Remember those Indian scammers scamming senior citizens? They are now in Canada and scamming Canadian society.

Shame that citizens of a 4th largest economy are entering illegally to the US. Shame on our current boastful government which cannot provide employment to its citizens. This is what happens when thegovernment itself is favouring certain monopolies in business. Shame to those who bring such a unsympathetic party(government) to power. \n\nThey should be all deported back to their country of origin...

Also people who are blaming the Indian government - Government cannot regulate what people do in foreign land. You think Indian government can stop someone who is loitering in foreign land, committing crimes, catcalling foreign women, overstaying their visa in foreign land, throwing gutka, cigarettes on the road? People in India are mannerless uncivilized hooligans. Indians are to blame. We need to take accountability for our own actions instead of blaming government for everything. Sure, blame the government where it actually is their fault, but when it comes to PASSPORT INDEX, all the parameters are in control of the citizens only who go abroad and ruin the name of India. Take accountability where it matters.

And that's why India's passport ranking is so low. People blame the government for everything when the citizens themselves commit illegal activities abroad, which results in the bad image for the entire India.

People from India have different values and we aren't racist we just want our country to take care of Canadians first. Citizens don't want you here?

Students are supposed to finish their study and go back to their perspective countries. They are not citizens of Canada . Even PR should think about going back..

Migration shows how poorly the governments of such country of migrants in the economic needs of its citizens which is an insult to government officers not being able to answeer the needs of its citizens , illigal migration indanger peace and economic stability of a host nation .

Elites have always used demographics to retain power. Sometimes it's moving an ethnic group into an area to dilute the indigenous population. Other times it's outright genocide. Add, socialistic policies that cannot be funded so artificially increase the population of younger people. To heck will the impact on the rank n file citizen; or the immigrant for that matter. The elites just ride above the fray.

It's great that immigrant dreams are coming true, but what about my (and other citizen dreams)? I can't own a home, have my dream job (because they are all being taken by low-wage workers or outsourced) and potentially not even be able to afford children, let alone a vehicle.

Reduce International students intake and increase taxes to subsidies Universities, colleges and unemployment benefits for citizens.

When you flood a country with low wage workers this suppresses wages for ALL CITIZENS who aren't rich in the country while at the same time driving up housing costs which are already in short supply. Politicians and their rich friends don't care at all though because they get more votes and their rich buddies get cheap labor.

Indians love the EU too, I see them in Spain owning the businesses. They are highly motivated to get out of their own country. It’s time that India gets its own house in order by raising their standard of living and offering good government benefits like pensions for their citizens.

I understand the sentiment people seem to share that international students and other temp workers are taking jobs away from citizens and permanent residents. However, teenagers here are so self entitled now and are unwilling to do the jobs at McDonalds and Tim's. The laziness and lack of competitiveness is killing this economy.

Huge tax burden, require 1/3 of canadas housing, in some of the us states the illegal immigrants get house loans without down payments as required of the legal tax paying citizens

Poland and Hungary are the only ones who seem to be on the right path, 1/3 of their housing is not taken up by foreigners, illegal mass invasion is not tolerated, only the normal legal way. See you are a respectful and good citizen who we would have no problem welcoming to Canada. It's the others who are ignorant and who do not respect our countries culture. If you plan to immigrate you must respect our culture and act as nice or nicer than the reputation us Canadians have. The reason we are upset with some Indians is they have no respect. Some of them throw their garbage everywhere on the streets on the beaches on our walkways. I get in India the culture there may allow you to throw garbage in the streets and lakes and rivers. We do not do that here. Either way something has to change the government needs to fix this problem they created. Also why did they allow so many Indians what about Immigrants from other countries? It seems like all they did was mass import people from India. They can hardly even speak English. No disrespect I am just saying from someone who was born in Canada and whose parents grandparents and great grandparents and beyond were all born in Canada how we feel the way our country is being disrespected. It does not make us happy. But let me stress that I know there are kind respectable people from India who come here and are helping Canada. It's the ones who are disrespectful and are not respecting OUR culture.

