My first visit to Canada (the so called Province of Quebec) was in 1972. If you've had asked me at that time where was paradise, I'd have answered to you that it was right here in Quebec and particularly in Montreal. I spent two years and went back home in 1974. I came back five years later in 1979 with the intent of staying and I did. I've spent decades of wonderful years here, and although I will leave next year, I will still remember with nostalgia the lost best decades (70s, 80s and 90s) I'd have spent in Montreal. I will remember the most beautiful city of the world and what it has become in the years 2000 amd counting. I remember how clean and well maintained that city was; how its people were among the most polite and civilized in the World; how life was so easy and affordable; how tolerant as a society the French Canadian one was and so on. Today, all that is gone, and when I take a look at the pile of trashes and garbages on the Ste-Catherine street and Saint Laurent Boulevard, it makes feel sick. In fact, Montreal has become a huge Third World city, and it is not better on a social point of view : you can't walk one block or two without being dragged by a homosexual or a lesbian. Speaking of lesbian and homosexual, you can't keep your work if you don't support the LGBT and or willing to date your boss. I am leaving next year to go back to my country where there is still a seemingly willingness to normalcy, but since the LGBT has managed to sneak its power everywhere, I am not holding my breath of a bright future overthere, but it's my home and I prefer to be there and deal with it.

Truth is that the immigration system has been a source of income and financial gain for the system but gives little back. Sadly many Canadians think the opposite is true. They think because refugees are given shelter while waiting for processing that means they receive support more than the locals. Truth is immigrants come here mostly on loans, spend years working and spending to support families back home, it takes years to understand the taxing, credit, wealth, education and many other resources that drives the Canadian community. This put immigrants in a position where they work more than the local just to meet the bare minimum life standards. If many of the immigrants knew the ins and outs of the system, then they would really take over and appreciate being in canada. \n\nCanadians and canada as a whole are welcoming. You might meet a few who have little knowledge of the global system and standard against immigrants, something that their countries economic system depends on. Remember your countries have never lived without immigration. From the day the first white personal stepped onto this lane, immigrants have continued to come in more different colours. It’s our duty to focus on making life better not on how we can make life harder for others. Wanting to live in canada with your own specific community and wanting others to stay away from a land that has been shared for decades is just a selfish stand. We all love canada because we all find peace here.

There is No labour shortage! Data shows there's more people looking than there is work. People are lining around the block for low-paying jobs. Dollararrma had 2000 applicants in Waterloo for a lead cashier job. I've never known the job market to be so competitive with multiple tests, assessments and interviews for entry-level gigs. And its getting increasingly hard to get a job without speaking a foreign language. Why is mass immigration needed if they take our jobs and housing? The government says we need their tax dollars to support social programs but our social programs have declined a lot in the past decades despite mass immigration. It costs millions to process these immigrants. All immigration should be halted immediately and the processing costs used to conduct a study to determine what if any benefits we really get from this. Most countries don't take in half as many immigrants and manage just fine. People are struggling to find work and housing and the economy seems to be suffering not benefitting from immigrants. I feel for people in war-torn countries but we have been than generous to immigrants and our own citizens are hurting as a result.

This is good and honest review. You did not succeed because you did not go with that mindset. In my case, I was working in India as a Class I gazetted officer with Govt of India. When I got PR, I resigned from the job, just because I knew there is struggle in Canada. If I have an option, I would have definitely gone back. My Dad and my father-in-law, both Govt officers at that time, were upset with me for resigning. They were OK with me going to Canada, but did not like the idea of leaving such a good job. I did struggle initially and did survival jobs, like working in factories etc, but I DO NOT regret my decision at all. But again, it is individual's choice what is their goal. Mine was to give my kids world's perspective. Now they are free to go anywhere in the world, including India. My elder one 26 and younger one 22, have visited so many countries without taking a single penny from me. Their world view is very balanced ... they are very empathetic - thanks to Canadian education system - including school level.

