On the handling of the India government, I like the way he says, the Canadian government should have handeled it differently!!!!!! Despite the fact that I live in a fucked up third world country myself, there are three major reasons why I have not moved to a first world country yet:\n1. Money \n2. I have my own house here and I don't have any debts. Not a lot of first world citizens can say that now, can they?\n2. I want Guaranteed opportunities (Either a job offer or a PhD offer) if I am to move abroad. \n3. First world countries have a habit of blaming immigrants for all of their bullshit. ALL OF IT. There was never a labor shortage, it was a wage shortage. Instead of allowing the market to adjust for wages, Stephen Harper came up with the TFW program to keep wages low. The liberals made it even worse. Tim Hortons never struggled to staff the restaurants, they just weren't willing to pay the wages that citizens required in order to survive in their markets. End this ridiculous TFW program and let the market correct itself. If a company can't afford to pay Canadians Canadian wages, they don't belong in Canada doing business.

They knew exactly what they’re doing. Create a crisis then come in like they’re the saviours to “fix” it. Bringing unlimited students from India . And all those students with work permits working in Trucking Industry on low wages. And Canadian citizens are out of job because trucking companies hiring those students with work permit because the treat them like a slave on low wage.

What about these students working in Trucking industry. I am Canadian citizen without job because these trucking companies hiring these students because they are cheap slave labour .

Right now he’s thinking, low paid Walmart jobs all occupied by Temporary foreign workers, and we Canadians struggling to find a job. Now Justin Trudeau realizes it’s too late. He did much damage to our Canadian people. So sad we’re struggling for money, food. He’s depriving his citizens bringing temporary foreign workers ?

At the end of the day the main issue is the Government used Indian students to supplement the economy at the expense of the Canadian citizens. Now in 2024 the Trudeau liberals still refuse to pause it because of the economic impact it will have on their corporate friends and the schools. They also subsidize immigrant students which incentivises businesses to only hire Indian students. Canadians can't find affordable housing or a minimum wage job and Indians are paying the price. I feel bad saying it because I'm not a racist but I don't want anymore Indians, or any immigrants at all, here unless they fill a vital need in the economy. We simply no longer have the housing or jobs and it's as simple as that. Enough is enough.

Either subsidized food or we need to somehow lower our expenses. \n\nGov: we'll not subsized food but here some TFW\n\nConsumer are happy, business are happy, gov are happy! We need money.\n\nGov: we'll print these COVID money! Here's for 2k for you.\n\nConsumer: happy.\nBusiness: that's good atleast people have some money to spend on our businesses.\n\nEconomist: these money will cause inflation in the near future.\n\nINFLATION.\nBusiness: expenses are high.\nConsumers: prices are high, I need 2 jobs.\n\nGov: ok lets stop TFW. \n\nBusiness: you know this will cause our prices to go up. \n\nGov: it's okay consumers are already used to inflation anyway. What's important is that we could provide jobs to Canadian citizen.\n\nBusiness: fine okay.\n\nPrices are going up. After stopping TFW.\n\nConsumers: its the inflation again. Nothing new but we're still voting Trudeau out of office.

All the ones currently here will be made citizens.

As a FRENCH individual, I would\nSay this!!! WHY would you or even plan to come to a country that rejects you??? Why waste your money to come here???? Why immigrate here??? Lately, I have my older brother move back to France and my 2 daughters NOT willing to stay in Canada (they hate the Canadian education system here)! My wife wants to fly back to France and so am I and we will as soon as we can!!!! As for me … I HATE the Canadian healthcare system (rigid and INEFFICIENT) with all its stupid waiting times and lack of humanity and transparency!!! In France NO ONE has to wait 6 years (I heard this many times from friends) for an operation or 15 weeks to see pediatrician!!! I do not like the taxes, nor the hidden racism that is WAY WORSE than AMERICA (I have a coloured friend who knows well and who snobbed racist Canadians by speaking French to them. This friend of mine is in fact… a French citizen himself). I hate the Canadian transportation system, the banking system which is designed to STEAL from people!!! In Europe, there is NI Credit score and NO easy loans and you do not get indebted as in this rubbish country of GREEDY THIEVES (the Canadian bid corps) called Canada!!! Education in Europe is FREE!!!! Why should I allow my kids to study here and pay for veut studies??? WHY???? Le Canada est un pays de profiteurs!!!

I was at service Canada last week to renew a passport - I was 1 ! Of 3 white Canadians there .. the rest maybe (200+) people were all Indians registering babies .. they think there is anchor baby rights in Canada - false .. Canada does not recognize children born here from PR status as citizens

The elites and the establishment are benefiting from this. They will do nothing about it. In reality the reason for importing people in a large scale is a transfer of money and power from ordinary citizens to the elites and the establishment.

