When immigration continues at unsustainable levels you have to ask who is benefitting from this. They are in Russia causing racial conflicts in Russia possibly as Ingush and Dagestan peoples. It is very likely these are the folks that are attacking us all for racial hatred. Its clear they don't like Africa. Its clear they don't like Europe. Its clear they don't even like their Middle Eastern and Ashkenazi Jewish cousins. \n \nIt is NOT a coincidence that the regions these folks live in are under wars and massive migration movements today. (Israel, Russia/Ukraine, mass Migration of South America, mass Migration of Northern Africa, French Canadian Separatism). I mapped it. They are in EVERY region with wars and displaced migrants today. \n \nIndian Sikhs look like Dagestans. So they might be impersonating Sikhs now. They are causing havoc in Britain, Canada and Guyana. No mention of ideologies and religious beliefs that are contradictory to the Canadian love of freedom, equal rights and accepting your neighbour as they are. Having baby’s that will contribute to Canada is a long slow process. Immigration is and should be a way to fine tune the amount of people contributing in real time to better stabilize the economy. Some of these slumlords deserve everything they are getting. I am trying to convince my neighbor not to pay their rent as the slumlord evicted a very nice family after they refused to pay a $1500 increase claiming he is selling the house. He never sold but he sure did turn the home into a rooming house with over 20 students. It is a F@king nightmare.

Ordinarily this news channel, like others, would turn off the comments to protect whatever narrative is out there regarding certain protected groups. But this, because of the people involved, they open the comments so that bigots can hurl their abuse at leisure!

Most jurrisdictions in North America treat rent as a civil issue while if one walked into a bank or a store and stole $2000, the full weight of the law would fall on them. A few US states have turned rent theft and squating as a criminal matter, which is what the provinces should do. Both tenants and owners need protections, and quite frankly, tenants need owners to provide them with a place to rent. The tenants act protects tenants from criminal owners, more is required to protect owners from criminal tenants.

Easy answer: we have housing- we dont have AFFORDABLE housing... blaming the housing crisis on migrants instead of taking responsibility for their failures as politicians who have not kept up on infrastructure and then baiting us against each other so we dont blame the actual problem. Banks raise the cost of mortgages, which in turn raises rentals. This is not the fault of ppl who have had no say in our systems as they just got here, they didnt choose when they're approved to come n work n live in Canada.

The strain on the public health care system is outrageous and the tables have turned. Canada is sliding into a third world country. Go to the E R department anywhere in your city and look around and see for yourself. Not many English or French speaking people crowded in the waiting rooms waiting double digit hours to seek medical aid. Very grim situation and that is the reality here folks.

I'll admit I could be more educated on this but also why is running to America the solution. Watch our news. They use this for political gain. Year after year this happens and it's always that they changed a law somewhere. I don't know. I'm not trying to sound ignorant but unless they pretend to turn them a way but actually let everyone in, it just doesn't make sense to me to run through an American boarder. It sucks and obviously this is their better choice when they didn't have a choice maybe but still.
