As an Indian student, i would like to share with you my perspective \n1) you will never see me dancing in public, blasting music and littering \n\nI actually spend my sundays cleaning plastic from trails \n\n2) i am a full time student for 4 years funding over 90 grand for a bachelor on top of that paying my taxes and paying 1100$ a month for rent being limited to 24 hours a week I do not work outside campus I work the job the college provided to me \n\nThe problem comes up when people use the 1 year and 6 month diploma program to enter the country and work here full time \n\nThey associate themselves only with indians mainly because they cant speak the English language fluently \nTherefore they associate with the exact people they associated with back home \n\nHow will they adapt to a new country if they hang out with the same people \n\n\nI came to canada with a goal \n\nTo make Canadian friends \nLearn about Canadian culture \nStart a new life \nAnd work my ass off to get my degree \n\n\nMost people move here to make more money \n\nThey sell their land and do so \n\nPlease do not associate hard working indians who adapt and leave their past behind with these people who have come here purely to exploit the system\n\n\nTrust me I know it's hard to hear this but good Indians do exist. I have so many Canadian friends who love me as much as I love them. I know how hard you guys work and I am so amazed at how well you carry yourself through this hard time I unfortunately happen to be Indian something I cannot control and I have been a victim to so much discrimination and hate just because I happen to be born in India it's crazy. \n\nWe are respectful Indians we do exist we do have Canadian friends we do adapt to Canadian values and we work hard for the land that gave us this wonderful opportunity to grow . Not all 5 fingures are the same . \n\nYou ask us all to leave but completely forget That it was your institutions invited us in accepted our massive payment , stamped our visas at immigration and let us in \nThe tax money that I pay goes to your government \nThe double fees we pay funds your colleges allowing it to provide quality education to domestic students at half the rate. \n\n\nDon't demonize hard working students because of the people who exploit the system. We have the right to a good life just as much as each and every one of you . We have family we have People we love and we have sacrificed a lot please don't demonize each and every one of us because of the ones who don't know how to behave

Some have tried to enter Japan, but could not get in. They didn’t have employment, no funds, no home in to live in Japan. And Japan has a large elderly population. So they have rightly said sorry we can’t take them on. We have an elderly population to look after. The Japanese have said if they can speak basic Japanese, have money to support themselves, a job that is permanent and permanent residence you are allowed to enter. \n You can’t really claim asylum. As you are sent straight to a centre and then deported. I look at Europe and I feel so sorry for them.

It's not really the fault of immigrants or foreigners that you feel insecure both socially and economically. It's the fault of the system that allowed them to enter the country in the first place. They're just trying to survive like the rest of us in Canada.\n\nBut we cannot deny the fact that more immigrants or foreigners means more demand for housing, rent, food, and other necessities, leading to higher prices. The only people who benefit from this system are the rich, not the working class.\n\nIf you're not rich, can you live with ever-increasing inflation caused by demand pressures and supply interruptions due to population increase and unexpected natural and man-made disasters? Your answer to this question will determine your real position on whether or not immigration is perfect for Canada.

We don’t need them here. I’m sorry. But they need to come the correct and legal way. They must be all vetted and cleared to enter our country. I don’t understand why this is so hard to grasp. No! I refuse to continue to allow my tax dollars to go to this

Also remember that many illegal immigrants, asylum seekers and refugees simply walked from the northern states of the USA across Canada's border into Canada and Canada got stuck with them too. Having to house them and feed them etc because Canada couldn't sent them back because of some international law. These laws allowing anyone to enter someone else's country without being invited or without asking for and receiving the respective countries permission is not right. We all have borders for a reason. Too keep people and things out that we do not want and to keep things inside that we need and treasure. That's the whole point of a country having borders.

