Sir,\nI am from Maharashtra. And i have a bachelor degree in aarts faculty then after i complete one year ITI in Electrical course. Then after i didn't job anywhere. I opened the (Electrical Repairing and All types of Electrical appliances and construction material )shop directly. Now I want to come in Canada as a immigrant. But sir I don't understanding how can I show my salary slip or salary record for immigration process while I have buisness..\n\nWhat's solution of this profile?\n\nPlease give me some suggestions for immigration process..?

I know it won’t be easy but, Toronto has a lot of resources for immigrants and even undocumented immigrants. I worked for a shelter and although it was the only one that takes undocumented families, you learn there are resources out there. \nIt’s about aligning yourself with the right community support Center, finding the people who will fight for you. There are so many people here who welcome and want to help all types of immigrants. No matter your background.\nThe people who work helping these communities they are ruthless in their fight for citizenship, or at least finding you a job and home, they will guide you through the system. Social workers, ones in community resource centres, not government centres, will be your best friend. They know where the red tape is and the resources available to you. \nYou could even go to a specific shelter to t all out your options and where you could go to get help.\nI understand this is not ideal. \nBut, if you want to be here, your best friends are non-profits, finding a center that aligns with your story, your background, because they will fight for you. We have people here from every country and resource centres geared towards your own language, religion etc.\nAnother big way to set yourself up for success. Churches, rich churches to be specific. \nMy mom works in a very rich church and it helps them feel better about themselves helping people, you could be nice enough to alleviate their guilt through their wallets, and connections. Under the table work, shelter, space for your family, set you up, they might even have the lawyers you need pro Bono in those rich churches. Church shopping, do not be above it if you don’t have resources. You don’t just get help, you build a community and support system through a common bond, the church. \nI know these aren’t revolutionary tips, but without specifics of your background it’s hard (for me specifically) to give specific advice online as to what services could be provided for you.\nIt’s kind of like a doctors appointment. You need background info to diagnose the resources for you and how to access that help.

Does the word 'refugee' not have any meaning to anybody anymore? Pffft. It's like this in Europe. Let's be honest, most are economic migrants not refugees and I find it deeply insulting to see such powerful words abused and entirely watered down in meaning. It's like the gross abuse of words like 'phobic', 'fascist' and 'racist' etc. The more you fling them around as pejoratives that enforce or heighten some emotional angle in your rhetoric, as a dopey shorthand smear word, the greater the REAL damage. If you genuinely care about words and their meanings. There's nothing wrong with immigration whatsoever, the problem is illegal immigration and people who play the system. It angers everybody, especially other legit immigrants, interestingly enough. I laugh at these soft-headed, sheltered types believing all the sob stories they're fed, the images they first see and take entirely to heart. When you live 'in it' you can spot a load of old bollocks a mile away.

Hello everyone am from India am here to express my testimony immigrating to Canada well it was a successful trip after I met a certified immigration agent called Addison Hazel.She guided me to Canada under a total expenditure of 2000$ well meet her now she will get Visa,papers and any immigration permit type to USA ??,Canada ?? etc.

Please let me know how to choose between the too much types of immigration programs?

Canada indeed has systemic racism for sure. It's not same type of country has origin linear ethnicity such as Korea or Japan. It was built on first nation land in better way than USA. If Canada the county needs immigrants to keep the system and economy works, they start sharing major sectors with proper communities that absolutely respect Canada system their daily life rely on. It takes time, but over 100 years of immigrant culture now should take step properly.

Now where-Oh-WHERE did José get the Idea that he could just illegally walk into Canada from the U.S., from which he and his family came to be, illegally!? \n\n95% of the immigrants coming into Canada from the U.S. are under some type of deportation threat, so they come into Canada. The trouble is when 50k come into Canada in less than 3yrs, it overwhelms Canada's Social Welfare System, what to do with Canada's own homeless, unemployed, uneducated, sick,....Add the recession/Whuflu and it's a perfect storm.

Just keep going north next stop Russia, I,m sure they would give your family asylum, stay in your own country and try to change that one however with the corruption and crime of the socialist type government change would be slow coming feel sorry for them but illegally crossing one border after another is not the answer, countries have immigration laws to keep them safe as well.....

Maybe Canada, or a private citizen/group, should sue Clinton County of New York State for creating a health hazard for Canadians by allowing illegal immigrants to travel to the illegal border crossing. It might seem petty but it just might prompt some type of reaction.

