Dated a chick in Toronto who was from Romania. She didn’t even get her Canadian citizenship yet. Only having the residency of Canada. I tried to get her to come to America so many times and try to show her that things aren’t as bad as what you’ve probably heard in Romania/ Canada. I even was willing to move over her parents. The father is an hardworking immigrant and her mother doesn’t work. I told her the economics and she just didn’t get it. I shared her my vision, getting married etc she just didn’t get it. Smh, I truly hope Canada figures their shit out for the sake of people like them.

Do u really think Canadian Universities and colleges are that popular for study. Every student spend 50 k $ to get this 0 value study here .... Why dont you first make video on university fees. Because your population needs free money and pentions.... 22.3 billion every year Scam going on with international students every yr. Why they spend heavy money on fees . Reality is that white people don't make kids anymore and if it wasn't for immigration the sociale system would collapse. Why you are spreading hate for students. When you should criticize the Canadian government and colleges. Why the government accepted so many visas at first place. Without student visa Indian students cannot come to Canada. But the government only cared about the money. They took the taxes and fees from students and now all hate is going towards students. I admit that the students must follow the rules and regulations. But the government should be accountable for the over immigration.

Are they coming here on work permits or family based immigration? I was in the US last week and everyone in a 7-11 or local convienience store was of Indian or Nepali decent.

Canadian authorities offer nothing but lies and misinformation when it comes to relocating to Canada, they offer all kinds of wonderous programs and relocation assistance to leave you high and dry with nothing - Canada is becoming an economic wasteland which offers no prospects and no future. Housing and rental markets are a joke. Health care system is a joke...... I spent 7 years waiting to sign on with a family GP. The employment markets is a total joke with wages being stagnant for around 10 years. As an immigrant your home country qualifications won't be recognized by Canadian employers and used as another excuse to offer you a pathetically low wage. Then there's the never ending bureaucracy if you want to relocate or establish a new business...... the only thing that seems to thrive in Canada is political corruption..

Very kidding same reason still used by Canadian employers for job seekers without local working experience today when moving to Canada more than 20 years ago. Think twice if you want to move to Canada for better life without job. This is not a country for many professionals. They will use same excuses used back to 20 years ago to reject you: no local work experience, no Canadian degree, etc. The truth is no opportunity. They just want you come to spend money for paying higher rent, living expenses to make economy grow. Their middle class population is dying everyday. I moved to Canada since 2007. Overall, I am happy with Canada. I think a lot of new immigrants has unrealistic expectations of coming to Canada. I started renting a room in a house sharing the bathroom and kitchen with other tenants. But look at the new immigrants today, they all start living in nice condos. Condo rental price back in 2008 is also expensive compared with the income level back then. Sure, today’s market is more expensive, but what is not? But looking at the stock market, you don’t expect to buy Amazon stock at 2008 price level, are you? If Toronto is too expensive, then move to more affordable locations, eg. PEI.

The government has welcomed in 1.2 million people from January 2023-2024. We cannot sustain those numbers, and even more disturbing, our new immigrants are from Asia and East Asia, and Africa, not from other countries off the world. We don’t need people like you encouraging more immigrants to come here, when we can’t afford the average 600,000 new immigrants per year that has been forced on us since 2015.

Hi True North, I'm from India not in Canada ?. if they were promised to give PGWP after course completion and they received that and now they are asking for further extension then yes send them back. But if the PGWP was not even granted to them in the first place then it's a scam, the Canadian government has to give what was promised. They contributed to your economy in dollars (which is not easy if someone is coming from India) they deserve to earn in dollars as well. Also, some students took loans as well . However, I understand Canadian citizens' frustration too but it was the Canadian government's mistake when they invited immigrants just for the sake of money.

Deport my god what happened to Canada. These people only associate with their own and block us out. Come on really housing has gone un afordable. You can find many family's under one roof. Housing is not reachable for young Canadian family's who want a back yard. Housing that was $15,000 or so is $500,000 up to un reachable a crap tear down I seen was $535,000. And you need to build a new house. That use to be around $60,000 to $120,000. Canadian family's don't have a chance to have normal priced housing any more because of over immigrants. This is too much all at once ...Canada knew it had a shrinking aging population last century..plenty of time to have a gradual tapered immigration. Having too many come in at the same time is just plain dumb when the country was not ready with all social services and housing . Honestly as a life long Canadian if I can find a better place to live I will move there...never thought I would say that.

The thing is, the employers of Canada do not really need immigrants. The government entities however need more taxable warm bodies and more outside financial resources, hence the misadvertisement “we will welcome you with the open arms”. Sorry, my parents immigrated to Canada in the 80s from communist Poland and they never received a penny of assistance from the government or taxpayer. Immigrants are supposed to come with a skill set they can sustain themselves from. The explosion of international students and low-skilled immigrants has damaged the economy and taken away jobs from young Canadians just entering the job market

There is nothing wrong with BALANCED immigration from MANY countries. The situation here is that these students come only from ONE country and the number keeps growing exponentially. We need an cap on immigration from India.

