Housing is expensive because money was free for years. To all the people pointing immigration for whatever supply/demand reasons popping here and there in comments, the reason why housing is exploding is simple; money was free, people borrowed more, people selled for more.

The number of disgusting rootless parasites in this comment section who talk about my home like it is a stepping stone for them to exploit is abhorrent. Usurpingly these classist, unempathetic creatures call the same two hierarchal cultures their origin. I may be slightly victimized by their taking advantage of my territory, but the true and worst victims are the people who will be left behind to rot in China and India, which will not rise, and will see all the surplus value their lords extract, be walked out into other polities. The poorest poor are always the worst victims of globalist behaviors. As miserable as I am, being shit on by such sub humans, I must feel greater empathy to those most robbed.

To the anti-immigrant fools in the comments, who hate that productive, rich, taxible people come to work in Canada: remeber that the enemies of affordable housing are those NIMBYs who stop us from building houses and apartments. We will all be swimming in gold once we actually start building at higher rates--which is the historical norm.

I read all these comments as an American and silently sob under the covers. The reasons you all provide are all valid and I there is a nothing I can say to change your opinion because there is nothing I can say. You are all right. Sometimes I feel ashamed for even living here ?

As an American/Floridian a couple of comments:\n1. The US is NOT going to be colonized by larger countries!\n2. Immigration needs to be greatly reduced, not increased.\n3. Jobless and High Teck older layoffs, need to be rehired.\n4. American Unionism needs to be strengthened, through worker security.\n5. Teck industry needs Visa Moratorium, to force retention of older US workers!\n6. US Visa's are a scam played by wealthy companies, to keep wages down and fire older, experienced journeymen. \n7. Government needs much higher taxation on such companies and strict regulation.\n8. Canada is becoming a failed state, for Canadians. Much like current UK & France.

2023-07-28 0
You didn't want to even read about the concern of the comment about the lack of abortion rights in the US. But it's real and so scary to see from Canada. I wouldn't want to live in a place where I would not be safe as someone who has a uterus.

Can thia be true about Canada, especially theor health system?\n\nWith the negative comments i have read here this be true about Canada everyone os craving for?
2023-07-27 0

Chutiya insident l am sorry for the better comment.

There are so many hateful/ ignorant comments the universe is OURS*aka all living breathing creations of Christ* no matter where you live we shouldn't have to pay to live in a world that has blessed us ALL. People need to understand the root of the problem and not place blame on one another for the enslavement of the human race. I pray that one day people choose to unveil* aka accept Christ * there eyes and minds from the evil of the enemy. Amen.

The comments below are unbelievable! YES! Their countries SUCK! That IS IN NO WAY America's fault! These riots are Biden's fault! Get rid of this administration and WE CAN fix the problem. This DID NOT happen when President Trump was in office.

Moving there isn't really the question. I don't know anyone who will even go for a visit. This sentiment is reflected in the comments.
2023-07-25 0
10:50 Ty, you balked out of the comment as if the writer threw acid at you. And yet you must understand that to many Canadians the religious batshit craze that is behind the prevalent political climate in the US is at the heart of the refusal to ever consider moving to the US. Americans think they live in the land of the free and yet they’re perfectly happy to force their personal conception of freedom (bear arms, ban books, ban gender/sexual orientation discussion, ban abortion rights etc) onto the whole country. Sadly, you chickened out of facing some unpleasant truths.
2023-07-25 0
Canada and most Canadians feel strongly about human rights, that's why you are getting all the abortion comments. The abortion laws in the US are absolutely ridiculous and dangerous. \nI wont even get started on gun laws. We have like, basic gun laws. Most people I know hunt and own guns, etc. It seems like Americans have a taste for gun violence.

Idk which I enjoy more : the video or the comment section
2023-07-24 0
Due to the comments mentioned in the video and below many canadians would not move to the US. However, Canada is one of the most expensive places to live and a lot of people are leaving for other countries that have similar benefits and social structure but are more affordable.
2023-07-24 0
Idk man my parents crossed the border over here made a good living for themselves are law abiding but fuck like some else said my heart goes out to y’all but it sucks that I have to deal with the money problem s that come from this I ain’t racist but I’m sure any country would very well be acting the same if hella people just tried Comin to your country who aren’t account for/ are not on the grid in your country and like someone else said in the comments band together like this and take back your country
2023-07-23 0
I really hope you read these comments Tyler. You are so blinded by the American propaganda machine and I really suggest you at least do some travelling out of country for a prolonged period of time to see how the rest of the world really is. I hope some of these harsher comments at least open your eyes. I am born and raised Canadian who used to spend about a month a year in the states and now I can’t say I’ll go back. The gun violence just in the last few years is sickening. Having bad places to live doesn’t apply to the US anymore, everywhere is bad to live and it’s only a matter of time before the reality comes to YOUR small town. Usually I really like your videos but this one hits a little too hard on how everyone in America has been brainwashed into thinking their normal is ‘great’. Being a bit desensitized is a complete understatement. The saddest part is I think it’s too late for the US now.

