The government should fire the immigrants that are working or don't hire them at all, ive had trouble looking in 2019 after I came back from visiting my family from Italy, I couldn't get a job, I just gave up and im on a month to month and my cat is sick too

I like you & your attitude about coming to Canada. I’m subscribing. I feel for the young girl looking for a job. There are tons of jobs on indeed in my city. I apply for both part & full time. I apply for at least 10-20 a day. I’m not getting calls for interviews. I’ve even applied twice to one job because I was not chosen but 2 weeks later the same position was back. I’m fortunate enough to not have to work. I have a husband that makes a very good salary that pays for all of the bills , groceries & vacations. Up until Covid collapsed my 2 franchises & I was sinking more money in than making it I had to sell one for 1/3 of what I paid for it & give the other away. I started a small business at home doing lash extensions. I have my regular clients. But if I want to save my own money it’s not sustainable or steady. I want to work because I enjoy leaving my home not to just go grocery shopping or visit family. That’s even if they are home from work. I like having a purpose. I’m skilled in accounting, cleaning, sales, marketing, customer service you name it. Many might say that I’m very lucky. I am very blessed but it’s also very lonely. Plus I have always worked & had independence. I hate asking my husband to send me money so I can pay my cell, credit card bills. I don’t even go shopping without him for new clothes because I rely on him to pay for those too. Hypothetically we broke up tomorrow I’d be screwed. I worry about if he dies. There’s life insurance but we still have a mortgage to pay & monthly bills. Plus of course I’d make sure his kids got some too. Not to mention I’ve had mental health struggles with social anxiety & agoraphobia years ago. The more I stay home the more I get anxious about going out. Days can get boring & then I find myself napping all afternoon. I need a job. I just want my own money. I don’t want to go to my husband every 3 months & ask him to send me 2000.00 to clear up my overdraft for one business day. I don’t even want to have to use it. Sorry for the rant but I feel that even when filing out applications many times I’m asked if I’m racialized. In other words is my skin brown.

And these immigrants (all of them) must come to Canada after a very rigorous vetting screening process, bring their own money to support themselves during their entire stay in Canada, pay out of their own pocket for their medical expenses. Nothing should be paid by the host country...NOTHING. I don't have any recollection of ever going to a restaurant or hotel/motel and the country that im visiting is covering ALL OF MY LIVING COSTS DURING MY ENTIRE STAY. SO WHY SHOULD CANADA PAY TO HAVE THESE IMMIGRANTS IN THE COUNTRY, TAKING OUR JOBS, YET WE AS TAXPAYERS PAY FOR EVERYTHING FOR THEM. UH-UH, NO WAY, THATS NOT RIGHT. THEY should not have (or require) an interpretor in court, government office, at a traffic stop or anywhere. If the roles were reversed, Canadiens going to their foreign land definitely WOULD NOT RECEIVE ALL OF THE BENEFITS THAT THEY RECEIVE FROM OUR COUNTRY CALLED CANADA. People MUST VOICE THEIR opinions about their own lives and how these immigrants are raping our country for everything it has, and yet true Canadians get to lose more and more of their precious homeland. Ive seen muslim women and their children make some makeshift porter-potty curtained up where the deficate, and urinate in a hole dug into the sand ON THE BEACH and when they're ready to leave, they bury up the hole in the (BEACH SAND) sand, remove their tent and walk off the beach leaving behind them (I guess for Canadians to enjoy their presence on our soil) their little disgusting biohazard ☣️ waste in a public place where everyone walks bear foot, and use their bare hands. Thats simply revolting. JUST IMAGINE THE NEXT DAY, THAT A CANADIAN CHILD DIGS IN THE SAND TO PLAY WITH THRIR TOY CARS ETC. WHAT DISGUSTING MESS TO FIND AT THE BEACG. WHAT SICKNESSES DO THESE MUSLIMS (OBSERVED LEAVING THAT MINI SEPTIC SYSTEM THE PREVIOUS DAY) HAVE, AND WILL GET THE TRUE CANADIANS ILL AS A RESULT OF THEM IMPOSING THEIR FILTHY CULTURE WITH THEM. I wanted to visit Canada 🇨🇦 last month but as soon I know the situation of Indian immigrants I was like ewwwwwww

China & India are grossly overpopulated! Our Pm has visited both countries & made a deal to bring them here. What was the deal & why do taxpayers have to pay for their freedom here. I do not hate them, I just don't trust them & I don't think they listen to Canadians. They are filling their own pockets buying votes from the new immigrants.