I was born in Canada in the 80s. My parents are from India. So call me racist if it gets you off. My ass is browner than yours probably. \nMy parents, and my uncles and aunts who came here in the late 1970s had to work their asses off to prove they were worthy of even ENTERING Canada, let alone to live in the country. ALL of my older male relatives who came to Canada at that time had a PhD in a science related field or was a medical doctor. EVEN then, they had to go through years of re-training in Canadian schools in order to have a shot at PR. And they persevered and did it, and did well. \nNow, anyone and their dog is allowed in, and it's kind of an insult to all my relatives had to accomplish in order to build a life here. They had to earn doctorates and medical degrees TWICE (once in India and again in Canada).\nWell, that generation did well, and now we're the kids who are grateful and enjoying the sacrifice they put in. What will the kids of illiterate, minimum wage workers be like? Probably not so good.\nCanada's probably done. But does the average Canadian have any desire to do anything. Nope. They used to value hard work and ambition when I was growing up but Canadian culture has become lack of ambition, and entitlements just for existing. \nSo, at least I was raised with the idea of working to no end and sacrificing in order to accomplish something in life. Now, I have the resources to live where I like and do. Canada's just a place I visit now if I feel like it.\nThose of you who like to sit at Tim Horton's every weekend with your beer and weed every night complaining about how your employer should pay you more obesity privileges, enjoy being served by the migrants who WILL take over as you approach the counter in your government funded scooter. You all reaped what you sowed. Most Canadians WELCOMED socialism and their wish came true. Peace.

Even though I am Canadian, I do not agree with how our government is allowing the migrants into the US so easily. The US has every right to prevent illegal migrants from entering the US.

There are some inaccuracies in here. Since Feb 2024 Canada has required that Mexican nationals either have a temporary visa or are able to qualify for entry via the eTA program (usually business people and tourists). That doesn’t mean they can enter the USA legally.\n\nAn easy solution is to just legislate that foreigners who can’t prove that they entered the country legally (by stopping for an interview at an official border crossing) should be designated as here illegally and forever forfeit the opportunity to be here legally. So simple. \n\nOf course the constitution allows anyone to claim asylum without entering at an official border crossing. That’s a huge hole created by well meaning naive politicians. Time for a 28th Amendment I think. \n\nAs for Canada’s defense from Russian bombers….Canada could very well defend itself from those. Both the U.S. and Canada jointly patrol and guard the northern border as part of NORAD.

Trudeau has allowed 500,000 to a million a year to enter Canada, with no way to house them and with the high cost of living and poor opportunities in Canada, it is understandable that they will flee Canada and go to the USA.

In most of history, a country would consider this an act of war. Another country can’t just allow a massive flood of foreign entities into another nations borders and not have it be considered an act of aggression. The USA should annex Canada. What ever problems you showed in the video is only related to International Students. But at the same time when International students come to Canada to study not to settle. When CBSA always asked them how long is your study and what would you do after your studies are completed. Every student would tell them that they will go back to their country once their student work permit is finished. Then CBSA will allow you to enter Canada. Go tell them when you come to airport that you wanna stay here for ever they will kick you out right away. I don't know why students are protesting when they knew the rules for students are different from other categories. And it is changing every year. The problem is international students not the Canadian Govt. Indians know this is the easy way to get into Canada. Canada is a free country to everyone there is no discrimination . I have seen 50 year people from India coming to Canada for study but actually they want to settle here. Drugs problem is everywhere in the world. India also has druggists and mafias. Indian are in much better condition here than India. But why do they allow so many people of one nationality to enter into the country?? Apparently, it couldn't be because they help to build up the country, because many natives are complaining.. Why dont you see these type of protests by Indian students in USA. The reason being private colleges in Canada very well know that these students are not here to study. But still these colleges and Visa officers alllow them to enter this country. Twenty yrs back when I came to Canada to study, student visa criteria was very strict. U of Calagry only accepted students from IITs (premiere Indian colleges/uni). Also out of campus work wasnt allowed. Now most of students from India who come here in one building colleges are here to work. Canada should stop out of campus work and the problem will be solved.

Universities are the citadel of freedom, in Iran the police are not allowed to enter the campus under any circumstances.