I came legally why can't they? This makes them criminals. We should close immigration, or tell them if you have come in to study and it is false you have to go to jail for a year and have a criminal record

Someone above asked why so much Indians. you see indian student's out there - yes they had to pay 20K-40000CAD FEES to colleges + now a days 20,600 CAD GIC to Banks in Canada. \nEach in total spends 40-80k cad. \n\nAnd every day from the tim cup , pizza/ burger to food delivery you see indian. Student/ work permit holders/ pr they work up to built our canada. \nTalk about health care ( Doctors,nurses,psw,dentist) Transportation, \nhard- cheap labour,\n IT projects, Constructions, mechanics....name it you have INDIAN playing a major role. \n\nHow did canada expanded and devolped so well ? It makes me crazy to hear Justin repeating everything Pierre has been saying for months. Immigration is causing issues with so many International students coming to Canada which is more than Canada can absorb. Justin hasn't thought of any ideas and uses what Pierre has been saying for months now. If you can work out the immigration numbers coming into Canada and the possibility of building homes and how fast. They said Canada would have to build a home every minute to build homes to fix the number of people in Canada now through immigration.

Who said they don't want to go home? Canada invites international students with a promise to give them PR if they can finish school and qualify using one of the programs. I know because that's how I came to Canada. Unlike the US where it's hard to stay and you need a marriage, in Canada you can use a qualifying job. Usually people sponsored by family to get PR, as well as refugees, are put ahead of international students as well as those on work permits. \n\nIn the meantime, International students over-pay into post secondary, as well as working off campus and paying taxes, but are always last in line when it comes to being granted PR. The rules change so much so fast, it's easy to find yourself out of time and kicked out of the country. \n\nSo whoever watches this will be happy that International students are getting kicked out, but the problem with too much immigration won't be solved because the country is still taking in so many refugees. Right now it's international students getting the axe and are the scape goats in ths game. \n\nAlso, the reason why Canada takes in more immigrants beyond the obvious, is because they want to eventually do away with property rights. So while people can cheer kicking out international students, it doesn't prevent the inevitable from happening, because the politicians took in too many new people.. \n\nAnyway, good luck to everyone, from either side of this debate, it's bad news all around wharever the final outcome.

Go home.No one ask them to come there to begin with. Immigration is totally twisted. If you are on vacation in Canada and meet a business owner and he likes you and want to hire you full time for what ever job. Immigration will say no to that. Not the right education, not the right age. not the right what ever. The business owner will only be able to hire you for max 3 years. Then you will returned to your own country. Then the business owner can sit there and say. Whaaaat. Why can I not decide for my self. Why do you now want people from modern countries that are better than Canada in many ways ? WHY ?. To want to live in Canada , you really have to love to be there, feel at home no matter if it is better for your finances or not. Now that rents has gone up to a level where only the wealthy can pay., why do they still insist on coming, There is a difference between having a high education and waste in on a coffee job/cleaning job/taxi driver job and so forth.

Canada is a corporation and I guess the more immigrants WE have then the GDP looks better. I am a Canadian and my mother was born here and my grandmother came to Canada in 1907 from the USA when she was 7 years old. I was born in the 1940s and brought up in rural surroundings. Back then We had traditional beliefs and I had farming background. Connection of relatives and helping our neighbours were how We lived. I became a schoolteacher. I saw that in 1954 when I went to school that learning was not natural and it was fear based. Then I completed a dip. of ed psy and then I decided that if I ever wanted to help change the system that I would require at least an m. ed. - leadership. I knew the university I went to would not be able to say no to me when I applied to get into this program. However, I was too much of an negative influence on the younger students and had to finish the last couple of classes at home and which I did. Today, the families have been divided, people do not connect or communicate properly and I have to question what living skills did I learn? Instead, my head was filled with propaganda which sadly, I've had to relearn. I say, stay in your own country and fix it there. Indian has some wonder ancient wisdoms for healing and health. The OWNERS of our nations like the banking families realize that when new immigrates come in that they assimilate more, and the older generations begin to question what THEY were taught and why. I remember when say a barn burned down or one had to be built that neighbours would help build the barn for the farmer. Then we would all celebrate and the women would get together and cook the food and we would have a barn dance. Life was simple then, but connection was authentic and we didnt lose ourselves. We must know ourselves and our history or we are lost and so many people live in chaos and ignorance. Learn to become our Divine selves. Learn to understand that WE are living in a fictional world when We are educated to be who we are not.

