The government needs to find ways to make raising a family AFFORDABLE for CANADIAN CITIZENS. Our BIRTHRATE is not high enough and we need to return to FAMILY VALUES and have more Canadian born children, regardless of race. The less babies we have, the more immigrants we need from other countries.

No matter what , Canada needs to increase population to keep developing. Thinly populated countries don’t develop at all. I think what Canada needs to adopt it’s a quota on the number of immigrants coming in from each country. Open it to everyone based on the same point system we have now, and once’s those openings are full for India, Italy, Thailand etc… that’s it you’d have to wait till next year that the quota opens again. This will allow a more diverse immigration and minimize the xenophobia that come with having huge numbers coming in from only one region

Half of the colleges need to be shuttered. Also, fast food. We need strict international student quotas. We need other souces of immigration, not just low skilled people from India.

I am not indian but if you don'twant immigration then you should have work force.you call them because you don't have enough people to work for your country.they come to your country pay fees ,do all your odds jobs pay taxes ,which you pay to your junkies, build roads your infrastructure Etc and they don't get any benefit of the tax they pay as they are not permanent resident,even they have to get private health insurance for any medical treatment.Remember covid days no immigration, Australia, Canada uk Etc all were crying for works.You need to thankful to them as they are contributing in your countries in many ways.

It's easy to blame immigration for all of Canadas problems. Sure there are a lot of Indian immigrants, however, they go to work, not bleed the system dry. Canada is a huge country, there should not be a housing crisis. However, some want to raise the prices of real estate through gentrification, stopping new housing projects. Essentially, they are finding ways to exploit their entry into the country, unlike my parents who had to wait patiently for years to come to Canada. I belong to an ethnic group. In the 1960s, when my parents immigrated to Canada, only a limited number of people from our ethnic group were allowed in. My parents were compelled to assimilate into Canadian culture to make friends. I had hoped to marry someone from my own ethnic group, but there were few eligible women. Therefore, both my brothers and I married Anglo-Saxon women. While I take pride in my parents' background, I do not live in a segregated community of my own kind. Instead, I reside in a mixed area and have no intention of bringing over 100,000 people from my village back home to Canada. Canada needs to restrict immigration until we get a handle on our housing and social services levels. Also, not all new immigrants should be allowed to move to Toronto or Vancouver. That means in 20 years, majority of the population would be close to retirement, which also means that if a younger population is not 'brought in' it would be disastrous for the economy.