International students are allowed to work part time for 20 hours/week. If we are allowed to work legally what’s the purpose of stating that the jobs should be reserved for ‘Canadians’ only. Education is a big market in Canada and Canadian government is making good amount of money from International students. International students pay 2-3 times more for education than Canadian students. You don’t mention this in your videos. If you’re not bias talk on both sides of the picture. Even Canadian born Indians are annoyed theres too many Indian immigrants entering Canada. Most are useless students who apply to B-rated colleges like Algoma or Conestoga (who makes millions off of them), and then dont get good paying jobs afterwards. Because they studied useless programs. These Indian students use college as a loophole to gain fast PR in Canada. Majority of them are scammers. Some become nurses and truckers because thats where the demand is. Then they sponser their entire families from India. Their sole objective was seeking to get hold of the perpetrator, and exact their revenge upon him for this atrocity. \n \nWhilst being detained by churchgoers shortly after the attack, the 16-year-old assailant can be distinctly heard saying on a video clip that he had stabbed the bishop, because he’d “insulted my prophet”. Therefore, those few words, indisputably designate that this assault was premeditated: and, therefore an act of terrorism. Yet, in spite of him saying these words, the usual suspects have emerged in the past few days downplaying affairs. Some of them (all Muslims) are querying how authorities had been so quick, and eager to call this an act of terrorism.\n \nNeedless to say, it’s an absolute certainty that in the coming weeks that the ‘system’ will surreptitiously maneuver, and manipulate circumstances to cast this goon as being a mere aberration within Australia’s Islamic community. Rather, than him being reflective of a significant component of the Muslims here. To garner the reality that there’s no shortage of Muslims in Australia whose prime allegiance is to Islam, merely requires perusing photos, and video clips appearing in media coverages depicting Muslims congregating outside Mosques. Most of them will be clad in some form of traditional attire, praying to Allah. What this all amounts to is to prove there are no shortage of Muslims here in Australia (and, indeed, Britain, France, and Belgium/Holland, or Canada, and the US), who consider themselves answerable to the teachings of the Quran, before the society they’re in. \nIn the near future, we will be constantly bombarded with the line that this 16-year-old terrorist is not representative of Muslims, which of course is correct. However, the most ominous concern is that, there needs only to be a couple of hundred fundamentalist Muslims in the country who hold extreme views to wreak havoc. \n \nTragically, mass intakes of people from a bevy of non-Anglo/European cradles over the past 30-35 years has radically transmogrified Australia’s two largest metropolises of Sydney, and Melbourne. So much so that, within the short space of a bit more than three decades (1990), Anglo/Europeans have been reduced from being 94 percent of these cities’ populations, to now becoming the ‘collective’ minorities: at around 47 percent. \nTo ascertain this glaring reality, merely requires travelling on any train, at any part of the day that runs through the corridor of 20 stations between Burwood/Strathfield, Granville and down to Liverpool. By doing so, you will quickly realise that people of non-Anglo/European extractions will account for at least, 80 percent of all those people you will observe, either standing on platforms or travelling in carriages. \n \nFor the record, of the 400,000 net-increase of Sydney’s population in the decade up until February 2024, 280,000 of them have been immigrants (either permanent or temporary) who are sourced from non-AE, and non-Christian societies. But what’s strikingly apparent about any of the main business districts of places which have an array of different ethnocultural entities traversing the streets (such as Bankstown), is with how none of them interact with each other: let alone do they have a connection to Australia. \nAs of Saturday morning on April 20, less than 290 hours after the attack at Wakley, there have been many media stories analysing how this heinous event could have come to fruition. All of which is due to the insanity of successive governments from the late 1980s, rapidly drawing in millions of culturally unassimilable immigrants from a large array of non-AE ethnicities? The culmination of this madness has ultimately destroyed the host’s culture. And, moreover, with these immigrants forming culturally-insular enclaves/colonies.\n \nSo, it now comes to pass all these years after Enoch Powell, and Jean Raspail, warned us of would eventuate with dismantling borders, concludes with scores of acts of vile terrorism from 2004, being perpetrated by rabid Islamic fundamentalists. But, in spite of it being patently obvious to any halfwit that, mass-non-discriminatory immigration programs have destroyed the cultures of the host-societies, politicians in Britain, Canada, NZ, and of course, Australia, are totally committed to perpetuating large scale immigration intakes.

