A Chinese lady launched a registry for bad tenants in Canada. Most of the data is pulled from BC Courts and Ontario LTB. If a landlord files paperwork about a bad tenant at the board, it will appear in the registry. Landlords can use it to vet prospective tenants. Its free. She created it after a bad experience she had on her rental property in Richmond, BC. She works in IT so pulled it together.

We have to acknowledge that not all cultures are equal or should be praised. This forced incompatible integration with the pro-backwards cultures ruins it for everyone, especially legit immigrants who want to integrate and bring positive cultures, skills, and work ethic to Canada.

Happened to us, our tenants were in our home and owe is $35K in rent. Meanwhile had a 100k SUV in their driveway. Canada is a joke?

Why do people say when people are crossing either from Mexico or Canada into America, but in reality is both countries are both in America. America is a continent the United States is a country but America is actually a continent. America has a bunch of countries. With some news reports there is growing number of these migrants who are crossing over the Canada-U.S.A. border, illegally entering the United States.

Canada government should not bring any people for the next 4 years. And if they bring people they should stay other provinces for atheist 5 years not Ontario province specially TORONTO.

My advise to landlords, do not rent to “such” people. Newcomers on work permits or student visas are a better bet because they will pay out of fear of losing their credit or status in Canada

I live in Woodstock Ontario more serial killers here than the rest of the country. lol and it is compact. Most of Canadas population is in sourthen Ontario. Not many people live more then 2 hours away from border.

canada needs more immigrants, but they need to be more diverse. african continent is underrepresented, india and europe are overrepresented. bring in more africans and latinos and middle easterners.

Without a LOT of immigration the truth is that western countries like Canada and most European countries would simply collapse in a few decades for the problem of demographic decrease... My european country of 10 million habitants is being literally 'invaded' by a huge influx of immigrants as we speak and to be honest there is no other way to make the country viable in the long term. I don’t think it is anti immigration in general, it is more anti Indian immigration. Look at Brampton and many other parts of Ontario and BC Almost no diversity in some cities. It doesn’t feel like Canada. Every Tim Hortons, truck drivers, many Indian international students, gas stations. Look at the job fairs, mostly Indians. What happened to diversity.
