Trump is trying to collapse the Canadian economy so some how he can try and make Canada the 51st state without even firing a single shot.

For all of you GO Canada people. The majority of Canadians oppose what our government is doing. This man has destroyed our economy and done everything he could to stop international trade of LNG and oil by shutting down all pipeline and LNG PROJECTS WE HATE THIS MAN. I called the Canadian embassy in Washington DC this morning. I told them as an American citizen. It saddens me and breaks my heart that we are treating our allies with such disrespect. I do not stand with the United States government and their treatment of our allies. I also called the Mexican embassy and told them the same thing. I didn’t announce Trump in his cabinet and what they’re doing to our economy that we have worked so hard to resurrect again after he was president last time. I, urge every person who does not agree with what is going on to call the Canadian and the Mexican embassies and just let them know that we stand in solidarity with them and against our government here!

As a Canadian, Trudeau is an unserious loser who has no problem preventing key infrastructure projects like pipelines and refineries that would have made us more independent, and taxing us to live through carbon tax. All this is silly performative nonsense geared towards cementing a legacy and will cause more pain to Canadians. If his intellect is so chanllenged it can't go two steps ahead and realize our economy will be crushed and we'll have to capitulate before the US, well I guess that explains the last ten years. Everyone thinks that this is Canada standing up, but what this means is that the Canadians with our economy that is 1/10 that of the US will be taxed at 25% on our imports, this is going to hurt canadians way more than the retaliatory terrifs will hurt the americans. The reason for this 'trade war' is not about 'trade'. It's about 'creating chaos' so that president Trump is the 'centre' of world attention.
