I agree with most of the information in this video. I lived in Canada from 2015-2021. When i used to attend college, parking lot always smelled like weed. People were always lined up at the “recreation drugstore” even in excruciating cold. Also, the job market is bad, most of the employers are racist. Permanent residency is very hard to get. Free health care is actually not free. It is deducted from your every single pay checks. If you had any emergencies, be ready to wait for more than 10+ hours; sometimes more than that. I remember when back in 2015, prime minister justin, got more than 5 thousand Syrian refugees, and people were complaining that they are currently facing job shortages, housing issues and many other things but their needs were completely ignored. I recently visited Canada, and it’s getting worse now, lots of traffic, crime and homeless people. I would still recommend if you want to go and get educated because the education system is good. But if your goal is only for settlement then i would suggest to apply for permanent residence first.

I can't even get an BEDROOM for less that $1500 in Canada and I must share with someone else.\n\nI have to be either Muslim, Punjabi or Punjabi Female or Boy to get a place.\n\nThey own everything, we can't get jobs, we can't get apartments, they take all the food from food banks and never donate. They use all our resources and disregard health laws. They leave trash everywhere and don't shower. They don't follow traffic laws or any laws. They constantly touch our women in appropriately and the top 50 people on the Canadas most wanted list are all immigrants!\n\nThen they complain when they are homeless and try to sue our government, they try to change laws to Sharia, they sing our anthem in Punjabi.\n\nThey need to go, if push come to shove. We won't lose. 1 of us is 5 of them.

Rubbish video and info i earn 50k a year and got approved loan of 4 lakh . You can buy a condo in 3 to 4 lakh , and treatment waiting list according to priority if its really urgent the no needs to wait . I have been in Canada since 2015, I always felt it was best place to be in. I got my citizenship in 2021. Things went downhill so fast, now I’m thinking to move back to India. Taxes are insane, cost of living has gone up so much you can barely afford a decent meal. Bigger cities is filled with uneducated morons from all over world, drug problems, healthcare is a joke - they planned for a million immigrants without thinking it will burden existing healthcare with no doctors and enough nurses. Neurologist appointment is 3 years waiting time - it’s not the same Canada it was 10 years ago.

The cost of rent in LA should be compared to the cost of rent in Vancouver and Toronto. It's about the same.... Regardless of if you make 80k in USD or CAD, it's around 2600 a month in both countries so it will affect your wallet about the same on both sides. And in the US, you might even be able to make more money than in Canada in STEM fields, so the you might even end up with more in the US at the end. But it's heavily dependent on someone's situation. \n\nIt is however true that the US isn't as safe as Canada is.

The more I watch this video I feel how ridiculously wrong this video is!! Housing is not that unaffordable in Canada. That is not ground reality again. This video is not at all well-researched. I see such propaganda against Canada in this video! I have seen multitude amount of Indians coming in the past 5years and living a very good life. They touch education and talk about the high quality education but do not expand - education is really top notch here. And intense drug problem is in India too! I do agree Canada is not perfect anymore but it is not unliveable!! Also only 10% of population able to take mortgage is very very wrong and false information. Indians and non-Indians have been moving in droves from USA as they cannot afford houses in US but can easily in Canada. The only thing I will agree with in this video is increase in drug problem but it is not horrible or as intense as shown in the clips of this video.\nSo many points to counter but if they did not do a thorough research before making the video - then there is no scope of discussion.

Most of the people commenting on Canada can't even imagine the quality of life. Even if you're Ambani, you'll still have to deal with pollution and dirt all over the place. Due to the influx of immigrants and recently poor governance of the country, it has slumped. Drugs and homelessness has increased but I've been settled here since the past two years and have had a considerable amount of work life balance and financial stability compared to back home. I did work for close to a decade in India yet could not accomplish what I did in 2 years here. Every country has it's pro's and cons and when it comes to healthcare yes it is sad but will be improved over time. If India was so great why are we taxed beyond question and not allowed to enjoy proper infrastructure and employment opportunities. Canadians are tired of our protests and whining for PR. People with no skills back home, can't land a job anywhere else. Period.

It's been 6+ years in canada , canada is no longer an immigrant country, has high food prices , has no jobs for freshers, has very high rental , has high car insurance, failed the medical system. Canada is the most beautiful country in the world that’s its usp , again we Indians can learn something from Canada is the way they preserved their nature that is remarkable that gives them good oxygen rich air , water and hygiene that Indian people are far away or never witnessed in their life. We don’t have any greenery in our country we really need to work on improving that but neither the people nor the government is interested in making good changes or even have such idea in head ! Along with that Canada has strong tax system you really get tax return as well as strong labour protection act that guards its resident from exploitation and employees can sue the employer if exploitation is provable on table with facts. India doesn’t have any strong labour protection body this results even in corporate jobs you have to work more than 8 hours and no OT , plus Canada has EI (employment insurance) so that means is , if you loose your job for any reason you will get government assistance to help to pay your bills till you find your next job. Plus disability benefits , food banks , freedom to live your life the way you want, you can eat what you want, religion based stupidity doesn’t exist in that country. So yes it’s true I don’t like the Canadian PM either but overall Canada is really good country and we Indians can learn atleast some good things they carry and adapt to our country and make India bit better place to live. The moment some says truth we Indians start bashing and may say go to Canada but we don’t realize our own problems and don’t wanna work.

The blunt truth is that the majority of ostensible international students from India coming into Canada happen to be from the state of Punjab and are Sikhs. The state of Punjab is the educational dregs of India as it is mostly agricultural. What is happening is this influx of so-called students from Punjab are in fact hooligans and come to Canada in the guise of being students. But are in fact here to become permanent residents by hook or by crook. This phenomena is a recent development since 2020-21. Prior to that the students who came to Canada from India were genuine students that is why Canada did not see the problems from so-called international students from India prior to 2020-21. Canada really needs to screen carefully for both academic credentials as well as English language facility. These so-called international students cannot speak basic English. How in the world are they going to actually fare in Canadian post-secondary education let alone at University level. Canada is now facing an influx of these hooligans and they ALL need to be deported back to India.

Get the immigration issue under control. Only bring in the amount that Canada can sustain, and start seriously demanding that they have (or are willing to obtain) skills Canada can benefit from. In addition, immigrants don't get their education paid for with Canadian tax dollars either!

I prefer when the boundaries between groups to associate and co-operate are as open and mutually beneficial as possible. My family came here and now we are entirely embedded into Canadian culture and fully identify with the Canadian values.
