For the Biometric appointment, we have to take the appointment once our file gets approved or do we have to book the appointment directly after submitting the visa documents? \nPls revert back.

Madam aisa tha toh 2 servants bhi lejate, after getting the documents you couldn't settle in canada, that's your biggest failure, like typical lazy indian aapko sab pakka pakkaya chahiye Khud kuch nai karna hai sab ke liye servants chaiye. USA mein isse jyada competion hai bhul kar bhi yaha nai aana. House wifes like you can't do anything in life. Stay home healthy.

Lynn is speaking the truth of what is happening outside there, but people don't want to listen. You need to be super skilled to make it out there. Do people know that even when you are employed there are some professional documents that expire and you have to retake some courses after 2 years, some 1 year, 3 years etc. A series of them, and that is money. Your employer needs to see that your car insurance isnt expired, driving licence also. & you are super skilled by the way it isn't that you are looking for a job, you are working already. Now, getting a job needs one to go through their system, nearly total ovehaul of the qualifications you had in Kenya. Utajua kumbe you don't know anything. You gotta trust the process though. Anyway, people think wamekatazwa kwenda.

Lynn I am a Kenyan living and working in BC.The problem is that Kenyans have left their fate in the hands of agents. Most of the guys on the streets are here on visitor visas. The agents told them they can convert their visitor visas to work permits. True! But they dont tell them how hard it is to do it! (Harder than rocket science hahahaha)You must get a job with an LMIA(this document proves to the government that the employer has not been able to get a Canadian or permanent resident to do the job thats why they want to hire a foreigner) most of these guys don't even have enough money to survive for a month bcoz 'they will get jobs and convert their visas to work permits' \nLike that Indian guy said you need a skill. Canada is looking for skills and you can develop these skills in your home countries and get jobs for 20:44 YOURSELF in CANADA. If you dont have a job in Canada you will struggle for sure.

Blame TRUDEAU for bringing in all THE FAKE REFUGEES AND GIVING THEM THE SHELTERS AND GOVERNMENT FUNDED APARTMENTS, AND PRODUCING BABIES LIKE FACTORIES AND GETTING ALL THE FREE GOVT MONEY AND NEVER WORKED ONE DAY IN CANADA. THEY ARE LIVING THE RICH LIFE IN CANADA.\n\nCANADA SHOULD HAVE THEM SIGN A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT THEY CANNOT RETURNED TO THEIR COUNTRIES THAT THEY APPLIED FOR FAKE REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS. AMERICA HAS THAT LAW. IN A AMERICA THEY HAVE TO PUT ALL THEM BABIES AND CHILDREN IN DAYCARE, GET WORK PERMITS ASAP AND FIND JOBS. AGE DOES NOT MATTER. STOP SUCKING MONEY FROM THE TAX PAYERS.\n\nEXTREMELY SAD

I think he needs to relocate back to Nigeria. It's foolish to leave a house and 3 cars to face racism. Getting a Canadian passport is not a big deal. I got my British passport 12 years ago, and I am still struggling in the UK. The west is hyped. If you have wealth in Africa, stay there. I recently resigned from a top 50 law firm where I faced extreme bullying and sabotage from a racist colleague who would misguide me and report me behind my back to my supervising partner (I'm an employment solicitor). Id have to save my work on the desktop instead of the shared documents management system because of my client work being sabotaged. If this is happening to solicitors, imagine non-lawyers. I have recently set up my own recruitment company, I vowed to never be an employee in the UK again. Working surrounded by white people is something I will never do until the day I die. The only time I will work with them is as their employer, evenso, I am very careful in my recruitment, anyone with red flags doesn't pass my screening. I am working towards building a non-toxic workplace.

