Work visas are complicated and depend more on skills than passport you hold! As a US citizen I can’t work in Canada visa free I can only visit_ the same with Canadians coming to the US or the UK ! \nFor the weather I feel you! We’re lucky In the US cos every type of weather you want you can get it without sacrificing living in a big city But other problems are quite similar everywhere! You have to walk around them and create ways to enjoy the beauty your country has to offer! Running away from from a country your a citizen of cos of loneliness or boredom is not a solution especially when you moving to a country your not even a resident of! Cos establishing residence is never easy unless you have a community there already! Otherwise it will be worse than where your running from!

No country is perfect. There is corruption, racism, high expenses, bad weather, cultural differences and a whole bunch of issues wherever you go. It's a matter of how much you can adapt and tolerate. My uncle was a bank executive in his native country yet could not get anything more than a parking lot attendant job his entire life in canada. Boss, i stay in India and life here too is now as complicated as it is in the West, if not more! In today's urban India most of them don't know who their neighbours are/ don't interact with them for years together. Even amongst the neighbours, they keep in touch with each other via mobile phone (predominantly WhatsApp). Children avoid staying with parents and relatives at ALL costs to an extent where they even leave their natives/ immigrate abroad to achieve the objective. Work pressures at the Indian private sector is probably the highest in the world where most employees don't even have time to breathe let alone interact! Btw for those who argue that the Western society is highly depressed and immoral blah blah blah, lemme give you a reality check- India is almost about to become the dubious capital of depression of the world, divorces in Indian society is SO high that it's way too common now to see people who've been divorced/ married second or third time, people fighting marital disputes in courts for years and years and in most cases paying off the girls family hefty and mouth watering out of court settlements to achieve peace of mind......the list is endless......so where does an ordinary 21st century Indian achieve peace of mind and a peaceful life with a quality lifestyle to boot? It's obviously the Americas and Europe (mostly). It may seem ironic to some old timers, but it's the harsh realities of the world today.

i’m typing this as an american native with 1st generation mexican parents. i lived all my life in suburbs , i’m 23. i started doing online school at around age 13 so i stayed home and basically quit hanging out with anyone by age 14. i feel i grew up online, no real life friends, didn’t get to know or hangout with cousins my age due to their own plans or schedule. i still live a very lonely life but this video very greatly shows why i want to leave the US. neighbors hardly know each other and don’t want to, they instead will purchase guns and be paranoid about everyone, despite all they do is drive to work, do 10 hours, come back. repeat. \n\ni visited mexico twice, i like the culture there, and i wouldn’t mind trying to live out there for a year see how i like it. there’s plenty of good land to work, i’m willing to work hard and i’m ok with eating simple. as of now i’m just saving my money and getting it into investment and hopefully semi live off that when i move to mexico in 7-10 years

Drew, you also forgot to mention that both Canda and the USA arr former colonies of both France and the UK, therefore the English language is both the native tongue there and it has significant French influence from the colonial times.

I’m sad to see Manitoba here spoken of so sadly. I love living here. Yes there are mosquitos in the summer, and extreme weather. The home values make the province very very livable. Those working in trades make more and spend less than those in many provinces (and states). Winnipeg has a great art scene, lots of sports, etc. yes, we do have a high homeless & jobless rate. We also have a very high Native American rate, which has its own historical struggles.

I'm from Québec, but I love all the provinces of Canada, they are just different from each other, and keep in mind even the worst in Canada is way better than a lot of countries. For me, I see the rest of Canada like family, like cousins. So I love them all. Even the native in the north, I don't see them a lot but hey, they are family too.
