I really support you guys with this decision. Just don't mind I was just giving an advice that Pakistan is way better but it is totally up to u guys which country u like to make your better life. But where ever u guys go, u are all always in my prayers even our brothers and sisters in Gaza. Blessed move inshallah. Totally agree with all the points you raised, and more. We’ve been living in the U.S. since 87. We succeeded and our sons succeeded considerably more than we did. Yet, we are now contemplating going back home. Because we now feel that the west is clinically soulless. We yearn to live in the warmth of the East again. My family moved 22 years ago from Mumbai to Toronto…while the struggles said on your channel are real, there are also perks which I feel like you didn’t get to experience. If people have good jobs, stable family life then DON’T move…culture shock is huge that people moving from India don’t consider, just by wearing and eating western food doesn’t make you western! \nThere are sacrifices to be expected which you don’t realized as your great grandparents or grandparents might have made when they started out! \nMoving to another country is never easy, unless you’re loaded with $$$. People in India are lazy as they have people working for them and don’t realize how difficult it is living outside of that lifestyle (not everyone in India can afford housekeepers, cleaners). Being independent and doing things on your own has its own positive (just need to figure it out). \n\nI have worked in healthcare for 16 years and let me tell you…social system works better as everyone gets the health service without being judged about $$. Healthcare is based on priority around the world but people don’t understand this as they feel like their problem should be attended first no matter what! \nNot all drugs are legal in Canada, marijuana is legal though with acceptable limits…you probably were misinformed about drugs! Teach your kids about right /wrong when it comes to drugs, smoking, alcohol and that’s the best you can do! I know people who live in India and do all that which you mentioned you were worried about for your kids. \n\nWhat you experienced was a classic case of culture shock and your expectations didn’t match the reality! Moving away from family, changing lifestyle and being responsible adult (doing things on your own rather than relying on workers) is difficult but doesn’t make the country bad that have you an opportunity to settle! Don’t take things for granted even while you live in India…appreciate the effort that goes into everything- keeping roads clean, people working hard, etc. \n\nBest advice I can give to those considering moving to any foreign country is: Keep an open mind, be ready to work hard and visit the country you want to move to before you make the grave decision of uprooting everything! Things usually turn around and get better after 5 years mark- focus on upgrading your education if you have a basic degree from India (even you know how competitive things are in India, so how can western world not be!)\n\nBeing vegetarian- things are tough when it comes to food but living in Toronto has never been an issue. Even people living in India avoid outside food due to hygiene reason which is not a problem in Canada as food inspection is pretty strict (having worked with ministry of health). \nCities like Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, etc has variety of food options (including veg)…just have to be really open to trying other cultural food (Asian, Mediterranean, Italian,Mexican, etc). My parents are strict vegetarians and have never truly struggled when they are out. \n\nCost of living is definitely higher as the standard living is higher compared to India. Education (until grade 12) and healthcare are free (in reality, you pay tax for it), you get pension when you retire (based on your contributions and type of jobs you had)…you failed to navigate the system and I will say having family around is why you didn’t take opportunity to explore and learn on your own. \n\nPlease don’t come to Canada and make life difficult for other Indians who choose to willingly accept the culture and lifestyle here after going through this hardship- cost of living and housing has gone up dramatically in major cities because of immigration influx! If you’re serious about moving and putting up, only then move! Otherwise all the best for your future endeavours!

As the US is sending warships to the Sues chanel to defend ships full of goods for the west. Wouldn't it be the least they could do to send a ship, to dock at the Gaza strip and supply medical assistance to the palestinian people? I am a Chinese Canadian living in HK. The problem with Canada is the corrupt government and total failure to rule for the benefit of the people. The Palestinian people have been screwed over by corrupt leadership from the PLO and Hamas. Enriching themselves to billionaire status and taxing every citizen on goods purchased. I came here 20 years ago from south asia. got my master's degree from Mcgill, started a business with my husband. We are doing well, working hard and having a good life in general. We did tighten our budget, planned our finances to a T. We live in Toronto, contrary to most, people are super friendly and social. Agreed, immigration needs to slow down to a bare minimum and prices needs to be adjusted, but please step out and touch grass. There is no war going on, canadian cities are still one of the best to live in the world. We frequently host get togethers with our neighbours, who are old stock canadians and new canadians alike. We support each other. We have a great community. Step outside talk to your neighbour.

