I think brampton transit is making the most revenue from the new indians. I am a guyanse canadian who live in Brampton since 1986. I think indians from india are very quiet people.The homeless white are drug addicts and panhandling in the city that are complaining.

I was thinking of doing my Masters in Computer Science in Canada but thankfully I didn't. Just after my decision Covid started. Thank god I chose to stay in India and got a job. Also not to mention the killing of so many Indians in Canada. It is not even safe for us to go there considering the terrorism.\n\nEdit - I also never saw Canadians complaining about Trudeau. Ontario offers the PR easily if one studys in a college locally. Also Indian culture is way more complex then the Canadian culture, so there's not much to adapt. English is just another language for Indians and they wish to feel at home while speaking Punjabi/Hindi

Im am from the Philippines and when I came here in Canada. I was expecting a lot of Canadians in the city to my surprised I see a lot of Indians. Also, I dont understand why the incomers dont respect the Canadians by speaking english in any public places, cause if I am on same shoe I would be irritated. I have lots of respect for the Canadians and their culture, incomers should adapt and conform.Hope the immigration make some changes to control this.

I bet another reason the government would rather have rentals is they usually pay twice the property taxes that homeowners do. That can amount to tens of thousands a year difference in tax revenue for each and every property on a street. Sad but true.....\nStill I have to agree with the high immigration numbers. So many sly comments against Indians but when you went to the most dangerous part of Brampton, it was all ethnic white Canadians, who are drug addicts and homeless. So Indians aren't the problem here. Canada brought in too many immigrants and the local ethnic population could not compete with newcomer Indians who can often endure a lot of hardships and find innovative ways to earn money and live decently. Yes there may be 15 in a house in some places but at least they're not doing drugs or roaming homeless. There are some valid points in the video. However, I didn't get it when you said there are people here who don't look Canadian and don't feel Canadian. Punjabi Sikhs from India have been part of Canada since the early 1900s, and alot more came in the 1970s.... So the sikhs have been part of Canada for a long time... I had lived in brampton since 2000, and one by one all the neighbors on the street moved out and the residents were replaced with an indian family. The street went from a very friendly place to feeling very isolated and cold... I could never understand what caused it until I moved out of brampton and got back the canadian feeling from my street/area.