Struggle is there without maid and house help initially but if have the willpower it will work out ,you at-least got job within a few months if u had did some courses it would work out . I got job only after an almost a year. I never wanted to stay in basement and it’s very cold and u will get sick We need both husband and wife to get things done and manage things .Thats where u missed out on. U at-least had relatives there we don’t have anyone here . I had my kid also here alone in hospital no help. I am not saying it’s easy nothing will be delivered on a platter here but it’s better than India freedom, lifestyle,groups community and more over value for life.Try again if u want and get a condo or apartment at-least next time.I always loved winters and once u know how to dress and what precautions to take winter is very beautiful. So if anyone is coming to Canada please be open minded and keep in my mind it will take at least 3-5 years to settle in a different country and you can lead a happy life here.

I live in Canada as a Kenyan and I have been here for sometime .I work as a HR/Payroll Specialist also certified in the field. The problem is not Canada , Canada is a very good county which I love and I am gland God gave me the Opportunity to Come and settle here with my family.. The problem with some people coming here is lacking of knowledge how Canada works .It’s system is very far from how things work in Dubai or Gulf countries. A lot people are thinking than you can just come and get any job even without proper papers or you can earn a lot of money and then build wealth quickly. Which is A BIG FAT LIE. The tax in Canada keeps you humble. That is how Canada funds it's high end life many admire and want to be part of. The more you work in Canada the more tax you pay and many don't know this, and it is one of the main reasons why a lot of people start to regrets, because they realize there effort of working hard is not paying as they hoped. Another thing in Canada is next to impossible to get jobs or rent a place without proper paper work, like work permit, It is not like USA where you can use someone else papers to work. the The main available jobs , easy to get , don’t pay much. And also the cost of living is very high in some provinces like Ontario and BC. They hardly recognize credentials from outside unless you came through a job offer. Also because a lot of things in Canada are paid by the government through taxes, like health care, education. Unless you are tax paper with (and I repeat) Paper work, you cant access the benefit, including thee free food available for the needy. \nMany people forget Canada is looking for people to work for them. Not to grow rich and leave. The system is meant to keep you working. Unless you understand how a system of a country works, one will continue to blame it. Let people get well informed and well educated first , before they jump in the river. And it’s not Canada a lone , but any country in the world. Also a lot of these media post about Canada are misleading. And there is also another trap called debt, a lot of people once they getting working, rush to but things they cant afford and it becomes a stress instead of a blessings.\nIf you want to live well and enjoy Canada . One of the top thing to do is, go back to school once you enter in it, get a good education and you will get a good job. Also give yourself time to adjust. REMEMBER you are starting from square one. You are not continuing where you left in Kenya or in the country you get from. Also, the general social climate is not as friendly as those in USA for example. Not many people are willing to help for free. The most jobs advertised in Canada are the lower end paying jobs, which a lot of people pay a lot of money to come for, just to realize the job they left behind was far much better than this, but no one told them that, just because it said $18 hrs and you converted it to your country and looked a lot, doesnt mean it carries the same wait once you earn in from here. The living expense are very different. The reality is, it is not where you are , but whom you are and determination knows no barrier. Anyone who will trust God for help, work hard/smart and be patience in life, they will make. It might take longer than they expect, but they will get their eventually.

Hello Dear; My fellow Kenyans do research and read a lot about the Laws and policies of that country before you make a step or move; Outside here; No short cart I am in one country in Europe I did my application for self-employment/ work permit/residence permit\nThen I was told to wait for 7 months - to 1 year for my application to be terminated not in Kenyan but in this county I am currently; After waiting for 1 year, I received an email from the embassy that my application was approved to apply again for a VISA to come and collect my ID = Now am legally in Europe I can move anywhere without fear and also can do any business in Schengen Area, I can go to Kenya anytime I want and come back anytime I want, This country is very rich and productive, peaceful, Clean, life affordable government regulates everything, the population is 8.9+, and the services are top class and are among the top in Europe map, however, you shall never here them shouting. Is about being wise and doing due diligence.. as well as calculating and taking your time. Good things don't come when you rush.

