I'm getting ready to leave Canada and go to their country. Funny the only place you see diversity is the eastern countries.

I am permanent resident and I tell you they would rather hired immigrant that don’t speak up when they get mistreat than a Canadian who knew their right. I been immigrant to Canada for 15 years and it seems like things getting worst as time go by. Government need to put immigration on hold for 10 years to fix the country.

My wife says this is what happened in her home country, and it drove down wages. Now, in that country, there are millions out of work or working hand-to-mouth, but major corporations go to this country to get cheap labour. But how will this work with the massive cost of living and the drop in the wages in the job market?

A good amount of Palestinians wish to go outside of Palestine at least just during this war either to stay and keep their family safe or to go to the hospital or to eat and get a complete and proprr shelter. I'm all for bringing in the 'skills & talent' with new immigrants. But these new Canadians must fit the criteria that Canada needs and they must come in through the legal system, be properly vetted and willing to abide by the laws of the land. Instead, what Trudeau is bringing in through open borders are freeloaders, people who take advantage of the welfare system and refuse to work. And many of them have long criminal histories. Some even insist on bringing their quarrels with them along with the hatred they harbour for other groups of people. Then they proceed to protest in the streets about what is going on in the countries they left and worse, they harass others on college campuses and elsewhere because they don't like their race, culture or ethnicity. We see it everywhere. And if we Canadians complain about it, we're called every name in the book. Not fair to Canadians. Not fair to those who are waiting in line to come in legally.

Canada is totally overrated by the canadian government imigration propaganda. It has been trapped naive people all around the world. It could be called SCAMNADA. Extremely unafordable and the health care system is a joke.\nLife in freezing countries is too expensive due winter gears, hitting, cars, insulation in every building or house, gas, salt on streets,  shovelling, mandatory insurance for everything, health care is a joke, and so on. It is endeless. \nCanada is definitely an uninhabitable place. Basicaly the whole canadian population live very close the US border due the miserable freezing endeless drepressing 9 months cold weather. Nobody wants go north. Freezing weather makes life unbearable and extremely expensive.

So brutal. I have a 15 year old looking for her first job and all her friends ate too. Guess what.....all those jobs we used to get as we entered the workforce are gone. Every single DQ A&W grocery store McDs etc jobs go to foreigners. So where will all the high school kids work? They are becoming despondent and depressed. It's really sad. For the kids born here and the kids that got told bs there would be plenty of jobs. It's just wrong!!!? I'm highly concerned for the kids. Canada is sliding into a toilet. It also appears that you are at the back of the list if you are born here and God forbid too white. So what is the deal with all these Walmart's etc hiring only foreign people ? It's not to give the kids of Canada a start and a chance. It must have some reason that is going to destroy the country because when a local high school student has to compete with ,300 foreigners for a low paid job this is not going anywhere good. It is extremely distressing. Just resign and incorporate Canada into India or somewhere because it's not Canada anymore.

I am curious to know how many people under 30, who are from Canada, still see their future here? or are planning to move to another country. I am in my 40s, and watch every day as justin gives away everything I have worked for in my life. I will be selling my home soon, most probably to an immigrant family, because the cost of existing here has become way too high. FYI.... as a CANADIAN I dont have another country I call home and can go back to once Canada is completely fucked.

They keep saying we need people to fill all these vacant jobs. And we need all these skilled workers. The truth is that there are NO JOBS. The government is Lying. And these people coming into the country DO NOT HAVE ANY SKILLS. Many are going to school here to get an education/skills. The idea is that they return home after they finish school. But that's NOT happening. They remain here and take jobs away from Canadians. They get hired over those who are Canadian. We all know this to be true. In addition while going to school here they bring in their whole family. Now it's costing the Tax Payer to look after these people. Many are older and require Medical Treatment, drugs, surgeries, etc. Immigration does NOT stimulate the economy. It drains our finances leading to bankruptcy. We are fast being replaced and our culture is being dissolved. Just look at other countries where this has happened like Britain, Ireland, etc.

All in the plan. Smash country economy Create kaos break down society flood country with immigrants all part of plan. Exact same as US going on. Same thing they did in Europe first. Just that trump slowed down the plan for 4 years beating out the demon. Put them behind schedule Why there trashing everything fast as they can before there voted out.

