Donald Trump and many of the GOP that ran for thier lives on Jan. 6th 2021 now refer to the insyrection as a peacful gathering of non violent protesters... Trump calls it the best day ever!!! Think about that for a minute! The very first order of business Trump did after his inauguration was to pardon 1500 crimina convicts that either plead guilty or were found guilty of charges like sedition. And insurectionists. Many of them for violent crimes like battery on a police officer. And other charges loke trespassing on a federal building, and theft charges for stealing laptops and all sorts of things.\nDonald Trumps first act was to free all of them with a wave of a pen... he freed police bashers!!! And scum bags like Elmer Rhoads, and leader of the proud boys Enrique Tarrio... and all tge violent punks that tried to overturn a free and fair election!!! I is disgusting! HE a k so pardoned the biggest drug dealer in America that catered to criminals and murderers, the owner and inventer of the silk roads dark web site.\nTrump is a Russian asset, make no mistake about it. Here's my issue with Trudeau ...you now placed your country in a position where this becomes a game of tariff chicken. This won't end well for Canada no matter what tariffs you try to envoke to counter Trump. The U.S. aren't dependent on Canada. So, what is your real endgame here matching the tariffs? Is that what the people of Canada really want to get into? Doesn't seem smart to me. It just looks like a lazy game of posturing trying impose some front like the U.S. need to back down from Canada. I genuinely wonder what a balance sheet would like before tariffs between what Canada gains from U.S. vs U.S. benefiting from Canada. I’m neutral because I don’t know enough. But I feel like that would be a good place to start before putting the last few months at the forefront.

It's more than time for Canada to turn themself to electric Chinese car at around CAD 5K with quality comparable to Tesla and so many more affordable goods and products from diverse countries of Asia including cheaper chips, GPU, CPU, etc... with the green, affordable and available electricity in huge quantity who could place Canada at the first rank in AI development without speaking about it Geo position reducing latency, Crypto mining at the lower cost around the entire world, the world largest rear earth elements and so many more. By stopping to cooperate with a vicious country which has the philosophy of eliminating the concurrency until to collaborate for the exponential growth of each other's. It's clear that the target of the US was to force the Canada to be producing goods and service to the US consummation at a price so low that will have turn Canada in a third world country which the US could invade or exploit as it will, like they did all around the world by bombing and even committing genocide using proxy to stole the resource of so many nations around the world. So obviously they deal with Russia on how to rob the richest from Europeans nation like Ukraine as it is clear that the US is now looking to make the entire world economy fall for their own profit. Canada must lead in the fight against the American imperialisms pushing for a world embargo against the US and become at the same time one of the richest nations in the world if not the richest one. while for the US citizens to invest all their money in BTC to ensure that they will not fall down with their government and economy.

I hate to see something like this take place, but the bullying behavior of the current administration make it unavoidable. The American people will be the losers. If I were thirty years younger, I'd be packing the Dodge and mapping the quickest route to Canada instead of writing this.

Maybe he should discuss the constant duty fees and border crossing fees for anything shipped from Canada to the USA that have been constantly rising for years; fees that his very own government sets. Maybe he should talk about Canada demanding that anyone that sells anything foodwise to anyone in Canada from the USA has to have a special Safe Food For Canadians Food License or the goods being shipped will be rejected at the US owners cost, seized by the border and held in storage at the US owners cost, and destroyed and billed to the US owner. A license that no one actually needs considering other legal and ethical controls are in place to prevent unsafe foods from crossing the border, but Canada reserves the right to make us pay for one or we suffer consequences. Maybe he should discuss how they left their borders open to migrants, making it much easier for criminal migrants to get into the US. Maybe he should understand that the US has always been bleeding money to Canada on a trade level for about half a century with it getting much worse in the last decade because Canada's government are greedy. Before any of you come at me, keep in mind I work in the food ingredient industry as an order processing, logistics and customs & border crossing and have done so for 15 years. These tariffs were a long time coming and if any of you are on the inside of trade in the manner I am, then you know what I'm saying is true. The US is constantly paying additional tariffs by way of duty fees, customs fees, certain applied taxes (like there is literally a blueberry tax to ship US grown blueberries into Canada to prevent US blueberries from taking over the Canadian blueberry market). The blueberry tax is about 25cents per lb. which drives the price per lb. up for the seller and buyer. You wanna know why Food costs so much? All of the above with a huge side helping of GREED.

Canada has been the preferred access point for criminals and terrorist for the past 4 years. I have a place right on the border and 8 months ago I caught a young East Indian who already had several felony in the states and had been shipped back to India in previous years. How the heck did that man get a student visa to come to Canada. There are 50,000 East Indian Students missing in Canada who simply used the visa to get into Canada and run the border. However we will continue on that course and we will continue to fail. The Cato Institute was initially funded by the Koch brothers a extremely conservative organization that gets together a group of the brightest and the best in trying to determine what is the best solution.the Koch brothers were the group that invented the tea party I would love for anybody who disagrees with this post. I would like anybody who thinks that this is a far-fetched idea ,all I ask is that if you disagree with the finding that it should be legal with age restrictions if you disagree I would like to hear a solution that you have in mind that you think is better than the Cato Institute finding. I am under the impression that you do not have anything that remotely resembles a solution to this terrible problem. Right off the bat, with uality control, you'll stop hundreds of thousands of deaths. All of the issues that are being dealt with are just so screwed up because we've already been through this before. After making a constitutional amendment to ban the manufacturing of alcohol it was reversed and I hope that the country realize that we cannot win this battle with the same mindset. The only reason why fentanyl is such a dangerous intoxicant is because there's no quality control. It should be said the people who didn’t vote for trump are just as pissed off as the rest of the world. Remember that. Fact is in my opinion America hasn’t embodied the views it was founded on in a very long time and is likely a shell of what it used to be. Corporate greed and shareholders is what runs this country and it disgusts me to my core. Like Russia, Canada has key strategic resources and huge oil and gas reserves. The west could not cause the collapse of the Russian economy after it invaded Ukraine because of that key fact. Canada will eventually find other markets for its natural resources. This is a sad fact as integrating our economy with the U.S. has been a great benefit to both countries. You buy our natural resources, we buy your manufactured goods. Too bad, this administration does not see this simply reality. Don't get me wrong, Canada will suffer MORE than the U.S. as our economy is much smaller, but it will survive and once it decouples its economy from that of the U.S., it will be fine. The U.S. on the other hand is breaking treaties with longtime allies and isolating itself on the world stage. It is squandering its place as world leader and world superpower. China is licking its chops.