The issue is Canada is being too selective with the countries they are taking from ( only two India and china), but it's racist to say that, the two countries with the most people in the world.... would overlap the amount of Canadians in the country with only sending like 2% of their population.... why are we immigrating a unlimited amount of people from countries that can over right our populations 1000x over. So all the other countries and cultures who want to have their families come to Canada will be pushed back over selective immigration. \n\nIf you wondered why Jagmeet buckled under the great ruler... i would argue this is why. Hard working 1st gen immigrants, or Fully born Canadian Indians that i know struggle, because this country didn't allow them to settle in with all their hard work, because they kept the door open and kept letting people in without making sure the economy can handle it

Life in Nigeria is only decent for those living affluently in Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, certain areas of Ikeja and Abuja. Outside of that, life for everyday Nigerians is crap. Water & electricity (NEPA) are highly unreliable & intermittent, so fuel-powered generators are a necessity for living everyday life per household or per apartment in apartment complexes. The banking & government systems are notoriously sluggish, taking weeks and months to process simple paperwork such as drivers licenses, passports, certificates, banking transaction reversals, you name it. Bribery is a daily occurrence EVERYWHERE. Police (if you can call them that, mostly untrained thugs) detain & extort motorists and/or people innocently going about their daily lives, just for the money. Many many many people disappear mysteriously without ever being seen again by family or friends. Lots of inter-racial discrimination and animosity between the three major tribes that make up Nigeria… Yoruba, Igbo & Hausa-Fulani. The federal & state governments are horribly corrupt, bordering on dictatorship. Elections are undemocratic, to say the least, with thugs threatening voters at voting booths. I could go on?\n\nThis is why many Nigerians with any amount of wealth live in diaspora, whether that be the UK, Canada, the USA, Europe, or wherever. And, yeah, be prepared for everything being structured & organized in these countries, especially in North America. The cost of living is definitely higher to pay for a higher quality of living. That’s the difference between a developed country vs a country, such as Nigeria, that’s developing or considered ‘third-world’. Unfortunately, here in Canada we cannot account for the last 8 years under our current administration, which has gone rogue & is out of control, causing high inflation, interest rates and housing and cost of living to soar. This is not normal conditions even to those of us natural-born here. So, we feel for immigrants who have arrived in good faith in the last few years. I’m sure their country of origin is looking better than what is being experienced here in Canada currently.

As an older person who migrated decades ago after protesting in my old country, I encourage young people below 45 to FIGHT for your countries. Fight bad goverments. 7 billion people on the planet cannot move to the few western countries that seem to work and appear attractive on the surface, it’s not possible. The taxpayers in those countries are feeling it. Look at the folks sleeping on the floor in NY! The homeless citizens don’t have places to sleep but politicians are lodging new border crossing migrants in hotels at taxpayers expense, creating resentment! \n\nFight those oppressing you in your countries. Black America “fought” to eliminate Jim Crow so we can even move here. Black America and the White allies who struggled for civil rights ARE the reason the west has even been tolerant of the amount of immigration in the last 40 years! \n\nThere is no peace without a fight… even after the civil rights fights including the million man March 60 years ago? by MLK, the struggle against racism continues. \n\nHe left because of his children but will find out in 25 years time that they will want to connect with their roots even after succeeding in the West. \n\nYoung folks, take African, Latin American, Caribbean and Asian countries back from oppressive greedy corrupt rulers to reduce the need to leave our places of birth. I “fought” oppressive corrupt regimes with other like minded folks when I was younger before leaving! I wish we were more that were interested in protesting! Now folks are giving up without a serious protest, distracted by entertainment and the illusion of utopian countries which is not true. They find out too late! \n\nWestern politicians and governments need to stop cooperating with oppressive governments in these areas if they truly want to tackle immigration. Freeze their stolen loot like we did to the Russian oligarchs, force them to return the loot into their various economies and create good middle class jobs! \n\nThe west works because most work is assembly line in nature, glorifies slavery. A doctor has a target of about 15 to 20 patients to see per day and rushes you out of his office because the corporation he works for only cares about money and KPIs! You really aren’t allowed to interact with patients and provide personalized service. A pharmacist has to fill anything between 200 to 350 prescriptions, give a certain number of immunizations and see a certain No of patients per day. There is no time for niceties! A corporate professional May work remotely but has to deliver on so many projects he is up till 10pm and only gets up to eat. We have beautiful homes, drive nice cars etc but MUST work like the clock in an assembly line fashion! Most of us pay so much of our income as taxes we end up with less than 70% as paychecks! Things aren’t always what they seem!