For the people wondering why so many Venezuelans are coming to America. Venezuela is so messed up right now you can’t even get a flight there from the US directly.\n\nOfficial travel advisory from US government. Travel.State.gov :\n\nDo not travel to Venezuela due to crime, civil unrest, kidnapping, and the arbitrary enforcement of local laws. Reconsider travel due to wrongful detentions, terrorism, and poor health infrastructure.\n\nCountry Summary:  On March 11, 2019, the U.S. Department of State announced the withdrawal of diplomatic personnel from U.S. Embassy Caracas. All consular services, routine and emergency, remain suspended until further notice.\n\nViolent crimes, such as homicide, armed robbery, kidnapping, and carjacking, are common.  Political rallies and demonstrations occur, often with little notice.  Demonstrations typically elicit a strong police and security force response that includes the use of tear gas, pepper spray, and rubber bullets against participants and occasionally devolve into looting and vandalism. Reports from the Independent International Fact-Finding Mission document human rights abuses attributed to the Maduro regime, including torture, extrajudicial killings, forced disappearances, and detentions without due process and/or fair trial guarantees or as a pretext for an illegitimate purpose. Shortages of gasoline, food, electricity, water, medicine, and medical supplies continue throughout much of Venezuela. The CDC issued a Level 3 ‘Avoid Nonessential Travel’ notice on September 30, 2021, due to inadequate healthcare and the breakdown of the medical infrastructure in Venezuela.

Not entirely accurate. It's pro-wealthy immigration here in Canada absolutely. It's citizenship for sale. Not necessarily wealthy in terms of really wealthy (like Switzerland) but it's definitely citizenship for sale, so if you don't have money, don't bother. Newcomers with medical and engineering expertise can't get jobs here in Canada, in spite of our healthcare system being on the point of collapse and our supposed hi-tech push. Regulatory boards here have made it impossible. Estimates are around 175000 qualified, internationally trained doctors and nurses who gave up trying to practice here and moved into other careers. Ukrainian doctors, for eg, with extensive trauma experience and willing to staff our emergency departments have been told they have to requalify by going to Canadian medical school to retrain for at least 4 years. Same story in engineering. By IT, our government seems to mean low-paid call center IT work, moving the IT sweatshop racket from India onto Canadian soil. If you can afford to buy a business - I believe the total business investment was 500 000 pre-pandemic - that's another way in. Not sure if thats gone up now. So many of our franchise businesses are essentially being used as citizenship tickets. The big ticket item: If you can afford 4 years of postgraduate or undergrad university program, or 3 to 4 year college program - and if you don't have the cash, loan sharks in India will distribute debt across the whole family for decades so one student can go . There us a very good documentary by an Indian filmmaker on the Canadian college/University recruitment drive in India and its consequences. Several of our colleges have student enrollments at over 70% of the entire student body, direct entry from India. Additional problems like grade inflation, different education standards, and outright fraud on ESL testing also mean that Indian students are not well prepared for school here. Many do not have enough English to succeed in their studies. They either need to spend for additional tutoring, take a qualifying year or two ESL (on top of the 3 or 4 program), or fail courses. Universities and colleges keep the tuition though. Honestly our colleges and universities are staying afloat because of Indian students. They're being treated like cash cows - and Indian recruiters are scamming the system, taking fees on their end with unsuspecting students getting falsified documents, or being told they passed their ESL when they didn't. It's a national disgrace. I'm a prof here, I've seen all of this firsthand. Your data may be correct, but the narrative you've constructed for it is not the real picture.

You don't even need to study or work in Canada to get permanent residency, I just filled some forms online, got invited, showed some documents and got mine. I never even visited the country before and the first time I landed was as a PR.\n\nA college in Canada is the long route to get PR, but it's pretty much guaranteed. If you already have work experience outside Canada, 2 diplomas and good english/french you can go straight to PR.

Thank you so much for this really detailed and simple video. I have one question though, as a married lady, does your passport have to carry your husband's name? I mean, being that you already had a passport before getting married. So you have to present your documents to show change of name or the marriage certificate is enough?

Legal and educated people are suffering to get green card here and these people who does not have any document can easily get citizenship...where is America going.

Can't believe they actually think it's okay to do that I know rumors get spread saying yeah you can go over to the Border but for real you need some kind of documentation it's not easy like it used to be where you can get a job at a construction crew

What’s funny is, the CIA and the Bush/Obama era destroyed Venezuela’s economy. They put sanctions on them in an attempt to overthrow Chavez. They placed embargo’s on Venezuela since 2005 and Venezuela’s economy collapsed in 2010. The Venezuelan government broadcasted and circulated a confidential memo from the U.S. embassy to the CIA revealing U.S. devastating clandestine operations (Operation Pincer). And Now…”the roosters are returning home.” This is all Americas doing. The United States is thee number one terrorist regime in the world holding over 750 military bases around the world, just poking and prodding governments like a large bully. And as we see today, from Africa (Uganda, SA, Nigeria, Kenya), Russia, Saudi, even NATO members such as Turkey and France and even Egypt (Americas biggest ally) was found in the latest leaked documents of U.S. spying, to have sold Russia some 43,000 rockets in its fight against Ukraine. As we can see, all the bullshit this country has put out and STILL arrogantly putting out, all lands are turning on her just as the Bible said would happen. America is AND WILL be getting… what she deserves. Y’all better get ready. WW3 is already here. The nukes just haven’t dropped yet. There’s an angelic presence above they’re calling UAP’s “holding back the winds.”