Mass immigration doesn’t work ! Immigration and integration go hand in hand . I have the most respect for those who want a better life ( hard under this government ) and realize that comes from hard work and good financial planning , these days it’s just open the doors and tax the tax payers to supplement a income for far to many who don’t have anything to add to the economy . I don’t care what your race is ! Where u come from is your ancestors , the first thing they need to do is ‘m become Canadian ‘’ , I could care less about your culture unless it intrigues me ! Work hard , make the same sacrifices that those who built this country did and then you should have a sense of being a Canadian

One thing I noticed you left was the fact that temporary workers are just that temporary. They have plans on staying here, because it is too expensive to live and mail order all their money back to their home countries. It is quite lucrative for them to make $15/hr (bunking with 6-8 others in an apartment) if they come from a country where 50cents/day is the going wage back home. But that money leaves the Canadian economy, dragging it down.

As an immigrant from Europe (not a country with a high level of poverty or a war), I arrived here in 2016 and I can say I love Canada, a very welcoming country. While I see lots of immigrants returning to their countries or going to other places, this country is amazing, offering tons of possibilities to entrepreneurs, business people and with a wide variety of possibilities. Yes, housing is an issue but it is in many rich countries. I also see a lot of people like me, happy about what they have and what they built. I travelled the world (Australia, Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Asia) and I can guarantee, there is no perfect place. So find the place that suits you best. Do not expect perfection. It does not exist.

I think its left for the individual who has already acquired the visitor's visa and with dual intent, to decide if they will bear the consequences of going to the boring locations where jobs are available. Unless someone going to Canada to socialise vs being on a sole mission to work and have something to take back home. Poverty in Africa is real my brother. For most people they have seen the worst in their home country, and they are at a stage where they will accept to work in those 'boring' places. \nEven if there is no 'mad man' to keep one company, at least the remote places have work. Ok Doug downer or Debbie downer. I was just in the UK, Sweden, Spain, Italy, the USA and Australia in the last 1.5 yrs. I was staying with friend/relative and believe me the 'Health Care' crisis is the same in all, the 'inflation' crisis is the same in all, the 'housing crisis' is the same in all. So before you go downer on my country..........make sure you do your homework and look at other countries. There is a similar trend in most 'top' countries. The UK, France, USA, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and most of the EU is a mess and also has it problems!

Stop this pretentious interviews. Go out and talk to people and see their struggles. Underemployment, housing un-affordability, discrimination-Canadian experience !!! The only jobs available for outsiders i.e not born in the country are low end jobs. You do not have Canadian experience… please stand in back of line !!!

My husband has been here since 3 years of age for over 50 years now, I have been here for over 30 years and we are leaving in the next year. Ok... Toronto and Vancouver is a very small part of Canada... they are not the whole Canada... I understood the struggles but there are lots of places in Canada is what we say livable... Hey Im alone here in Edmonton... i pay mortgage,,, i pay bills,,, i pay debts,,, i support my family back home,,,, i buy whatever i want and most of all,,, i only have one job... and look!!! Im surving for 14 years now alone... Struggles should be dealt with willingness to do what is necessary,,, hardwork and resiliency not quitting... you will still have to work hard whether you go back home or go somewhere else... at least here in Edmonton,,, you're hard work is rewarding unlike most of the countries around the world...

I met some of these people in Thailand after COVID. There was a small group of Chinese who kept to themselves at our hostel. One day I overheard them in Chinese repeatedly talking about my country Mexico which got me to talk with them. They were quite happy to learn I could speak Chinese but more excited to learn I was from Mexico. They started asking me a bunch of questions about crossing the border into the US to which I bluntly told them I had no idea about and discouraged it. I asked where they got these crazy ideas from and they said that people were posting videos and tutorials of how to cross into the US online. The Chinese government hard handed approach to COVID was what made them leave. They wanted to go both for the freedom and economic benefits but they had a very naive and overly optimistic view of the US. They saw the high wages US workers were making but had no idea as to the incredibly high living costs associated with living there. I tried explaining that there was a housing shortage and that their expectations for life in the US would set them for disappointment but they either didn't believe me or brushed off my criticism. I also tried encouraging them to go to German or Australia instead (places which I feel would be better and easier for them to enter) but they seemed dead set on just going to the US. Unfortunately I don't know where they are now as Wechat is blindly and constantly blocking and deleting accounts in SE Asia without reason......................