The per country limit is ostensibly to get educated immigrants, but we should take immigrants without education so they dont take the GOOD jobs.

I have mixed feelings about this video. This video does a good job outlining the immigration process but it does not highlight any of the negative consequences of immigration that Canada is experiencing. One of the main reasons why cost of living is so high in Toronto and Vancouver is precisely because we have so many immigrants coming in without enough housing supply. This is by design because politicians and the upper class have a vested interest in keeping real estate prices high because so much of their net worth is tied up in the housing market.\n\nAnother negative is that employers hire immigrants working low skilled jobs and pay them less than Canadians because the immigrants are willing to be taken advantage of since they're just happy to have a job in Canada which pays better than their country. \n\nAnother myth that gets repeated is that Canadian takes immigrants out of compassion and unfortunately a lot of Canadians believe this. It was never about compassion, it's about bringing more people to 1) pay taxes to support our social welfare as Canadian birth rates decline and boomers retire, 2) keep housing costs high and 3) pay immigrants lower wages for the same work because immigrants are fine being exploited since they have a job in a first world country.\n\nAnother problem is the cultural shift. In the most immigrant-dense regions you'll find that many immigrants themselves surprisingly don't want more immigrants coming to Canada because they see these negative consequences. The people who are most pro-immigration have no problem cramming 8+ people in a basement and exploiting their labour because they make enough money to live in communities that immigrants can't afford, and so they don't have to deal with the cultural shift that's taking place. This is NOT the fault of immigrants, but rather the politicians who put economic growth over quality of life. Over HALF the people in the GTA weren't born in Canada, so they didn't go through our school system and have no connection to our culture. Canada is unfortunately going to become very racist over the next 10-20 years as Canadians start feeling like outsiders in their own country. It's somehow considered racists to criticize the effect of multiculturalism on social unity, yet the cultures we accept in Canada only became distinct cultures because of monoculturalism.

I've always wanted to live in the US, so many happy vacations there as a child and teen. Sadly now due to the health care situation, there's no way I could. If someone makes a lot of money and can afford private insurance and the drugs they need, lucky for them. Especially as a diabetic, the price of insulin is around 5 x in the US what it is here. I don't earn enough to afford the drugs I need if I lived in the US, add in every three month blood work, dr visits, for a self employed person, it's just not doable on what I earn. \n\nAn American I talk to said one of his co workers was being laid off and the co worker was a diabetic and he didn't know what he was going to do without the health insurance the company provided him. It's insane health insurance is tied to employment in the US. people that are self employed would have huge private insurance bills, and people that get laid off or are fired, they could be taking thousands of dollars of drugs a month and all of a sudden it's gone with the job. My mom wouldn't even let us go to the US for a weekend without getting out of the country medical insurance coverage.

Don't listen to the naysayers... I am moving to the US next month and I CAN'T WAIT to get out of Canada! Everything you buy is too expensive, and that's AFTER the tax rate which is nothing short of grand robbery. Health Care was already abysmal with waitlists over a year for certain procedures, but in the last 3 years it fell apart even further. Crime is on the rise everywhere and government just releases everyone regardless of public risk (read into Saskatchewan mass shooting from last year).\n\nI am set to make $20,000 more in salary, without even taking exchange rate into account, and that is going from Vancouver which has among the highest salary average in Canada to a small American country side town.

IF… I met my dream Hollywood crush and she said USA or nothing I might consider it if I couldn’t convince her otherwise. In all honesty I leave the house without locking the door regularly I’ve never met anyone who owns a gun let alone seen one outside of a cops holster, and agree that people have the right to choose what they do with their body and who they want to marry, government should never take woman’s or lgbtq rights from them. I'm in Mobile Alabama and half the population lives in trailer Parks while they build whole neighborhoods every year that go unpurchased and they keep hiring more police to chase the ever growing homeless population around the city pretending they're doing the lords work.\n\nSome of you think these Mexicans are going to take your jobs, but I ask you: what jobs? The rich have already taken everything from you, the only thing these Mexicans can do is make shit cheaper, but the rich wont let that price drop because investors want to see infinite growth, even if they have to tear it out of our corpses like a starving vulture.\n\nBut capitalism is what made this country great, right? Not unions fighting for a 40 hour week, the minimum wage jump from 40¢ to 75¢ in 1950, then over $1 by '56, effectively doubling wages that made America the most prosperous it had ever been. Not the Dwight D Eisenhower interstate system before auto lobbies rallied against the development of a national commuter rail system, giving the rails to 4 big companies that refuse to allow passenger cars on their rails without massive fees because freight has a higher profit margin. And certainly not pension funds before they were dissolved in favor of the 401k, and the social security politicians are constantly working to cut while ever increasing the retirement age past what most people will never live to now that 45% of our water is tainted with PFOAs that will have everyone born today die of liver cancer before the age of 65.\n\nIt was CAPITALISM that made this country! The same capitalism that claws back every penny it can from working class people. America was great DESPITE capitalism. UNDERSTAND THAT.

