Well my house to taken over by convicts and out of compassion me and my wife gave them our house, as we didn’t know how absurd the laws are to evict a bad tenant.\n\nI being helpless called police and email PM helpline , housing minister, but nothing happened till 4 months, they destroyed my property, and still owe me 14k rent plus utilities, excluding the damages and property mess they created. \n\nWe were terrified , they had two big rescues dogs and would threat us if we come to ask for house check or rent , they would release the dogs on us. \n\nI still have tenant body order for money claim, but my family suggested to leave and move on . But then i think , they would do the same with what ever place they try to move.\n\nWhy would government not spare out property tax or give the home owner the loss of property amount. \n\nYou miss the tax the government pr bank come after you with all the forces. \n\nIts like the house crises , the government want to say , let the stupid home owners eradicate that issue and them let they suffer from the bad tenants abuse the so called tenant laws. \n\nI know my family had to go through.

I bealive new immigrants needs to adopt Canadian Values and way of living. They see Canadá as we are so nice and stupid, taking advantage of public services. When you immigrate to a country you are curios and open to learn a new culture you are leaving your country because there is things that you don’t like and you see your self with the same values of other culture. Once you are in Canada you are evolving and adapting to new ideas, and methods of living, most important you are here to contribute to society and the economy by taking care of your self by working hard upgrading your skills, help others follow the rules. Not the opposite you don’t move to be taken care off by taking advantage of government programs, if you honestly and truly need the government help the program is there for you if not you have a moral responsibility to contribute to this country/ planet.

The whole idea of a food desert is so alien to me. I have never been in a town where you could not buy actual groceries. And it is not just that fast food is everywhere, but the servings are just stupid! \nI agree with the flight costs, but it makes sense when you have only 40 million people in the second biggest country on earth, 90% of which is wilderness. They all immigrate to PEI because it is the quickest way to seek citizenship in the country, as soon as they gain it they move to Ontario. I have met many wonderful people from India through work and because of our government choosing to allow so many people over here without providing proper housing for not only the new immigrants, but also for our own native born citizens, there is nothing available at any decent price for young people like myself who want to move out from their parents homes. It's also causing a lot of people to be racist towards Indians when the fault truly lies in our government. And because we are allowing so many people over here without proper background checks and things such as that we are also allowing people over here that could pose a threat to women or others. I had a cab driver last week (who was from India) who tried to hit on me and told me he left India because he was getting into too many physical fights over in India and also told me he had gotten into physical fights with some of his customers as well. It was scary for me as a woman to be in a car with that man who was taking me to my home. The government needs to do better for us. We feel alone and ignored when it comes to this. The greed pushing this stupid, and not properly thought out, immigration policy needs to be put to an end so that the people who have lived here their whole lives can get a chance at life.

I am watching this video from Canada and I have 4 words for you - “DO NOT COME HERE!!!” Everything that was mentioned in the video is absolutely true. Canada is facing many problems, unaffordable housing, broken healthcare systems, homeless people, drugs. I am always scared to walk in downtown at night when I’m returning from work. And the worst part is, you cannot even defend yourself here if a homeless person is attacking you. If you do that you will be prosecuted saying that why did you touch that homeless guy and it is a violation of human rights, which is stupid. So does that mean that we should just let a random homeless person kill us?? How does that make sense?? My friend who was having an asthma attack had to sit in the emergency room for 8 hours. If something would have happened, who would be responsible? And the list just goes on. And what does the Canadian prime minister do about that….? Let a guy be a girl and a girls become a guy? What does that even mean??? I have nothing against the LGBTQ people. That’s your life do whatever you want, I don’t care. But there are so many other issues going on in the country and the government is focusing on allowing people to change their genders !! \nAnd the worst part is that a portion of the tax we pay from our hard earned money goes to the homeless people. And what do they do? Buy drugs and start attacking random people. I really feel sorry for this country and the people of this country. \nI always respected my county, India but now I really feel that the sense of security, belongingness, our culture is amazing !!! \nIf anyone is planning to come to Canada for studies, please think again. Canada is the most beautiful country in the world that’s its usp , again we Indians can learn something from Canada is the way they preserved their nature that is remarkable that gives them good oxygen rich air , water and hygiene that Indian people are far away or never witnessed in their life. We don’t have any greenery in our country we really need to work on improving that but neither the people nor the government is interested in making good changes or even have such idea in head ! Along with that Canada has strong tax system you really get tax return as well as strong labour protection act that guards its resident from exploitation and employees can sue the employer if exploitation is provable on table with facts. India doesn’t have any strong labour protection body this results even in corporate jobs you have to work more than 8 hours and no OT , plus Canada has EI (employment insurance) so that means is , if you loose your job for any reason you will get government assistance to help to pay your bills till you find your next job. Plus disability benefits , food banks , freedom to live your life the way you want, you can eat what you want, religion based stupidity doesn’t exist in that country. So yes it’s true I don’t like the Canadian PM either but overall Canada is really good country and we Indians can learn atleast some good things they carry and adapt to our country and make India bit better place to live. The moment some says truth we Indians start bashing and may say go to Canada but we don’t realize our own problems and don’t wanna work.

I am a Canadian and I have seen the sharp decline of Canada over the past decade which makes me very sad. According to many 'experts' they paint a dire picture of the nations future as the rate of inflation spirals out of control and we are buried beneath a mountain of debt. On the ground level, homelessness is an epidemic that the powers that should not be seem to want to sweep under the rug, while they race bait and spout off about woke ideology. They are more worried about transgender rights and castrating children while with anyone with eyes to see are witnessing the very breakdown of their society around them, people are dying in the streets from fentanyl overdose. My wife volunteered at our old church which catored to the homeless and I have known many that are no longer with us, nobody wants to acknowledge it because they do not want to face the fact that they are fellow human beings. In the end no one is better than any one else, it is all vanity.?\nIt would seem like we are run by lunatics with severe cognitive dissonance by the fact that we have mass immigration while are own \npopulation is suffering, I admit that mental health and addictions are potent variables that constitute the crisis, I am not niave to those facts. I myself have had long term Sobriety. Because the vacancy rate is so low which proves that A LOT of people want to live in Canada. The video itself speaks to NIMBYism and municipal government’s slow reaction to accommodate construction. The only thing the Feds did is to allow more people that want to be Canadians to have a chance. Low wages and the high cost of products are the fault of greedy corporations.
