Just go in the dollar store in Duluth Ga you see middle eastern people and Japanese and Korean and Chinese buying up stuff for a dollar and putting them in thier store's.

I think the liberal government 's policy to bring in rich Chinese immigrants is totally wrong.

When applicants applied on their own to avoid the exorbitant fees charged, the immigration office give them hard time only to find out that agencies can easily manipulate the system thus the deserving applicants won't get an approval. The 27,000 quota for 2019 has been met for only 11 minutes. so how can the ordinary people compete with the agencies who's business is to push their own clients to get processed? Wang only served 2 yrs out of 7, does that mean he paid for the remaining 5 yrs imprisonment ? The penalty of $900,000++ is such a small amount to compensate of what he did and so he will keep on doing it because he can get rich easily.

I sincerely hope all of these dirty crooks get stripped of nor only their citizenships but also any & all assets there. \n\nI often wonder how a nation which such a rich past has ended up a nation of ants.

Are they not proud Chinese citizens oh... I get it now, they makev ONLY take Canadians citizenship so they can get taxpayer assistance for low wage workers. While in truth they're running a business or living without need for being daily employed this is totally outrageous... how is the average person to ever prosper or accumulated anything by working hard and the rich steal every sheckel and short the rules to take every inch...

I don’t get why you’d want to be a resident and care so much of a residency. In a country you don’t even want to live in. It just doesn’t make sense like what a waste of money and time. I mean you live in China and love China so much then stay in China, period. Wtf people love to complicate themselves and their lives. People love problems and difficulty. These rich Chinese I think were only buying property and helping skyrocket the real estate in Vancouver, that’s all they succeeded on.

the UK is done for..birmingham is 70-80% muslim, manchester is around 45-60% muslim. London even has a muslim mayor. The problem is the government didn't know how to make enough money in the country...... That's why they want more other people to do investment or have business in Canada in order to bring more money into the country. The fact is the social welfare is too good that government might not be able to afford that big spending. First, Government needs to know how to make money on their own, not depending rich immigrants. Second, encourage citizens to have baby by providing benefits for them, to boost the birth rate. Third, stop being so nice to refugee, stop importing refugee! The biggest problem of refugee is they don't make money to the country, they rely on social welfare heavily.

1. its just wt rich ppl with money do, they dont put their eggs in one basket and spread their wealth all over the world. the political climate in china probably further extravagate this even further as they have no real security to their assets, the government can seize any time for legal reasons (china have tax but nobody pays them, the government doesnt collect business and personal tax as their revenue. but if u get on their wrong side they will use this as an excuse. if u pay taxes properly u cant compete with ppl who dont, so yea governement use this shady trick in china).\nJust look at any millionare, they probably have investment all over the world. the reason y we r seeing this with chinese is that they've gotten their wealth recently and have just started this diversification of asset hence the scale and timing. japanese had their time, Indians will probably have their time soon once they develop. its like seeing lottery winners buying ferrari, just a normal thing to see, but ppl will get uncomfortable and shame them lol.\n2. this reason is minor but chinese passport is really inconvenient when travelling, having a canadian or US passport helps alot if they r doing international business.\n\nNow to the claims of taking over and colonisation, the ppl claiming colonisation r probably from US canada or australia. ppl r mostly afraid of the things theyve done or think to do to others, i doubt any chinese are thinking about colonisation when its not really their mindset. the worst chinese are thinking are u praising or kowtow them, otherwise they really dont care hence y they kinda just live in their own little groups rather than aggresively pushing political agenda on ur face.

Many Chinese like him from China will do whatever needed to get rich, legal or not does not not matter, sacrifice one, jail is no big deal, rich for generations.

It’s not only ghost immigrants. There are ghost employment too. A lot of people, mainly those rich international students who do not want to go back to China after graduation or failed to graduate but would remain in Canada without permanent residents status. They would pay some corrupted companies to hire them (what a joke), pretending that they have a full-time job in order to apply for permanent residency in Canada. There are many rich chinesse immigrants who want to have a safe haven if things get bad in China. They will do anything to migrate to Western countries. Authorities have to be vigilant on this matter.

I watch the border crossing show sometimes and when they come back from “vacationing “ in China and pretend that they haven’t brought anything with them and when their bags are inspected they have tons of stuff and have way exceeded the limits and they barely get a verbal reprimand. I don't know why all of Latin America thinks that the USA and Canada have the responsibility of taking care of the people from Latin American Countries. I say let them fix their own countries. I feel bad for them but as a Canadian, do I want them to become Canadian (prob will not pay income tax cause they won’t make a lot of money, being near poverty line)(and will require lots of help from the government)? Been in canada for 10 yrs never been sick. Only time I needed heath services was for my 1rst child last year. Went 7 months of pregnancy tests and exams paid nothing.\nI spent 2 months in NICU didn't pay a dime.\nTook 6 months parental leave still got income coming (could have taken 12 months since my spouse doesn't work).\nI don't care how rich I get. I'll always support universal health care. It worked for me.