As someone in his late twenties living in Quebec, I got to say this is very accurate. I won't say things are as bad as some other people are saying in the comments, but I do feel like the country is going downhill. For me, these are the main three things that feels wrong:\n\n1. We, as citizen, tend to offload every responsibility to the governments. Each election, they promise to handle more, but fail times and times again to deliver on their existing responsibilities. But we still vote for them, because we fear personal responsibilities. They created these immovable bureaucratic monsters and they lost control. They promise new shiny things instead of fixing what is already in place.\n2. We lost all notion of what is necessary. People gets more and more entitled which leads to overconsumption and frustation. Quebecers used to be proud peoples who survived with the little they had. Now greed has consumed our identity and nothing is holder us together.\n3. I feel that jobs are less and less useful to the society. Even I, as an electronic/software engineer, wonder if my job as meaning. I feel we lost touch with the concrete world. Some people have 0 contribution to anything useful and have really good salary and work conditions, while others bust their ass in shitty conditions. I feel like everything that we need is produced/done by a frighteningly small amount of individuals.\n\nBut from what I heard Canada isn't the only country to feel these. My dad almost died because a ambulance took 50 minutes to get here when we live 10 mins away from an industry park and hospital that both has ambulance. Then one of the people wasnt even a medical person and was a firefighter and she asked if he could walk to the ambulance while having a heart attack. \nThen they took him out in pajamas and no tshirts in 0c weather then didnt give hime a blanket in the ambulance. ONE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS WHILE HAVING A HEART ATTACK IS TO BE WARM. \nLuckily the other woman was really good at her job an new it was an emergency from the EKG and my pops was impressed with her driveing and her work. He just couldn't believe that the firefighters asked him to walk to the ambulance while in his condition.\nHe made it but only has 30% heart function

All western financial systems are due a heavy crash they can not keep up with such vast amounts of people coming in and as in Europe the vast mass of illegals who can not work sucking up the benefits system raises taxes and demand for housing is shooting prices up. \nThe western governments went into money printing mode that creates inflation raising prices on every day goods and foods this can not be sustained for much longer before it all comes crashing down, This also affects places in schools and medical wait times with more people flooding in to the point in the UK where i live you can be waiting up to 5 hours for an ambulance and 3-6 months for an operation.\n25 years ago you could get a 2 bedroom house here for around 25k now you are looking around 150k-250k the kids born here have no chance of owning a home and most end up staying with parents up to their 30s-40s, Even private landlords are under threat from government buyouts that end up housing migrants and not our citizens its a real mess that has no signs of slowing.

I earn only $75,000 USD per year and my wife earns around $50,000 USD per year and in Kingston JA we live really good house already fully paid off. Thought about moving to Canada and after lots of research and doing the math I realize that we were living better than 80% of Canadians. Many people from the Caribbean are running to Canada and I am clueless as to why.

Canada let in 430,635 people in July and sep population went up 1.1 percent sense 1957 were hey let in 198,000 people Canada keeps letting so many people in and yet can’t fix the housing shortage. Canadian here. Things are just fine here. Yeah, far from perfect, but people are generally pretty happy here. People are safe, happy, healthy, employed and optimistic. It's always good to target your weeknesses to improve, but looking at elsewhere around the world, I couldn't think of a better place to live.

Well good people, talent and those with work ethic will leave and Canada will continue to fill up with shitty people, who don't want to join Canada.
