Every single country has the right to accept or deny anyone wanting to enter their country based on their own criteria. Travelling to a country is luxury and living & working there are privileges! I’ve had the privilege to work and live for 2 years in India and I’ve respected every single procedure I had to go trough, I had all my papers, I respected the country and culture, did my job as good as I could, stayed out of trouble and went back home when it was time to do that. Just like India has the right to set its immigration rules as strict as they want in order to protect their sovereignty so does any other country on the face of the planet earth! If you want to be accepted anywhere on planet earth (this is an advice for everyone and anyone from any country) you must EARN IT not demand it!

Poverty does not qualify for asylum. Also, Rules of asylum is to seek it at a neighboring country from your own and not travelling kilometers to different country for asylum.

As an Indian national residing outside India I'm saying that most of the time it's always the Indians turning out be the most worst or annoying tourists in a country due to the lack of civic sense, respect to public property and them being unaware or unwanting to follow rules of the countries... alongside their use of fake or unofficial documents used for obtaining the visa

My cousin said that some people don't follow the civic rules of the country, some scam , lack of hygiene, blatant staring , and few others create public nuisances . When people are migrating to other country, needed to adapt their culture . Playing loud music while travelling, harassing foreigners or pushing people while getting on the bus.

I usually don’t have any complaints with who we are but we definitely misuse the opportunities presented outside the country. We like to brag and make noise for smaller achievements, ignorant of the rules thinking we are smart enough to dupe the system but the foreign authorities weren’t just paying attention to us until now. There’s more pride and nationalism projected in this video than real facts. Why do Indians need visas? It’s very simple: Most Indians are more likely to figure out a way to stay abroad once they touchdown abroad. \n\nAmericans, Canadians, Europeans, etc, don’t need visas wherever they go because most of them always return to their countries eventually no matter where they visit and how long they’re away. \n\nCitizens who don’t need visas wherever they go hardly ever leave their own countries for another. It’s really very simple. Just look at Singapore, Switzerland, etc. How often do you see their citizens leave such countries for another? Almost never. That’s why.\n\nIt sounds like she’s trying to make an argument that this rule shouldn’t apply to Indians because India’s economy is powerful. You need to convince this fact to the Indians who are leaving India, because if you can’t even sell this point to those Indians leaving India, then you don’t even have a case.