We cant judge them and utter stupid comments like they are a country of guns and all..Think logically , A knife is a weapon used in commiting crimes all over the world even in India..It maybe religious to you but it symbolises a threat..Imagine, if in african religion, swords and blades are considered religious just like kiprans and they start taking it anywhere and everywhere like the kirpans, in India will the police or any security personnel allow this ?.
2023-07-22 1
A lot of people in the comments complaining and crying but they’re the same people going to Mexican restaurants ordering 50 burritos and not even tipping
2023-07-22 0
I love your final comment of destiny. Whatever has to be will be.
2023-07-22 0
I don't see an attack I see desperate people with small children. And I see people who their entry won't even effect crying about it in comments. I cannot imagine having to put my 5 month old baby ony shoulders and run for help with all those others doing the same. ? Have some empathy.
2023-07-21 0
Totally agree with the batshit crazy comment. I’m there every winter many places, and have learned to avoid certain topics. Seemingly normal people are incredibly ignorant on some topics and have rabid beliefs based on virtually no logical data. They just believe it is because someone told them. Too many people are driven by their rabid prejudices. Absolute ignorance.

Listening to your comments about school safety... A Texas family came to Central Canada just prior to covid, for a work related few monthes. Covid hit and they decided to stay here. When their children asked about live shooter drills, the Canadian kids didn't know what they were talking about. Imagine that. ?

Video se zyada comments interesting hai ???. Good job commenters !!

Canadians are exposed to American media on a daily basis, and because of the extreme polarization in politics, the portrayal of the USA is that of a country teetering on the edge of self destruction. Canadians are exposed to constant horror stories of gun violence, crooked police, the loss of human rights, and school shootings. Having said that, you did a pretty good job of trying to stay neutral in your presentation on what is a very touchy subject. Leaning one way or another on social media would get you bashed in the comments section (which is another place where we see that polarization).

Let's settle it in comments department

Hi Harmeet and Manpreet, its good that you are doing a great job by spreading knowledge about how is life in canada. I do appreciate that but here in this podcast its about 3 main countries- Australia, UAE And Canada. \nRegarding Australia i can't comment much as i personally dont have any experience with that country but yes my cousins are there. Regarding UAE- Whatever ashr and sana said i dont agree at all because we have spend more than 15 years in UAE with very decent job. We were quiet free to do all the activities of bank, driving license and all. That country has its own charm. May be Ashr has worked in very small company where he has to go through those things but things are quiet different there. And yes it is very hot in dubai from may to August just came like punjab and delhi in India but aisa b nhi h ki bande ki jaan hi nikale. So i felt bahut jayada exaggerate kar k btaya ja raha h.\nOnly thing in UAE is that you dont get PR there.\nRegarding canada ?? it is a good country though currently less job opportunities here.

i am watching you review the comments and you can't discuss women's health care as in abortion rights. Shame.
2023-07-20 0
You may be desensitized to school shootings due to your location (don’t really understand that). However I am surprised that you did not make any comment about school shootings being the number one killer of children in the USA . Also all the mass shootings in stores, clubs etc . Just Tragic.?
2023-07-20 0
I have to say that I generally like your videos...but the fact that you decided not to continue with the comment the person left in regards to not being forced to carry a fetus, or being able to love/marry/be who you are regardless of your genitalia spoke volumes as to the descrimination that is so normalized in the US.
2023-07-20 0
The fact that you skipped over the comments about abortion and LGTBQ2S rights likely sums up why alot of Canadians wouldn't live there. These are huge human rights issues an should be an honest part of this conversation. If you can't handle the answers, don't ask the question!

acha huwa comments section se sab samjh aa gaya? huwa kya inko jo lad rahe the mjhe laga window seat k liye lad rahe the ?....mere ko kya me to cinema hall me ye sab bakchodi karne pe bolta hu jo laat maar raha uski maa ka ???