They all have fake admissions letters to Canadian academic institutions there are unscrupulous agents in India who are sending these students abroad to Canada using fake documents… this is what is really going own know they don’t want to leave so they are doing this ?. Im Bangladeshi-American, born in America. My parents were immigrants. I dont understand how its anyone's concern what language people speak with family and friends or if someone does not know English. In a free country, you can speak whatever language you want, wear your cultural clothing, and eat your culture's food. why does one need to adapt to the local area? The law doesnt oblige them... Also, these indians came legally no? In a democratic Canada that let them in... people voted for this directly or indirectly. Also, to your point, its the whites that are homeless and on drugs, how are indians to blame for white failure in Brampton? Indians have strong work and study ethic, so you should welcome that. Itll help your nation progress. These people are just racist. They dont want non-whites to become a majority. Thats all it comes down to.

This is just the beginning, once a precedent is set these protests will go all over in Canada. All these students are coming for only one purpose, ie. to get Canadian PR. Once this precedent is set, world over immigration consultants will sell this an easy opportunity to settle in Canada...come as student, Strat working right away, do some protests and bingo, get the PR.

I just watched a bus get dropped off at an immigration visa service place by my kids school. Follow the money and see the problem b who’s making money off of people from conflict countries who would do anything for a change of location. I’ll bet that organization making 10k a head so dam right there’s incentive for them to operate. Upsettingly enough they usually aren’t originally from here and therefore even more capital leaving the country under the guise of “helping” is it safe here , for now, but the only jobs available are minimum wage fast food or entry level positions. So only come to Canada if you’re good with paying more for less and then getting taxed significantly.

International students is another way to bypass our immigration laws as weak as they are and jump to the front of the line ahead of those people who filled out all the forms got all the health tests paid all the fees and wait years to come to Canada legally. They they have the nerve to make demands of the Canadian taxpayers. Send them home.

The word is out come here as an international student then get your Class A license begin working as a truck driver and apply for landed immigrant. I have had more than one close call with transports on the highway and am never surprised when I see who is driving.

Immigration can be good but it has been the ruin of Canada in years. I had to spend 150k more for my home. I can't go see a doctor for 3.5 months with an appointment. Emergency rooms are a disaster and the traffic in downtown is horrific. I don't care about getting my Amazon package half a day sooner, I don't get Tim Hortons often and I'm certainly not ordering food with some random guy coming to my home who demands I give him a five star rating.

They should have been sent back to India as soon as it was discovered that their study papers were bogus! It’s insane that we allow people to stay in Canada who have come here illegally and then we reward them. That is a complete slap in the face to all the immigrants who have gone through the legal system and gained permanent residency status through the immigration process.

I am speaking as an Indian, who lived and worked in Thailand for 2 years, and now will be moving to Europe on a specialist skills visa. Indians as immigrants have been a productive addition to any country worldwide, compared to other nationalities. But the only exception case is in Canada. \n\nThe reality is, in Canada, the majority of immigrants are only from a specific part of India (Punjab), and most of these people are deluded, uneducated and unskilled. You are 100% right, they are not there to upskill or even contribute. I can bet these people have not even lived in big cities in India itself, they come from villages and small towns and have never seen how modern societies or even cities work.\n\nI feel sad for Canadians because most of this is their government's fault. It is the leading example of a failing society, which attracts the most obnoxious group of people from around the world. You cant just blame federal or JT for this issue. Provisional governments are equally responsible as well. They allowed mass international students due to their (provincial) going down economy for various factors. They made false promises to students that students can get PRI in less than a year, otherwise do you think students were willing to go to these cold areas to study without any benefits? You made a promise, now its time to fulfill.\n2. International students funds the college/school by paying fee 3 times more than a Canadian one. There was no check and balance from provincial governments on school/colleges, because they liked the inflow of $$$ within their provinces.\n3. Totally agree with you that fake students should not be getting any merci. But are all the fake students from India, not really. Both the federal and provincial governments were allowing more Indian students because they wanted to have more economic ties with Indian growing economy. \n4. Punjabi (including Sikhs) is one of the best marshal races to serve in army or security agencies. Our Canadian officials never hire personals without a proper security check. \n5. Khalistan's supporters are adapting a peaceful way for their freedom land. As far they are peaceful, we should not have any issue with their struggle. It's not the fault of the student's. They pay a lot to get here and they work in the service jobs that many young Canadians do not want to work in if we even have enough native born Canadians. They are victims of the greed of Post Secondary institutions and the mismanagement of the Trudeau government. Take a look at the open immigration policy for people coming from Iran, Syria and Morocco. Last time I looked Iran was not a friend yet we open the door to these countries. No vetting, no security and no age limit. 70 plus years old coming to Canada on Work Permits. This will affect our healthcare. Indian students paid and worked for their chance to live here. Take a look. Investigate the special programs for different countries in the middle east.