I'm all for people from abroad, coming to our education system, because we have the one of best in the world, get an education, establish yourself here and you can make a great life out of it and you'd be accepted. Learn our polite and law-abiding culture, and you would be accepted. If you come over here with the expectation of becoming citizens, because our government markets it like that. The amount of times that I met Indians that don't care, are rude, entitled don't deserve to be here. On top of that, they bring in their third-world culture and thinks it's ok to behave like that. Yes, bring your culture. Bring your massive weddings, food, art and traditions. That's what makes canada such a great nation. But leave all the other things that you're trying to escape in India or avoid in India. That's why there is so much hate towards them.

I think that it's not hating Indians, it's more about the there are WAY too many immigrants coming into Canada that require our social services and therefore our tax money. There are many unemployed immigrants, Indian or not, now, along with regular unemployed citizens. Also, family members coming over on tourist visas and working under the table, yet adding more to the unemployment issues. It is NOT about racism as much as the shear number of immigrants coming into Canada causing the housing shortage and higher prices as a result of it.

Canada should ban temporary foreign workers and international students. Those jobs should be for Canadian citizens!

A strained housing system, a strained health care system, and unprecedented govt spending.. record numbers using food banks.. \n\nThe 1.5mil immigrants, should have never even been brought here.. \n\nWhen Canadians are treated like 2nd class citizens. I worked in a retail store with where Indians shopped regularly. They were the very rude to the sales helps. They talked down to us and they were the worst thieves the store has ever seen. Our regular customers started going else ware because of this problem. I'm afraid Canada is no longer a great, desirable country because we have aloud it to be taken over by the east indians. It is the governments fault but is is also the fault of the indians because they have not adapted to the Canadian way of life. They want us to adapt to their way of life. Please close the doors to any further indian immigrants or students . Go back to India if you don't like what Canada wont do for you.. I love my second gen immigrants Indians and they're parents the immigrated properly, not coming in as students and demand PR and don't want to leave. No houses. No jobs. These students smash cars, have 0 manners, throw garbage on streets, 20 in homes, increased crimes and total disrespect to citizens that have lived here for generations. It appears that the huge increase of immigrants to Canada came at the expense of poor screening process by Immigration Canada. It is true that you can't demand higher education for people you expect to perform menial jobs, but no one wants these jobs especially in a country with such high living costs, and such poor outlook of social advancement. Every society on earth have a lower social segment of uneducated and poor individuals. Unfortunately a portion of these lower class Indians landed in Canada, and aren't contributing to their new country, or to India itself. As usual, they generally are single young males; a similar situation can be appreciated in Europe with Muslim and African individuals. I can't say how many times I've received calls or e-mails from scammers from India, Pakistan, Russia, Nigeria, and China. We, in the West as common citizens, are the targets of criminals around the world trying to exploit us. If landed immigrants aren't of any positive influence to Canada, they should be denied citizenship and expelled from the country.

The general absence of discipline and honesty in Indian culture is a major issue. This is true for most Indians. Even legal and naturalized Canadian citizens of Indian origin are tired of this with the exception of those who feel the need to help or exploit their kinsmen. The other issue is the bad immigration policies, vote bank politics and greedy colleges which allow all this to happen.

I think solution is very easy.\nDon't accept the immigrant to the big cities but rural area or where the labor and population are really in need.\nJust like in the US, it's highly likely to be done for the election and pro-immigration party because they become a citizen then they will support the party.

Hi Igor, this is my first time on your channel, and I respectfully disagree with your views. The Canadian government creates rules and policies for the benefit of its citizens and residents. It's not the government's fault if there's animosity towards some Indians, as some seem too entitled—criticizing the government despite being just students or immigrants. What evidence do they have for claiming that Indian students are protesting because schools failed them? The issue of Indians defecating on the beach is true, and there was never a promise of permanent residency for Indian students studying in Canada.

USA citizen here who always enjoyed Canada and the USA. I pray both Canada and the USA can address their issues because I believe both countries are amazing, even with their issues. I am happy we are neighbors. It is sad to think of anyone making, or have to make the choice, of moving to another country.

It's not an anti-india policy. It's a policy that is protecting Canadian citizens due to the fact that there is a housing shortage if we cannot house the people that are born here. How the hell can we house people that are coming here learn?. Indian students are being selfish. Canada had an open door policy open arm because we could do it at the time. Can't do it now. They should stop giving citizenship for expats .. student visa work permit and PR is okay... Let the locals french guys remain there as citizens ....the Russian royals who migrated there years ago and other french ppl should be citizen.