One thing to take note of is that amongst the UK US Canada Australia. The UK is the most visa friendly among all of them. Why is it that most people especially nigerians and other african countries are going to the UK than USA and Canada.. getting a visa to USA and Canada is not easy due to their foreign policy, and visa policy as well. Unless you're from a country their government really like then they give it to you without stress. The UK is more lenient with visa acceptance and of which that can change at anytime if they decide to review their policy.

Close the fkn border completely! We are being invaded by terrorists and communist infiltrators that are setting up hubs to try and take over we the people.. With the help of our own White House administration and Homeland Security we are sure to arm ourselves and protect our country without fail!!! LOCK AND LOAD PATRIOTS!!

This is sickening to see, i feel bad for those that came here the correct way and got their citizenship. Ive read alot of comments that say well if the usa didnt have such stringent rules to become a citizen, then this wouldnt happen. Thats like applying for a job without giving them any information about yourself, and expecting to get that job with no experience. Is it so bad these people should learn about our history and culture, need to be bi lingual and go through the entire vetting process? The answer is they should because if we went to anyother country, we would be expected to learn about their culture. You cant even live in cananda unless you have a certain amount of money and takes years to become a citizen, why shouldnt our border be any different? The fact of the matter is our government needs to wake up, put politics aside and address the issues. I have no problem with people coming here, it they need to become legel and pay taxes like everyone else. We are sick of paying for people that do nothing to contribute to our economy. We need more leaders like President Bukele of El Salvador and AMLO of Mexico. President Bukele incarcerated thousands of MS-13 gang members without trial. They are all in jail for life. If you have gang affiliated tattoos they come ant take you to jail for life. El Salvador is gang free and all citizens are happy. Ironically, the USA politicians are screaming human rights abuses. President AMLO stopped all catering to the high classes and wants to be more independent of the USA. This of course was met with USA indignation by politicians of the USA. We are not a very introspective country. Not that it ever makes the news but Mexico is home to 1.6 million Americans that are legally there and anther .5 to 1 million living in Mexico illegally. Remember that Banana Republics were forcefully ( With military action.) made to trade with the USA. Dole fruit being one of the main driving forces of USA interventionism. This act kept most of Central America’s governments weak and destabilized. We destabilized El Salvador all through the 70s and 80s. We destabilized Venezuela when our politics ran counter to theirs. We toppled and incarcerated President Manuel Noriega of Panama and went to war with Panama. Pablo Escobar of Panamawas killed with CIA operatives. Right or wrong our footprint is part of Latin America and the consequences of this still reverberate in todays’ immigration problems.

They all need to be vetted correctly. Stand in line and wait your turn and be ready to go back if your economic assylum doesnt pan out. Running from the cartel isn't really considered a true assylum. They are not running from a war or running from a toltalterian government most of them know already they will get denied so they try to ram through our border. It's sad but we need to face the facts in order for us to have the life we have without over populating our country. We can't have people come through the border in such an illegal way. Do it the right way or don't come at all. America isn't an open border. Takes years stop skipping the line to rightfully immigrants trying to do it correctly. It's not fair. And people please stop voting for these Democrat's that have been so soft of immigration laws. There destroying our country. Don't be blind. Vote Republican it's our best bet at this point

