This is embarassing for India. The Indians hate their own country.

Canada specially British Columbia is full of people from India and China. There are many economical sectors where everybody working is from India like private transport, taxis, 7 eleven, supermarkets and big retail stores. In the last 10 years the province became an Indian colony. Is this bad? Not sure because the economy is still dominated by big monopolies who have privileges from the Canadian government. Foreign Professionals still find restrictions to work or their diplomas never will be recognized. They are competing for low salaries and low income jobs that never will fill their expenses. It’s more like an international slave trade version 3.5

Instead of important a bajillion of Indians into Canada, why don't Canada just annex India instead?\nNo need for Indians to fly to North America to become Canadians when they can become Canadians in Canada-annexed India.

I am an Indian, but I don’t agree with these protests. You are a student. Get your education and then make your career. You can’t expect a foreign country to be obliged to give you a job as well. There are a lot of opportunities in India. So, why not come back and work in India? If you are good, an Indian MNC will send you Canada or any other foreign country at its own expense. The education loans are for education. I appreciate that there will be implicit expectation that getting a job in Canada will help pay that loan back quicker, but as a student you can’t demand that. You got to respect the law of the country.

Why indians are desperate to leave indian citizenship and migrate to another country although there is no war no persecution but still they want to leave India its a very serious matter and india must think about it. It's spoiling the name of india

Best decision..Toronto now is Mumbai!crowded streets,malls,trasportation,lack of rentals,during fireworks in Toronto downtown was lot of car noise driven by Indian,4am loud noise with no respect! Streets were dirty as bins were so full that all flooding on sidewalks and subways were so full ,could not even stand proper.people leave their countries to find better life here,however if they its going to be similar to India life style where its crowded,lack of jobs ,then Professionals may think to leave or not come at all here!\nI think everyone should be welcomed but with limits!

It pisses me off that people are coming to Canada and have no respect at all for the place, the rules, the people, etc. you are not a fit. Why indians love to migrates western countries . india after its indpendence 75 years still backwards due to corrupt politicians big business families monopoly. They are having lavish life reason is current generation of india is cowards they don't ask anything about their rights. How long and how many migrants they will take one day it has to happened. The indigenous citizens are angry coz indians are taking their jobs and enjoying the benefits of their government which indian government don't give even after higher taxing.

Someone told me that East Indian trucking companies in Ontario contract out to India most of their bookkeeping and admin to India with just a skeleton crew here. So you have a fleet of 100 plus trucks driving through North America every day, a lot of the cash/profits goes out of the country, lower WSIB costs that reputable CDN firms have to shore up, etc, etc. Just one example of how ill thought out government policies hurt honest Canadian businesses because they don't enforce regulations unless there are many, repeated complaints. Just like the foreign student, temporary worker program, these problems won't come up years later, but are happening now. Government oversight has to be better and more timely.

Why do I have to compete for jobs and working hours with citizens of India? I have a friend who works at walmart, she is Canadian and they only give her part time hours, the manager is Indian and gives priority of working hours to some one who has a work permit and has been in the country for less than 5 months. They are not a citizen or PR, we dont owe them any thing, they are no longer needed and should be sent back, and if they protest should be deported, protesting is a citizens right.

India itself is filthy and polluted. Most India will plan not to go back after their graduations. Dad reality is most Indians are not welcome anywhere in the world due to cheap arrogance and filthy upkeep.

The funny thing is trudeau caused this issue and it's only years later he realizes he has to reverse it. Everyone that has immigrated in the past 5 years should be deported. We do not need 3 million immigrants in the span of 5 years. Denmark has done the the right thing ,they educate immigrants about their culture ,values and living ,so that they don't create mess there , the problem is with regard to left leaning politics which is very liberal in terms of immigration and due to their faults everyone is suffering and strict rule needs to be created that if any stupid indian causes crime ,he/she needs to be deported back to INDIA . The people coming from India in the last 4-5 years does not behave like indians. They are very different. To say it politely. No sense of courtesy. No sense of customer service. And constantly talking loudly among themselves in hindi or other indian languages. Canada's language is English and French. Its uncomfortable going for a Timmy run nowadays. Also you cannot enjoy a quiet cup of coffee if there are few Indian customers in the coffee shop. Please let others enjoy their coffee in peace. We do not need to hear your loud voices everywhere.

The worst of the worse from India flooding in Canada bringing in their third world backwards culture and giving a bad name to all Indian diaspora in Canada. The very reason you move away from your miserable place in India are those kind of folks and the culture, yet they flood in and bringing the same culture. Deportation is not enough government should Crack down on business owners who are taking advantage of the system . I know east indian restaurant owner brought two temporary workers from India after receiving 40,000 dollars from each person.

I went to visit Niagara Falls last weekend after 6 years, I swear I thought I was in India. All I saw were indians, all I heard was their language, loud indian music blasting in cars, on the streets, everywhere. Me and my boyfriend were playing a game to spot other people than indians, because it was that bad. Dont get me wrong, I love multiculturalism but this is not proportional and it’s not right.

Yes Indians are responsible, India is a very dirty country and immigrants are bringing that to Canada. Recently a beautiful RV park was bought by Indian immigrants and what used to be beautiful is now a ghetto thanks to the new owners. Pooping on our beaches, pooping on people's lawns, this is not Canadian. If you want to be Canadian then clean up your act, leave your culture behind and take on Canadian values and traditions and if you do not like that then just stay out of my country, we do not need the mess India is in here in Canada.

Those from India are like any other immigrants. They're trying to find their way in a new society with different customs and rules. My parents came here in the 50’s from Italy and were discriminated against in the same ways. As first-generation Canadians, my brother and I were discriminated against because of our heritage in school and then in our chosen careers.\n\nIn general, Indians are hard-working, well-educated, English-speaking and entrepreneurial. In general Indians benefit Canadian society.\n\nI became friends and eventually best friends with my neighbour from Punjab. He came here with nothing and became an educator for children with special needs. He had two master's degrees. One from McGill University and one from Cambridge. He was involved in our community at many levels. We spent most evenings discussing life, and society issues and even worked together on a campaign of one of our local councillors and won. He had a positive impact on all who knew him. Unfortunately, he passed in 2012. RIP Rupinder Jeji. You are dearly missed.

Thanks so much for this video! I admire the hard working and awesome culture of most people I have met who have come to Canada from India! We definitely needed help in filling in the deficit of employees that are needed in Canada! It is a shame that ALL political parties did not solve the housing issue which we knew was going to be a problem, many decades ago, even well before the Harper government! This is not rocket surgery! LOL\nIn Northern Ontario we have a LOT of Indian immigrants. All the ones I have met are very well educated even though they are working in the service industries! I know several Indian Canadians who are Doctors, Teachers and Engineers! Almost all of my experiences have been positive! Of course it is human nature to always highlight issues, for example: I caught one group of people throwing garbage in a parking lot, and immediately notified them that they had dropped something, and even followed them with the garbage. One of the group stated, it was just trash. I told him there was a garbage can right over there, and I just KNEW that they did not want to throw it just lose on the ground, and wanted to help keep our town clean. They said sorry and politely picked it up and placed it in the garbage can. Hopefully lesson learned! I politely and respectfully spoke out, to a good resolution.\nMy parents were immigrants from war-torn Germany. I know ALL about prejudice for new immigrants. Our parents being German-Canadian at a time right after WW2, where MOST Canadians had an Uncle, a Father, a Grandfather or someone they knew who had fought and some died because of Germans! Although I am not a person of colour, so I personally do not know that side of prejudice. We all need to treat each person as an individual and try not to paint all peoples with one brush!