Multi cultural is an oxymoron (impossible to exist)… multi = many and culture = one shared system. The word was made up to attract immigration under false pretences. Canada is a multi ethnic country but should never allow pressure from outside to take away its best values - Canadian Values. When you enter someones home you follow their rules. The problem was the leader of this house was weak and couldn’t take care of the house. Take care of the best in your house, don’t forsake the best of human stewardship and stand for your best… Canadians will lend a hand if your knee weakens.

Well, I have seen most of hatred comment towards International student. Meanwhile, it was government who allowed us to enter. I am not from India but hate for Indian people is real. Idk who should we blame. I have no any social life. But I am thankful that I have a job and my studies is going good too.

Both Liberals and Conservative governments play immigrants off. They allow Asians to enter without having any education and bringing in drug money into the country without any questions. Meanwhile have a second set of expectations for non-Asians. Asians are discriminatory against South Asians, Black, Islamic, and Indigenous and prevent them from getting jobs by working as human resource personnels. Asians act out discrimination and government at all levels remain silent.

Our country can't continue to sustain this problem anymore. I'm sorry that other countries are dealing with corruption, desperation and injustice but if we keep allowing people to break the law by entering illegally and attack citizens without consequences then our country will become just as corrupt and disorderly as there's. We should have laws and policies that are supposed to prevent this kind of thing. I understand many of them are willing to work to support themselves but that's not possible if they are not legal citizens. So my question is why do illegal immigrants feel that tax paying Americans should support them.

The logic when they asking what the arab/muslim do, but what can muslim and arab do when all of our effort must be only support the killing, other than that is illegal. So why ask muslim why we not helping, but what can we do when the western government backup Israel and not allowing any humanitarian aid enter Palestine.

It is not only in Canada, Australia has the same problem. In recent years, the government has allowed too many immigrants to enter the country without considering the consequences. The number of new immigrants is higher than new houses, which creates a housing and rent price issue.

Lol as if Saudia Arabia allowed Palestinians to enter, they would prefer to stay in Gaza. Same with Egypt, same with Jordan.

One issue you did not talking about is the international students taking the Canadian universities space from the Canadian citizen students. Especially for doctorate degrees canada government allowed only 3% of Canadian student to enter to this program the same as for dentist, laws and other this is unjust, and discrimination against the canadine citizen students after all those international students are not Canadian citizen and their English languish is the second languish, why a Canadian citizen student have to go to USA or other countries and pay doubles fees in order to get in to those programs. \nI want the government canada in order to make it right approving 97% of Canadian student application for those programs in all universities in canada and only 3% application for international students. This will resolve the discrimination issue, the houses crises, and the shorter of Canadian citizen doctor’s in canada. ??

Yes but Saudi Arabia isn’t allowing the Palestinians to enter their country even if they want to of their own free will so really this is just an excuse by Saudi Arabia to not be bothered.

Anyone who crosses the border illegally for any amount of time be it five minutes or 5 years , it’s a life time ban from ever entering this country again . They have to pass a law like this and have include the ones already here , if you get caught you are deported and never allowed to enter the country legally again period never again. I would have the president give a speech encouraging all illegal immigrates that from this moment until 30 days from now you will have to go back to your home country, if you can’t afford it we will put you on a flight to the airport of our choice in your homeland.So for the next 30 days you will not be stopped or detained if you are leaving the country but anyone who’s still here after that deadline and caught there’s no immigration court with free lawyers you are gone with a life time ban . If you want to come legally than all the regular procedures are still in place . First find a sponsor, than get a visa so you can go to the immigration office and get a background check , if you don’t qualify than too bad it’s not our fault you don’t meet our requirements to be eligible to become a U.S. citizen. If you pass the background check and can prove you can support yourself and have a place to live then you get a green card and you get in line while you are in this country and wait your turn to become a U.S. citizen .