WOULD you recommend a country where BLACK people can LIVE without dealing with RACISM. I was born in Trinidad, and I have LIVED in Canada since 1968. With ALL of your WISDOM, please TELL me where I can GO to avoid RACISM. Every country has problems, YOU must MAKE your own CHOICE. YOU are either STRONG or YOU are WEAK. Illegal entry is illegal in any OTHER countries. Why do a lot of Americans pity them and want to accept them when we can’t even support our own homeless families, young kids without parents… America is suffering so much rn. No reason to pity them. We need to take care of our ppl first period. The first needs to be handled within their OWN GOVERNMENT. Don’t waste our tax, power and energy of our soldiers or cops. big problem with the housing is also trudeau taking in so many immigrants and refugees before having enough available housing for everybody. I think they were taking in 200k people a year. while we need atleast 1million new houses within the next 10 years in order to supply enough to the population. There was also an issue with forieign purchases where people from other countries were buying houses in canada and nobody living in them. Trudeaus votes comes from majority indian people and arabic since thats a lot of the population in canada, and to win those votes and get more hes friendly with them accepting a lot of immigrants from those countries, its not a bad thing since a lot are very well educated and their peaceful people for the most part, but the problem is there isn't enough housing. Even renting has become competitive , owning is near impossible without help. Trudeau really messed up the country, houses are riduclously expensive and they often go into bidding wars if in a good area, banks interest rates keep going up now, loans are harder to take out, sadly we need to limit the amount of immigrants that come into the country until the right number of houses are built in the country, if anything new and major cities need ot be build in other locations with jobs in order to get more people spread out around the provinces. Once there is enough houses and jobs i believe the doors should be open to whomever wishes to come (obviously with a background check) but until then there should be a limit so the houses stop going up.

It's too many people coming into the United States. Highly overcrowded. The US needs to start taking care of their own citizens first. There's homeless Americans right here that are citizens, there are hungry people right here in the US that are American citizens. They need to start helping their own first. These Americans should not be without anything. And then United States is quick to help other states before they help they own. It's really a shame. And half the people that come here from other countries don't even like Americans. There shouldn't be not one homeless American citizen in America. The country has billions and billions of dollars and they should be able to house their own citizens.

It's unconscionable that we've invited people to come to Canada without actually following through on the promise we made to them in the first place. Was it all just sloganeering designed to appeal to liberal progressive NIMBYers? Was there ever any intent on actually doing something for these poor people beyond a sound bite or photo op? \n\nThe solution to migration because of war, terror, famine and so on is not by opening up the borders and allowing everyone in, the solution to mass migrations (over 100 million worldwide) is to tackle the conditions that make such migrations necessary. Almost without exception, each one of these migrant/refugee situations are the result of political problems that have to be tackled in those countries where the conditions exist. There are over 100 million people fleeing conditions that make life unbearable, even if we wanted to, how are we to take them all into North America? How does anyone propose we do that, and even if we could manage it somehow, another 100 million would show up on our doorstep next year...or next week...it's simply not possible or reasonable to expect us to be overwhelmed by wave after wave of the poor unfortunate. The solutions to war and famine abroad can't be found here and we need to make it plain that people who live in such conditions must first rise up to help themselves. We can and should help, politically, through foreign aid and individual donations (North Americans are among the most generous donators after all), and even militarily where feasible or possible. The UN and other coalitions of nations, must each take up the burdens before people smugglers take it up for them. We have our own problems to deal with here and I'm not willing to vote for promises made that were never meant to be kept.