Ive been working my ass off to pay for my documents for legality, paid taxes yearly and just comply to whatever is needed for immigration. Now im a US citizen. And this people just think they can just walked in without legal papers pisses me off. Come on people we all have different struggles in life, but we have to do the right thing! Even if youre inside the US you cannot have a decent job and no company is gonna accept you if you dont have legal papers. Therefore you cannot open a bank account and you cannot build your credit and get a place to stay. Theres too many homeless here already. Just do the right thing! The govt cannot save you all.

I don’t want to send messed up, I come from Mexican dissent, I know these people want to live a better life give their kids a better life. And I know they’re poor can’t afford documentation to get a visa and then apply for a citizenship. It’s hard to get. I understand my parents went through this but it did it the right way. But I don’t agree that they should be bomb rushin the border. And putting the kids in danger. Because it’s just not a Paso that they have a cross they still have like three other check points one going Deming Nm The other one is by Las Cruces or T or C NMI \nAnd the other ones by a white sounds nm

Canada still uses 70s and 80s mentality when operating the country.\nImmigration is important, but is managed extremely poorly. Many new migrants struggle to find a home and to get the proper documents to establish themselves, like the rest of us.\nCanada allowed foreign buyers to buy properties and lands, which have driven the housing market to an insane level we see today. Canadians have to go into debt just to have a roof.\nThe current government spend too much time/money trying to look morally correct than actually doing his freaking job to balance the economy. I don't understand why Toronto and Montreal still vote for that drama teacher who is as horrendous as his father was in the 1980s. Now all we have as an alternative is a neanderthal from the conservative party.

Thank the Democrats for letting this happen. We cannot support the people we have now so how are these people going to get the help they need? I guess these liberal cities can keep taking them in since it's their policies letting it happen. I guess if these cities get tired of footing the bill maybe they will stand up and say something to their leaders and tell them enough is enough. They don't want the wall they don't want to give the ice agents and border patrol the help they need and they keep blaming Americans for their stupid policies but they sure will bring in hundreds of IRS agents to take your money and arrest you if they don't think you're paying what they deem acceptable. I think most Americans are sick of this administration and want it gone. Their giving more rights to illegals and other countries than the people who live here. This administration is going after the rights and freedoms of all Americans and trying to turn the Constitution into some old document that doesn't have any relevance in today's world. They're pushing more and more communistic laws through our government to strip Americans of their rights. People need to wake up and see that this administration doesn't give a damn about you or this country.

As a citizen, I am very tired, and seeing those central Americans, South Americans, Haitians, Cubans, Europeans, Asians, and Middle Easterns come to Mexico to USA. There is no way to get in the US/Canada because you need to have legitimate valid papers. Especially to Central Americans and Venezuelans, they need to follow the laws. My parents came to the USA more than 50 years ago, and with proper documents. And for people who believe and blame Mexicans for taking their jobs. Don't! I know some do not have the legal papers, BUT blame the ones who don't follow the laws!!!!

I really appreciate your video...please I want to verify this from you though it is different issue from your post but I believe you may have some clue on it. I just got admission in one of Canadian college, my tuition fees and living expenses are estimated to be $25,000CAD but I only have $18,00CAD to pursue the visa approval. Please do I have little hope of getting the approval if my documents are good?.

