My perspective is a bit different…I grew up in Canada, I lived 4 years in Toronto, 1.5 years in Waterloo, 14 years in Ottawa and 3.5 years in Calgary…overall, just little over 23 years in Canada. I graduated from University of Waterloo and Masters from University of Ottawa. I have a strong educational foundation from Canada, which I am very proud of. I moved to Houston, TX in 2016 and my last 8 years of living in US has nothing but AMAZING!!! While living in Canada, i was never able to save any money. In my last 8 years of working and living in US, I am 90% done paying off my mortgage on a very nice 5800sq feet house in Sugarland, TX. I owe very nice 2024 Lexus and 2023 Mercedes SUV that I can only dream of in Canada…so Canada is good in so many thing (I do have a soft corner for Canada in my heart as I grew up there) but when it comes to opportunities and life style to its full potential…USA is way ahead of the game.

Trudeau is the reason why no one wants to come to Canada and others want to leave. I’ve never voted liberal and Trudeau is the reason why I never will. I’m waiting on the rest of Canada to wake up and realize the damage Trudeau has done to our country and stop voting on someone based on looks. I’m a fifth generation Canadian and I’m checking out opportunities to leave Canada. Inflation, immigration, crime, and the worst government in my Lifetime. Especially people from India, they are everywhere. The thing is, Indians also brought unfair practice to Canada. When a local store got taken over by Indians, they tend to only hire fellow Indians and leave nothing for Canadians. If an Indian got promoted into HR in a company, that person will most likely to hire Indians only. There are so many unfortunate examples around us. We need to do something!