I'm in Canada from last 15 years with my family...its been not easy but then where it is ? Immigration is a constant global phenomenon....go wherever it suits you, best of luck. I love Canada....the best country in the world with its pitfalls. ....long live Canada ❤

I am in Canada for 17 years and I love this country. It literally saved my life. Although I have to admit that it is a matter of surviving nowadays. My husband is a senior piping designer and he can't find a job for more than a year and was on and off the job for last 6 years. I am an internationally trained doctor and I can't find anything for myself. I can't afford pursuing my profession as it's too expensive and takes years with no certainty thag you will even get into industry. So I'm looking for all other jobs. But I'm either overqualified or don't have Canadian experience. So we have money just for a few months to survive... With 2 kids it's even more stressful... We barely can afford our rent... And we can't go back home as we left it so many years ago, no connections for job there too. So we really just pray everyday...

This country has become trash. This used to be the place to go. Now we get third world trash and the good people we want here have no interest

There are regular workers who walk this road into the country every day as well. This is very disruptive to them with their jobs. People will be trampled under foot and they don't care. They just keep coming. The only importance to them is where they want to go.

In 2004 I wrote a somewhat famous article called 'Top 8 reasons not to immigrate to Canada'. In short, the Canadian authorities tried to destroy my life. They made it so that I could not be employable in Canada. So I moved to the U.S. in 2005 and then some years later I moved permanently to the Philippines. I am happy that so many years later videos like yours are saying essentially the same things that I did. I was ahead of my time. I will never go back to Canada. Not to live, not to visit, not even a connecting flight. Too cold, too expensive, taxes are astronomical, no culture, no freedom, no jobs, no opportunities, only modern slavery, worst healthcare system, unbearable political correctness, crime infested/drug infested, xenophobic people, too depressing. It has become a North Korea style dictatorship in the western world.\n\n\nTheir are many reasons why Canada has fallen apart. But the number one reason is ‘multiculturalism’. My friends, multiculturalism simply does not work. Different cultures do not come together and mix, different cultures come together and clash. The world is divided into different countries for a reason: because people hate each other and only want to be with their own kind. The number two reason for Canada’s demise is ‘socialism’. In this modern era of aging populations, it is mathematically impossible for socialism to continue. I live in America, but I’d suggest going to Istanbul. My husband is from there and we’ve been so many times. It’s beautiful, definitely an islamic country but there is still so much tourism it’s an eye to other cultures as well. So many people speak English as well. Good luck wherever you land.

If you are a legal immigrant then I feel sorry for you, this isn't fair. But if you're an illegal single male or female, you should go back. Coming to the US because your country is financially unstable is not an excuse to break our laws. Children must stop coming through the southern border as most of them are going to be sexually abused and trafficked. The same for the young women. Stay away for your own safety. Housing prices are so crazy that I just rent a room and six months per year go live in developing countries of Asia. My income in Canada is only 25K as a single retired person. No home. No car. No partner or family responsibilities. No job. Cook at home only. No alsohol or drugs.\n\nSo, there are solutions. GIS and living out of a suitcase. But I still think that spending $850 per month (33% of my income) is too high.\n\nBut besides money matters, I feel like a stranger in Canada as an old straight white man. Wokeness is extreme here. Surrey B.C. has become little India. Wildlife murdered through development; no wildlife assessments being done anymore. B.C. the province of monopoly, high car insurance. Where government attacks on the homeless instead of helping. I see more and more homeless and drug usage. More litter in the streets. Canada the socialist country. Canada with laws that protects immorality. Say one bad thing go to jail. Canadian government, they freeze peoples bank accounts. Canada has political prisoners, Tamara Lich (Trucker Convoy). Canada where they sell horses to be slaughtered in other countries, Canada, where dog meat is legal. Canada soon to be another China. Canada one of the most expensive places to live in the world!

For those that says that Canada Sucks, go to Any country in Latin America and you will test the ugly truth, if we compare those Hispanic countries with Canada, CANADA IS THE PARADISE, I've been living many years in Mexico, and let me tell you something, taxes are really high there as well, in any job they fire you with no previous advise, and about safety is on the floor, d4ed people everyday, g@nsh0ts, m4f!a, k!dn4p!ng in every normal day, you cannot go out alone in the night or at any hour, so Canada is not perfect but is much more better than docenes of other countries, including European countries....