Such a shitty border control, imagin this is your home and zombies wanting to invade, cause these people are not wanting to be in the us Because they love America they love that America give free money. I am from Iraq and was there from the beginning, it took my family 5 years of documents and interviews, with UNHCr, IOM, AND OTHER ENTITIES TO ENTRE THE US LEGALLY, WE PAY TAXES, AND WE PAY BACK TO THIS COUNTRY, BOTH MY BROTHER I WERE REGISTERED WITH THE SELECTIVE SERVICE from the age of (18-26) Because we WANT TO BE A positive member and a PART OF America, UNLIKE NOW WERE PEOPLE ARE STORMING OUR BORDER, AND THE NEWS STILL BLAME MEXICO ?Instead OF BLAMING THE ONES WHO REALLY KEPT OUR BORDER OPEN. \n\nTRUMP DID NOT WANT THAT TO HAPPEN BUT Brandon MESSED UP WITH HIS FAMILY AND NOW MESSING UP THE AMERICAN Families SO HE FEELS BETTER ( GET RICHER AND RICHER)

You all have to be processed you can't just enter those born here have to have documentation so does everyone else it's that simple the gov has to have prints photos paper work. So we know who you are and can prevent cartel members getting in our country. This country would collapse from so many just sneaking in think of the crime rate as well as the strain you all will put on our economy because you all know they are gonna want food stamps, housing aid the works. What does that leave our own citizens who have long ties of both serving our military, building our communities what's that leave our ppl for aid we alAmericans. Plenty Mexican americans. So it's not like their not included in definition of an American. Even they understand illegally immigration will destroy the vary freedoms, and quality of life everyone wants to come to America so bad for.

Most of these people lie and make up stories and one who really needs refuge does not get it due to these people. On the other hand, Canadian authorities do not even check the documents of students that's why they end up here with fake admissions, so i am sure there will be no proper investigation into these claims.
2023-03-23 0
They do it like that because of the policy in the USA, if they just turn themselves in and ask for asylum they get it but also they get to be relocated to whichever state they want and they also get documents
2023-03-20 0
Go home and get a visa. We need documented workers. Not free loading criminals. And all of you trying to sneak across are criminals so go home. The right way is always the best way.

I’m Colombian and it’s sad to see people from my country lying to the authorities to get documentation. \nI know everyone wants a better life and definitely my country is not the best place for low /middle income families; however, we should understand that US or Canada have no obligations to legalize anyone. There are already so many problems to handle in their territories and with their citizens.

Hi, I am applying for my brother’s visitor visa on the ircc portal but the supporting document list that I am getting on his application is different from the video. I only see 5 document requests that include US non immigrant visa, passport, consent personal information, additional documents. Is this normal, I can see individual upload options for funds or invitation letter, etc.

Funny how the Media takes what is real And twists the story to the people .......This guy was NOT an Immigrant This is an Illegal Alien that lied and smuggled him And others into the USA and was there for many years And left the USA by Smuggling once again himself and others into a 2nd country So he has lied Im sure has false documents And one of the reasons he was denied How was he able to work with an expired permit? Taxes? so there is a few more broken laws And if he hurts himself ..The tax payer flips the bill ........And while you might think I'm racist His country has not less that 15 other countries around his ...Any yet they flock to the USA And Canada ...It has nothing to do with how nice And proud it would be to be an American Or Canadian They want our way of life They want to be Equal Untill They are required to lose something like a turban riding a motorcycle instead of a hulmult Then gets into a crash And yup You pay the brain injury bills ...There is a counsel trying to slowly get Punjab words on city street names And products in an Ontario city that has more Indian residents than any other culture While complaining to the city of overcrowded parks And the garbage in them..Overcrowded and polluted Now where have i heard that before....

Years ago, a low level employee in Indian consulate (San Francisco) deliberately kept giving me the run around. I finally hinted official complaint to Embassy in New York, including legal action. Within a week my documents were Fedexed (prepaid) to my address. ?\n????????\nWhy do some people in position getting salary and try to boss innocent applicants who provide complete requirements? Why?\n?????????\n(The person in charge had already approved my documents and passed on to assistant to gather and mail it. Things got stuck from there???. Had I complaint this person may be fired, I guess?. )\n??????????\nPlease review on employee attitudes and performances sometimes. ??????. Please keep offices on profesional level at all times.???

Hi There, Thank you for providing such a detailed information, it helped alot in saving our time. However i have one clarification if you can please help with that too-\n\nMarriage certificate is mandatory supporting document for my parents application, they got married in 1975 and does not have marriage pic or invitation care to get marriage certificated online. Getting their marriage certificate looks difficult. I also got to know from google that marriage certificate was required for marriages after 1990, not sure if its true. Can an affidavit be attached in place of marriage certificate or there is any other way to handle. Kindly suggest.\n\nThanks in advance.