The only reason you can use the term Immigrant is because the govt issued visas. But that being said the govt fast tracked the usual immigrant process which takes months to years. So in actuality this is not legitimate immigrants. It's unlawful what the govt has done and therefore these people are immigrants under cover of law. Or color of law. It's defacto. I call them illegal migrants. Most are not doctors or engineers or trades people even. Most are young men from 19 to their 30's. According to Investigative Journalist Joshua Philipp of the Epoch Times, Through visiting Darian gap, he found UN tents helping illegal migrants to get to the US. But they had to pass through cartel territory. They had to pay the cartels a fee or die or be raped or both. Yes it's brutal some things but apparently before Obama left office he signed an international agreement to import people globally from mostly Islamic countries and create open borders. We see Chinese, and many people from different parts of South America and even Africa crossing to the US. A lot of whom end up in Canada. So before they cross into the US they toss their IDs Especially if they are from countries that are flagged by the US as questionable or terrorist possibilities. So this leads to a lot coming to Canada. I'm sure you heard of Roxham Rd crossing? It's officially closed but people still cross into Canada from the US going through there. There's also piles of IDs at that border crossing also. Anyways these open border policies has cut out in depth screening so we really don't know who is in Canada as true asylum seekers or immigrants. To add to this complexity, over 300,000 Canadian travel documents have been stolen from CBSA Canadian Border Services Agency. 280,000 of those were blank Canadian passports. SO we really don't know who's walking on Canadian soil. This was confirmed by Luc Sabourin a former CBSA agent. It’s really disappointing to see some immigrants not making any effort to adapt to this beautiful country, but instead trying to recreate everything exactly as it was back home. I’m an immigrant healthcare professional myself, and I visit many nursing and retirement homes. It feels extremely disrespectful when immigrant workers speak only in their own languages even when others around them don’t understand. Just a few days ago, I was in a park and witnessed someone spitting red tobacco all over a tree trunk. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in Canada. We came here for better opportunities and a better life, so it should be our responsibility to respect the culture and the public spaces here. I genuinely believe the government needs to be stricter about who they allow in. Canada doesn’t need people who refuse to integrate or who create a nuisance in public. Diversity is about sharing and respecting each other, not about ignoring Canadian values or lowering public standards. If someone is not willing to respect this country and its culture, then maybe Canada is not the place for them.

As an immigrant I highly agree…IF YOU CAME TO ANOTHER COUNTRY FOR A BETTER AND PEACEFUL LIFE YOU SHOULD EMIGRATE, RESPECT AND BECOME PART OF THAT COUNTRYS’ CULTURE AND NOT TRY TO DESTROY IT. Cause I’m sure that tourist who visit certain countries are expected to do the same . For example if I wanted to travel to a Middle Eastern Country I would have to wear a Burka or another form of head covering even though that’s not what I’m use to. You can also see the trend among Punjabis—many aspire to drive trucks and cars in Canada. In India, people often see Punjabis as if their only purpose in life is to go to Canada. I love Punjabi people, but I don’t like this mindset. 5. So, the people you see doing disgusting things are most likely illegal immigrants. Why? Because genuine people go there to educate themselves and contribute something meaningful to the culture—not to behave like those individuals. 6. I really hope Canada can recover from this. I have a friend who went there in 2015, and he once told me to visit the country. Canadians are truly amazing, and the natural beauty (except the winter!) is so nice. Please, Canadian government, take some steps for the well-being of your people.❤

I am sorry you guys are going through this. If i was Canadian going through all this, I would be upset. Canadian government should make decisions that best benefits it's people. Trudeau and Jagmeet had a deal. What wad it? Since then this has become a huge problem. Don't expect the feds to fix this overnight. Stop immigration for 5-10yrs and hire a dept to verify ALL student visa, biometrics, overstays, etc. Start a dept to do surprise visits to all work establishments for documentation of all employees. Stop giving money away to refugees unless 100% verified to be actual refugee. Don't bring your culture to another country if you left your country. When you leave you adapt to the countries way of life. Canada is not for you of you cannot respect Canadians way of life.. We don't want your cultures, we already have our own Canadian way of life.

As an immigrant, don't turn Canada to India or any other third world country. I won't visit India even for tourism, the same for the majority of the african countries. Anyone who wants to live as he was in his original country, go back. Thanks.

As an emmigrant who came to this country 15 years ago, I am astonished by the lack of knowledge this country has. This reason stands in empty education ( in an irony of life, the canadians call it one of the best on the word), and the belief Canada is a democracy. My husband and I were both immigrants to Canada, he from S. Africa, I from the UK. I never experienced any discrimination. My busband was diagnosed with late stage bone cancer at 31 years old. The medical care was so good that he lived another 6 mostly happy years. We were supported by the Ontario Health Care system with visiting nurses, even housekeepers and received every help we could possibly need, at no cost to us. I will always be grateful for the love and support we received from Canadian friends, employers and the medical professionals. What a country! I am in Europe now but feel strongly that Canada, the EU, Britain, the wonderful Ukrainians (I know quite a few refugees) and other countries of good will should work together for a better world. We are a family and families support each other in difficult times. Americans welcome when they are ready.

I will miss my Prime Minister Trudeau. He speaks for me, and I know, many others . . . .we aren't interested in buying American goods. We aren't interested in visiting the states. We are focused, at this point, on our own economy. In the last month I have discovered a few gems, produced by local businesses within 100 miles of where I live. Healthier for my family, healthier for my economy. More expensive, yah, a little. But in the long run, it will make us a stronger economy, a stronger nation.

I'm Canadian and have never seen our society so united. Donald is picking a BS fight. I have heard from dozens of people in my life alone say they will not buy American or visit the US for the next 4 years. It will hit US business hard to lose a consumer base with the population the size of California. Not to mention I'm sure Mexicans will do the same.