@TylerBucket - wtf man, you skip ahead in the comment when you read 1 thing about women's reproductive health. Also, the rest of the comment had pretty compelling reasoning that you should have given proper time to validate. Ooof man, epic fail... but typically american.

I have commented before I am of Native decent registered with a Haudenosaunee/ Iroquois (Mohawk Nation) here in Canada I have a Cousin on a Haudenosaunee/ Iroquois (Seneca Nation) In New York State She has dual Citizenship I have been helping her and one of her kids to try to get registered in Canada through her grandparents with my Nation.\n\nYou know it bad when even Americans 1st people what to leave their own land and head North
2023-07-19 0
You may want to remember comments on the internet don't necessarily represent a broad spectrum of the political spectrum. That said my wife who is from the US prefers Canada. Also we have lots of guns in Canada we just don’t tend to use them on each other.
2023-07-19 0
You absolutely have been desensitized to school shootings when one happen in Canada it's a national emergency. I think we have one about every 10 years.\n\nAlso your comments about small towns are interesting last time I checked there are far more violent crimes per capita in smaller towns then in big cities.\n\nFinal point I'm black HELLL NOOO I'm never moving south of the border and even if I come for travel I'm staying as far as possible from the small towns as possible
2023-07-19 0
It's interesting that you completely skipped over the one comment that was clearly criticizing the BS abortion ban in the US. I'm curious as to why that is.
2023-07-18 0
The number 1 cause of death in children in Canada is accidents (e.g. car accidents).\nThe number 1 cause of death in children in the US is from firearms.\nThat is why many of the Canadian comments focused on kids, guns, and school.

Why am I not surprised that TYLER, a white American male, does not think the political-religious-racist fusion is THAT bad.\n\nNotice that he skips the impacts of the aforementioned political-religious-racist fusion by refusing to read the comment on abortion rights.... Again, not surprised that he has dipped out on the real issue (there are not kids being shot in schools every day, so Tyler feels that commenters might be exaggerating?)\n\nI am always surprised by how powerless individual Americans appear to be in the face of the highly politicized gun lobby. Tyler literally sayes there is nothing he can do about it. Home of the free, apparently.
2023-07-18 0
Fox News started the decline. And that probably was a result of foreign interference on social media. Now Americans have to pick sides - divide and conquer under Russian comment bots.
2023-07-18 0
Listened carefully to everything that was commented on and I too was a little surprised by what I heard. Being from southern Ontario actually near Buffalo and I am close to the USA but I am glad to be in Canada. Many of my friends go to Florida for the winter. They state that they will politely listen to the politics but never chime in with their opinion. The american political situation is very much like the religious situation with the Irish and the Northern Irish Catholics vs the Protestants. Your political separation borders on insanity. The current republicans lie through their teeth and keep repeating those lies. Listening to the Irish is equally exhausting. When I travel to the United States I am always glad to be home when the trip is over. While in America, I find most people are wonderful and we are always treated very well. If the Republicans snap out of it and the gun lobby loses their grip on the narrative that everyone needs a gun I think the attitude of Canadians might change. One thing for sure I am very happy that big brother is right next door and we will never have to deal with what the Ukrainian people are going through. In that instance I am glad that America keeps improving their weapon systems and their innovations and mass military production. \nI am sure there are many lovely places in the USA but the media focuses on the bad news of the day where violence and shootings and political insanity dominate news. Meanwhile most Americans are enjoying their lives in peace.

How are ya?\nHey I’m from Canada and absolutely love your comments . I appreciate how you keep an open mind. Keep up the great videos \nCheers\nBob

I'm Canadian\nSome comments are worry about woman rights while woke individuals are already destroying women identity AND rights\nWe have Trudeau that is destroying the entire economy and make life VERY difficult \nLet say I would also choose Canada.... but it's the lesser EVIL
2023-07-18 0
Tyler, I hope that you'll comment on what I have just written. Have a good meditation... A friend from Québec city. ????
2023-07-18 0
I appreciate that you are open to hearing these comments- as hard as that might be. Canadians do love our US next door neighbours- most of the US is lovely, most people are good, yes good opportunities exist there. BUT, we have that here in Canada too. So the tipping points about female bodily autonomy, never really worrying about our children’s school safety, EVERYONE being able to get good healthcare (no insurance required), and the more inclusive attitude to people of different sexual orientation/cultures/race makes this country the better option, in my opinion.
2023-07-18 0
Couldn’t handle the pro diversity comments eh? You skipped over them….why? Doesn’t look good on you.