Hi Jason, I have few doubts, We only need to get educational verification for PR or also need to get Employment verification or which document will be required from my current employer

In Australia everything is electronic, no visa stamps at all. The first Australian document you get is an Australian passport after becoming a citizen. There are no permanent resident cards etc. Every entry/exit is automatically logged on the government system, and you can even download an app which tells you your visa status, conditions and whether you're onshore or offshore (so no need for passport stamps).

Thank you I'd rather stay in india and invest that money rather spend it on some University no place like home and some of these colleges don't have proper documentation hence you won't get stay back or work permit most of their targets are students from rural India

If you have zilch wherever you are, move to Canada. Else don’t. Simple. Everything in this video applies to refugees who land up with little or no documentation of past experience and qualifications. The long re-skilling process doesn’t apply to skilled expatriates who have fully documented skills that are in demand. Skilled expatriates leave Canada _more_ than other migrants because the USA is right next door, or because the UAE offers a better lifestyle than overpriced Canada or Australia. This is one of the reasons the Canadian Government, the Australian Government or the Netherlands Government inflates the housing bubbles in Canada, Australia or the Netherlands — skilled expatriates have families, and families need houses — getting expatriates into million dollar mortgages is a good way to force them to stay ?

I would like to add that same happened to me in my father's case who passed away. The officer was hostile for no good reason, not once but twice. I am still trying to get any information from them. He openly threatened me that he will not provide me with any information and that he is the only point of contact to get information. Why? I still struggle to understand. If they can abuse their power to hold death over someone, why not right? Like the lady, I had provided extensive documentation still threats. He accused me of random things, spoke in a very condescending tone from hello. He was extremely upset about me calling from USA for whatever reason. I fail to understand where is humanity.

Very good video. I am an Australian citizen, and I share your views. Also I want to add another reason why I prefer Canada than Australia. Being originally from Peru, I currently live in Peru, my wife is also Peruvian and a baby with 5 month at the time of writing, however there is no family reunion visa to take my whole family (only my baby who will hold Australian citizenship but not my wife) so I cannot take them both, because migrations force my wife to apply to the Partner Visa, that cost AU$7850 (US$5,600) plus agent fees, documents, ticket price, and other cost. Also the waiting period is about 24 to 28 months. So if I return to Australia, I first need to find a job, then save the $5,600, send and amount of money to Peru during my absence, then wait about 2 years and spend about $10,000 to $15,000 extra to bring my family to Australia. The cost of waiting carries a lot of anxiety, health issued due to the uncertainty and may damage my marriage, And if I get to my wife a Visitor visa, she is not allowed to work and study, and I must pay private insurance, and for experience, private insurance policies and gap costs are very high. Of course visiting my family every 6 months is costly and timely prohibited, an economic flight from Australia to Peru costs about US$2,500 and takes about 1 day or 38 hours, add also the jet lag and day difference.\nIn contrast, Canada allows me to take my whole family in just 3 months, my wife can get a working visa, and if we decided to reunite in 6 o 9 month, I can go to Peru every long weekend to visit my family, a flight from Toronto to Lima is about $500 return and only 8 hours so I can go to Peru and come back to Canada in a long weeked, a luxury imposible to do if I lived in Australia. \nWhen my father passed away here in Lima, I was in Australia at university, and due to cost and time, I couldn't go to give him a farewell and to his funeral, a issue that regretted; for that reason, my mother-in-law, who needs care and being my wife, her only child, after facing my own experience, we decided that Canada and not Australia, is a better choice, if something happens with my in-law, from Canada my wife can see her quickly.\nThank you for sharing in this video

Canadians don't pay much more than Americans in taxes. Infact, the taxes for rich Americans is higher than for equivalent incomes in Canada. However, Canadians get much more from their government than Americans. I think the reason why Nigerians complain in Canada is because the initial process of getting documents and setting down is too easy in Canada, so when they settle down to work and realize that they actually have to work hard to pay for the goodies, they begin to complain

Hi Jason, Thank you for all you do. I have a question pls. How long are we expected to Live and work in that particular atlantic province, once we we get a job and we start living there ,under the AIP. are we supossed to live in that province for ever? Secondly, with regards to applying for work permit or PR when all the documentations are ready, if i was to apply for work permit, how long would that usually take to be granted,is this immediately or i would have to wait some months? If im to apply for PR,how long will IRCC normally grant the PR? Thank you Jason.