A number of other Commonwealth countries are experiencing the same type of immigration cheating and Social security fraud on the same scale, by both former Chinese and Indian citizens.

Canadian immigrants are facing this type of discrimination here every single day.

I say no more immigrants in the USA. So tired of poor uneducated and greedy people from third world countries. United states is rotting within since that's the type of people we get. They are a curse to us and it will never get better.

It's funny how most western governments are ok with immigration and open their countries up to this type of thing then defend their immigration policies then want to ban religious symbols of the people they let in willingly and complain about them and how they live...smh doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me when u think about it ?

What no one or hardly anyone is talking about is that Canadian citizens have the right of free entry into the US where they can stay legally for six months OR just disappear into the landscape. They also seek temporary work and the general public and the cops don't really know if they're allowed to do that or check that they leave after 6 months.\nThe US border presents no problems if you've got a Canadian passport to present upon arrival.\nThe same would apply to Muslim Canadians entering the EU.\nCANADA IS THE SOFT UNDERBELLY OF US IMMIGRATION POLICY..\nEVERY YEAR THOUSANDS OF CANADIANS TRAVEL TO ARIZONA WHERE MANY LEASE OR BUY HOMES.\nTHE US CALLS THEM SNOWBIRDS.. Well that just makes me mad. He should have all his money seized to show Canada is serious on this type of fraud. He basically only lost 9% of what we know defrauded the system. He still gets to live in Canada and only did two years in jail - what a joke. I watch the border crossing show sometimes and when they come back from “vacationing “ in China and pretend that they haven’t brought anything with them and when their bags are inspected they have tons of stuff and have way exceeded the limits and they barely get a verbal reprimand. Let me see a Canadian whose family has been here for 9 generations get away with this. They are dishonest, money laundering scam artists. Yet, Canada still welcomes them with open arms. When will the Canadian government wake up? Having them take over this country is an insult to hard working Canadians and other honest immigrants. When they commit a crime of any type they should be deported. They’re always bragging about how rich their country is, then why do they want to come here? We haven’t invaded their country! Its part of their damage control phase.\nBut they will still continue to do what they are supposed to do, escalation of demands, coming together to get rid of people of threat to them, crying victimhood and playing the race card, until they have established sharia law in every nation. If you think sharia laws is only meant for them, you are so wrong. They can legitimately get rid of us simply by applying their laws. Its a very very very big Trojan horse. Every country that receives these immigrants experience the same set of problems, and it always end with them trying to establish sharia law. Ask yourself this, they all come from different countries, they all end up in different countries and yet they all say the same thing, at almost the same time? Its a worldwide movement. Lebanon also used to accept refugees. And they are applying the same proven formula this time.\n\nI had seen a video before about someone saying they started this worldwide plan somewhere around 1995, but i had forgotten which video it was already.\n\nAll non-islamic countries should come together secretly and derive a once and for all plan. Ultimately, besides saving ourselves, we should also save them from clutches of the devil, literally, which demands their full and blind submission. Stop portraying illegal immigrants as victims. I have friends who waited more than 10 years, some even 20, just to migrate to the US. They came from poor countries too, but they still followed the law. And these types of people should stop using their length of stay in the US an excuse not to get deported when they entered illegally in the first place. Also, 15 years in the US and still no English? Immigration should be a a win-win on both the country and the applying immigrant.

Makes u wonder why ppl who are called minorities are soooo eager to immigrate to racially european countries... I can't think of many non european countries that non europeans risk life, limb, or imprisonment to immigrate to. Why not immigrate to countries where u wont face racism? Why put ur children in those types of environments?

I’m a an American that is strongly against illegal immigrants but I think this type of man is not the one I want out. Liberals assume we hate them and are racist but we’re not. We simply don’t want our tax dollars to keep funding other people’s lives while we can’t even provide for our own people. He is a hard worker who is providing for his family. His wife and kids look like good people also. I want the US to be a stepping stone for people like him. He is working hard, earning money and ensuring a better future for his children. I want him to thrive in the US.

Even if they do try to do it the legal way sometimes they are not granted with any type of visa or green card. The government can deny their application for many reasons. So they end up crossing the border illegally. As well it is cheaper to cross the border than to apply for a visa or some sort of legal document. Many of these “lawbreakers” you suggest to be in jail have tired to do everything the legal way but it didn’t work out. Immigrants risk their lives and their love ones to have a better life, to be able to work to be able to have things that it’s impossible to have in their country. They are innocent people with dreams and hopes I don’t know why ya are so quick to judge. Try to put yourself in their place, and try to be open minded and listen.