I have worked in Australia, Europe - UK and Germany before moving to the US for my master's degree and worked there for many years. Then moved to India and then to Canada. If you are a tech worker, there is no country in the world more accepting than the United States. Period. \nIn US, people respect your talent than what ethnic background or linguistic background you have. People are more tolerant and accepting, and even let you go up the ladder. Thats why many Indian CEO are leaving US companies while Americans don't mind. \nEuropeans and Australians are the most racist people I have encountered, who have little to no empathy even towards highly skilled workers paying heavy tax in their county. \nIt is better to work for your whole life in the United States on work visa, than living in Australia/Europe/Canada as their citizens.

Systematic racism is a part of the system. I am a civil servant scientist working in a French lab. Before joining my new position, I worked 6 months at KIT which is considered top 3 ranked university in Germany. The way I was treated was not right for me. I am a dutch citizen who worked in academia in different countries, including Japan, US. The only place I faced racism at academic level was Germany. The head of group allows him/herself to infer into your personal life just because they can fire you anytime they want. The only country which has 6 months of probation is Germany, nowhere else keeping you like a hostage to shape you as their slave and if you do not obey, you are fired. Sorry but Germans are the ones taling their country down big time. They gotta first how to not live in WW2. They feel yet as if they are a better race and others just modern slaves.

Safe to skip to 16:05\nGermany either needs to change their terms on accepting new workforce by being actually English friendly on street level, or they need to enforce language skill level BEFORE people actually arriving here. It is either that or the other there is no middle ground here. Unless one or the other actually happens problem will just continue, my guess this is indefinite. Because government is not interested to solve problems for so long.\nGermany needs people like Ozan the most as he has the most similarity to Germans who emigrate Germany (talented, well educated, world citizen, knows the market around the region). I lived in canada for ten years, and become a citizen which im really proud of. But now i believe the majority of people realise we do need a major change in everything. Gov did a terrible job about the economy, and immigration policy, making canada not a suitable habitable place to live.

Australia didn’t have enough houses for the citizens already living here. Then the government let a record number of immigrants in last year. I wonder who is benefitting from this situation?

I had to flee Ukraine while leaving there as an US citizen, and I just didn't want to go back to the US. I tried Germany, Slovakia and NL as alternate, and ended up in Switzerland. Hope I will be allowed to stay here as this is a perfect country indeed. You are also a beautiful woman (just my 5 cents) ?.

I come from a mix-status family, my dad’s undocumented but has been in the US for 22 years, my mom’s a US citizen, they both own a business + two homes. The immigrants that are coming into the US do not want to work and want nothing but hand outs. Why do we have people who have been here for decades, have assimilated into society are unable to legalize due to outdated immigration laws yet we have so many coming across our border who want handouts. Look at Colorado and New York for example.

Immigrants/newcomers were never responsible for our failing housing policies while policy makers are !\n\nWhen we market ourselves as the dream destination for mass migration and lure hundreds of thousands of new comers per year it's OUR duty to ensure that our housing and services can support the huge numbers we're letting in.\n\nOur policy makers failed immigrants as much as they failed their own citizens in the process.

biggest problems are the delusional politicians in the government who dont take care of its citizens in the first place take care of your country first and once you've done that then you can help those are in need of support but not at the expense of the livelyhood of its residence in america and not at the expense of their freedom ot their well being. that goes for every government and i can see too many of those politicians are too focused on getting wealthy being greedy increasing rent, taxes etc they are a disgrace.

it's on the rise because the Liberals are importing entire cities of unknown, unvetted and unwarranted people from all over. Meanwhile, natural Canadians and Indigenous people cannot get what they need out of the government. What makes the government think they can offer everyone else in the world what they need before it's own citizens?

Re: career opportunities. I am a Canadian citizen. I worked as a land surveyor assistant from 2017 to 2019 in Alberta. I had very few career opportunities. My supervisor didn't bother to teach me the trade. I was just assigned to be a pack mule/hole digger. I had a geomatics diploma and intended to become a surveyor after working as an assistant for 1 year. I waited 3 years and didn't make any progress. I was so frustrated I moved to France. France has way more opportunities for me. The salaries are lower. But the cost of living is lower too, and the hours are around 35h/week (vs 80+ in Canada). Yeah, it's legal for tradesmen in Canada to work 24/4 day shifts with 12 hour days. This doesn't take into account the 1~2 hours of unpaid work every night to write field notes and charge the batteries/cleanup the equipment. It doesn't help that the salaries are hourly too. So in the slow months you better have money saved up, or you'll be begging for food.

multi culture is good. But no one accepts one country citizens every where in Canada, US, England. These days even in China, Japan, Thailand, and Russia you can see them every where. They occupy the jobs and dont do their jobs poperly, like what they did in home....Tired of them

The government always protects parasites. But if I as the owner skip a single payment to the bank, i get my property seized right away. In this country, the criminal, has more rights than the ordinary citizen ?