You know what, I’m an immigrant too. I came to America in 1988 from a communist country to have a better life and have religious freedom. But it took us more than 5 years, if not more, to get approved and jump every hurdle, every flaming hoop, and else they asked us to do, BUT, WE DID IT! Why do people think it’s ok to be able to come here illegally when others have to Jump through hoops to get here? And the stupid fucks who think they should be allowed to do that shit, should be made to put em up in THEIR HOMES AND NOT ON THE TAXPAYERS DOLLAR! Period point blank!!!! A country without rules will fall into anarchy. So many people do shit the right way, why do others think it’s ok to say fuck it and became a burden on the economy? Everywhere around the world, there are borders in place, and they’re there for a reason, to keep order, and to prevent illegal entry. Nobody’s saying not to come here, or that you’re not welcome or wanted here. But you have to do it the right way. Millions of people had to do it like that, by the books, the right way, you don’t get a free pass to come here illegally cause it’s hard, or it takes a long time. Every since this has been allowed to occur we suddenly don’t have jobs in restaurants that allows people to work without citizenship or green card. They are taking those jobs speaking no English and being used and overworked. They are easier to deal with cause they barley complain. So people(americans) are being pushed out big time. I can’t even take a vacation without a passport to the countries and I’m not planning on staying at all. Canada is soo weird. University students who spend 100k+ on education and are in the Canadian system are having problems getting residency, whereas shady people who get here illegally or get residency by immoral do it without much problem. I mean not even illegals but some south asians who are literally scamming and exploiting the system, have no problem and then when you take people from very low income class enter your country and who do uncivilized things you are astonished what else you are expecting a lot of them are uneducated who are not civilized, make your screening process better, if you want immigrants due to labour shortages and slow population increase, try to incorporate students and potential people who have more chances to fit your society. Yes and if these people truly believed in God and Jesus they wouldn't run from their countries but actually stay on the ground and stand strong in their faith that God and Jesus are going to help them persevere through all this. As a fully disabled American citizen with a child that doesn't even get $1,000 a month and there's no available housing at all where I live no waiting list to go on people on SSI disability don't get any extra housing help we're not offered separate housing are put on separate lists and low-income Able Body people or the migrants jumping the Border but I was born and raised here paid taxes and worked until my body literally couldn't anymore but I don't hear anybody bitching and screaming and crying about the fact that my son and I would be on the streets if it hadn't been for one of my family members stepping up and giving his housing after a lifetime restraining order issued during my pregnancy on my son's biological do do with domestic abuse situation. I'm also US citizen that spent time in the Wards in Houston and projects and other cities and if you don't think that we don't have the same gun violence drug trafficking human trafficking gangs take it over cartels taking over neighborhoods and communities than you're freaking lying to yourself and everybody else. The same s*** that's taken over these countries is taking over the inner cities have been for decades and these are the same communities that most of these people will end up in. No it's not about not being good Christians part of being a good Christian is reminding people to stand their ground and have faith in Jesus and God and their own home territory and not to give it up to the crime people in the bad politicians. I mean did you all forget the night they came to take them away they were asleep in an Open Garden it wasn't like they popped up tents or glamper camper sites had some little Adobe type cabins they were sleeping in. As a matter of fact if you pay attention to most of the stories about Jesus and talking about him sleeping he does a lot of sleeping Outdoors. Remember God is a father that's how he's been represented and talked about in the Bible and Jesus was a man without a doubt no biological transgender question ability there. People need to remember that part of being a fair and loving. Is also teaching and discipline and these children following rules. Where are these millions of new immigrants going to work? Since the election of Liberals, Canada has had the slowest growing economy in the industrialized world! The world expects Canada's lacklustre performance to continure for the next 20 years. So are these new immigrants coming with suitcases full of money to invest in new companies? Are the skilled tradesman coming from developed nations with similar building codes and material or from countries that build houses without any codes or inspection? Do the Medical Doctors receive the same education as 1st world doctors or are they like doctors in most developing and 3rd world countries where they enter medical school straight from Grade 11 and graduate 4-5 years later with a medical degree and their medical experience is all with 3rd world diseases? OR what is more likely is that these new immigrants will have to go back to school (paid for by Canadian taxpayers) to bring their education and skills to the minimum level of Canadians? It will take the average new immigrant 6-10 years before they are making a net positive contribution to the Canadian economy. This would be affordable if our economy was outpacing other industrialised nations OR if we had fewer immigrants but this is a strategy for bankruptcy. My prediction is that the Canadian dollar will be $0.60 USD within 5 years or less. My recommendation is start moving your savings and retirement funds to the USA.

As a Canadian moving to the U.S, I can tell you for sure that Canada is a divided country headed for economic ruin. We lose at everything, we cannot build projects without unbearable red tape, approve any energy projects or really provide any economic value at this point. Canada is the only First world country that is headed backwards towards third world country status. I love this country, it has all the raw ingredients (Great people, Fun culture, Endless resources to extract) and we still manage to fail at the federal level.
