Ill see them complaining about wanting more money and inflation, but i dont see any old stock Canadians en masse complaining yet obviously theres all these Indian nationals filling jobs that didnt go to a Canadian. One thing I noticed you left was the fact that temporary workers are just that temporary. They have plans on staying here, because it is too expensive to live and mail order all their money back to their home countries. It is quite lucrative for them to make $15/hr (bunking with 6-8 others in an apartment) if they come from a country where 50cents/day is the going wage back home. But that money leaves the Canadian economy, dragging it down.

I moved to the US from Canada. No country is perfect but I prefer the US, much better if you are younger with a good degree /skills.\n\nMuch better job market and career growth opportunities, better weather, more variety, lower taxes and higher pay, much better to be paid in USD, so much more to see/do, way better flight options, most things from eggs to cars to houses cost less...just much more.\n\nOnly thing is getting permanent residency in the US is much more difficult than Canada, but US is where the growth and opportunities are.

The indian immigration is worst and crossing there limits. I have married a hindu girl from Bangladesh . Because some issue the registration process is still pending. And the Indian immigration always threatens my wife why she coming frequently in india. She is coming legally via tourist visa and i have not done any illegal process. Canada's biggest problem, other than Trudeau/Singh being in charge is that there are only a few major cities that people gravitate to. If the boundaries were pushed outside of Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, things may become more affordable. All the land in between Toronto and Windsor. The issue is it would take companies expanding to these places.

It's expensive, monthly car insurance is $400 for new immigrants...it's not affordable at all... rent and other things getting expensive by passing each day.....even now canadians are trying to to move to European countries.

This video is strongly opinionated. It's a skewed perspective about things. No country is perfect in weather, economy nor free of racism.. not India, not USA and not Norway. I would prefer consuming media that provides a more balanced perspective.

The thing that really pisses me off is that these illegal entries also gum up and slow down the process for legit asylum seekers and legit immigration petitioners who do obey the law. I saw a news report at the San Ysidro crossing where they interviewed a mother of three young children who had a legitimate asylum reason (which still has to be determined in court) who had been trying for over two years to enter legally. The system just didn’t have capacity because of the illegal crossings in the region taking up all of USCIS resources. This woman had no resources and was sleeping on the streets in Tijuana (not safe) trying to survive and care for her kids and she had the resolve to continue to doing things legally. \n\nPeople bitch about America being unsympathetic — what about people like this woman? You gonna say she should give up obeying the law and try to jump the border? What if you came home from work and found a homeless woman and her three kids eating out of your fridge? \n\nWalls don’t keep people out. They have doors. Go to the door and ask to be let in. \n\nIf the illegal crossings stopped, and America refused to answer the door? Then maybe you got an argument for harsh treatment.

Our government is useless, prices double and they just act surprised ? They have hearings on why we are being robbed by every single major company in Canada and literally never do a single thing after it’s all just a ruse. No one wants to rock the boat.\n\nThese rules and expectations may differ substantially according to the politics and beliefs of the employer. But the veneer of handling things in a highly compliant and pleasant way is always there, with a hidden expectation that you will speak positively about the biases of your boss or owner. In other words, the common factor is that bosses often have fragile egos or are afraid of anything that challenges the status quo. This harms critical thinkers and innovators who often leave to the US or China, but also immigrants who have even larger barriers to working within the status quo. \n\nEven among better bosses I have had, I notice this tendency towards intense discomfort with ideas that come from outside of their direct experience. Though at least with my current boss and one other I had in the past, there is an intellectual curiosity and empathy which helps them gradually open up to unfamiliar things (and they're just awesome people in general). But I still notice this bias sometimes. It's definitely cultural.

I agree with all the points, as a Muslim that have been raised in Europe and living currently in Canada, I always thought that Islam was stronger here than in Europe, one of the reasons why I decided to move here, until I came to see with my own eyes scary things, mostly the indoctrination part ? omg. There is nothing better than a Muslim country, my husband and I too are moving from Canada in June inshalah ?
