We fixed this in europe physical force, bob wire the military one which is hell even for military to pass and tear gas, water hoses, and most important arrest for years if pass illegal and return to either country of origins or simply return from where they come to border of country they enter, also border must be protected by military with full automatic guns, deadly force is last resort.
