I am a 24 year veteran of the Air Force and I fully support two genders keeping trans people out of the military for the same reason people with certain pre-existing conditions can't enlist.

The sane veteran deserved at least as much air time as the trans-identified male.

I served for 6 years in the Air Force and I lean mostly right on transgender issues (keep biological men out of female sports, there are only 2 genders, etc), but I'm hard pressed to understand why people who are trans can't serve their county - I don't see reasonable justification for that.