The guy is able-bodied and willing to work for a living! For god’s sake let him stay and contribute to our society! These are exactly the types of immigrants we need in Canada. He’ll pick up English at the job site and watching TV soon enough. As long as you’re willing to work hard and not a religious nut-ball, you’re ok with me.

I'll lay it out for you: Me: typical middle of the road liberal oriented Canadian. Non white, immigrant (I wasnt born here) I worked in a Refugee housing for over 4 years in Ontario. Most were not war areas refugees (Yes I know there are other types of refugees). I only encountered few refugees from war areas. ONLY 1 person from Iraq, about 2 families were from Afghanistan, 1 couple from Pakistan(I doubt they were real refugees they spoke fluent English, maybe political refugee), and a most from African countries. Its too far for real refugees to get here. Its Easier for them to go to other countries nearby or Europe. MOST SEEM TO BE ECONOMIC REFUGEES. Most were coming from Africa. Some are coming from Latin America, which shouldn't be happening. Once they showed up at our doorstep and we processed them into the system, they were immediately in the same class as a Canadian resident homeless person if they were making a refugee claim. We get money to house and feed them (from the government), and they are given a stipend for basics from the government processed through the Social Assistance/ Welfare system (they get less than a resident/citizen I think.). They then have to get their case processed by the refugee board, and most seem to get in. I've only heard of few getting sent back. One person I know at our facility, was given a subsided social housing apartment after a year in our facility. So they went straight from a shelter to a government/city owned subsidized apartment. (Didn't seem like it was a issue for the housing worker...they didn't report it (if they were not the ones that helped the person to get it), they were white, the housed person was Latin. This refugee claimant, and then month or two new Canadian resident person was given an apartment in a prime area of the city, instead of the 1000's of Canadians, those who came before them, and born Canadian citizens on an extremely long waiting list. How this was allowed to happen I don't know. The person was probably sucking on someone's straw. I'm just trying to think the barriers these people have to go through to get a job here. We are far removed from the time of the 80's and 90's., and housing and jobs are so hard to get. Lol the "Canadian government asks them to repay the traveling cost to Canada if they are sent back"....I wonder how much the government recoups?.....more like 0 probably. What a bunch of crap. How do you demand someone to repay their flight cost when they get back to their country?

What place in the world don't any type of danger??? Illegal immigrants all have one justification or another trying to convince the world that crossing illegally in another country it's not a problem and a nothing burger like the saying goes.

RE: Canadian healthcare, my wife broke both her hips in 2017 in two separate falls, she was admitted immediately to hospital without delay and operated on the next day (half hip replacement), after physio and occupational therapy she was discharged and provided Homecare, 16 times per week plus weekly Day Hospital. Our cost for both operations was roughly $160.00 for parking spots for me so I could visit her and about $140 in Tim Horton doughnuts for staff. The system does not have enough of certain types of specialists thus wait times for those specialists, and there are wait times for elective surgery. The system has not really been reviewed since its inception in the 1960s but making significant changes is the third rail of Canadian politics and a hard look is justified after 70 years. Re: illegal crossings; The gentleman in the video has a problem in that the US and Canada have signed a “safe country” agreement and neither will accept refugees from the other as both Canada and the US are deemed “safe havens”. He crossed illegally, if he had crossed legally he would have been immediately turned back at the border but he clearly entered the country between border crossings and was likely arrested and released on recognizance but not returned immediately as the agreement is silent on illegal entries (yes, seems a touch strange). As many people are leaving the US for Canada the system is overwhelmed. Tent cities have been set up in Quebec and public housing used in Manitoba to house illegal immigrant pending processing - those with criminal records are held for deportation. Canada has accepted roughly 25,000 Syrian refugees from camps in that part of the world. These refugees were first vetted by the UN then Canada. These refugees are completely different from the people crossing the border illegally from the United States. This pales to the 75,000 boat people accepted after the fall of Saigon. Canadians have been generally accepting of refugees but wants the process guided by the rule of law. Immigrants are a separate from refugees and the rules governing their entries into Canada are different.

Probably the only thing i liked about harper. \nHe actually protected Canada from the bad type immigrants (there are good too). \nHe made a law making companies hire Canadians FIRST and if they really cant find someone they can hire immigrants. \nHe also lowered the quota of immigrants coming in every year to a reasonable amount that we can actually handle...\n... I am actually not a harper supported believe it or not and voted for Trudeau but tbh Harper does have some things right. Very few things but yea.
