I feel so sorry for these people but when Biden opened the borders what did we expect. This is democratic voting at its finest.

Why do we give Mexico millions of dollars for their military and policing. Obviously they are not using it for that. Mexico should be renamed to whatever the most powerful cartel is. The whole government is part of the billions made off of drug and human trafficking. The resorts that people all over the world go and enjoy are owned by cartels, and the Mexican government is in on it. That wall sure would be helpful now more than ever. Although I've been against illegal immigration (but NOT legal immigration), we have got to realize that it is the politicians of our day who have caused this problem, not the immigrants. If you were given a promise of a better life than you currently have, with no strings attached, wouldn't you take it? The current politicians RULING Canada (not governing) have allowed this situation to continue only so as to line their political pockets with people willing to thank them by voting for them in the next election. Man , it's about time. Has anyone else noticed that a majority of crimes in Canada over the last couple of years , have been committed by people who have unpronounceable names , and darker complexions. To me , they are obviously immigrants and possibly ones who walked into Canada unvetted and disappeared who knows where. We only need skilled immigrants who enter Canada the proper way. Canada has been run into the ground by government after government for 40 or 50 years now. Every level of government in Canada serves itself at the expense of the people paying taxes. All government employees have unshakeable job security, unbelievable benefits and pensions, and a total lack of accountability of any kind. Debt has been run up over this period continuously at every government level. In spite of the huge taxes, government continues to borrow ever more money to serve itself.\nI wrote a letter to then Prime Minister Brian Mulroney decades ago asking why the government was continuously running deficits and how did he expect to pay for it all? All I got back in response was a bull$hit form letter. Now with the liberals in government you can see the bloat in government and it's spending increasing even more than under the conservatives.\nThe most frustrating thing about Canada and Canadians is that they keep voting in incompetent and spend thrift governments. It seems that in Canada the dream is to get yourself a cozy government job and just turn into a taker rather than a creator. This idea seems to be very strong in new immigrants as well.\nCanada is done. Stick a fork in it and turn it over.

Not to mention, there’s a lot of aliens, that did it the right way, and all of these illegal aliens are taking cuts. Our border is in complete and total shambles. CNN please please please have somebody down at the southern border every day, at different points of entry, and report on that. There is operational control at the border, but it’s by the cartels not the US government. I live in a border state, I have watched this my whole life. I have never seen it like it is right now. The biggest problem Canada has, is the people have intentionally been dumbed down to the point they are easily convinced to vote for a politically correct moron like Justin Trudeau who has never had a single full-time job in his life and who thought it would be great for his first full-time job to be the leader of a G7 country. People voted for him because he was cute, had nice hair and everybody had been sold a bill of goods that his father who was a long-time Prime Minister was wonderful but who actually was a dictator-loving Marxist who started the destruction of Canada. The Trudeaus and Liberal Party were/are supported by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation which is the tax payer funded propaganda arm of the Liberal Party and no one knew it. Canadians are so stupid they'll probably re-elect Justin. Canada's immigration policy thanks to the Trudeaus, is making sure that Canadians founding peoples and cultures will rapidly become a slim minority and be taken over by third-world toilet cultures. I love how people complain about crime in big metropolitan cities in the US, never once consider moving to the many thousands of small towns and rural areas in the US, but will instead move to a country with a much smaller population and then gloat about how crime ridden the US is. It's like, dude, why didn't you try moving to a small town first? Um, could it because you'd be living next to people who don't live and vote like you? Maybe the way you live and vote is how those big metro cities got the way they are.

The CBC is a huge issue in Canada. It’s funded ENTIRELY with tax dollars therefore the government decides what we watch, even if no one wants to watch it at all, and the CBC is 100% in love with the Liberal government and all of their news is blatant propaganda. Why not? The Liberals increased the CBC budget to 1.6 Billion a year of course they want to spin the news to help them especially when you consider the fact that many Conservatives want it defunded completely because they are tired of the spin. \nAnother issue is that some areas of Canada make the decisions for the rest of the country. Ontario and Quebec have large populations therefore when it comes to federal elections they basically always get their way even if everyone in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba disagrees. \nAlso, Quebec gets treated completely differently than the rest of the country. They have special deals when it comes to university tuition and child care, they have their own political party that no one else can vote for, and they force the rest of the country to have French all over the place and on everything which is mostly pointless and very few people in Canada can only speak French and can’t understand the English. The amount of crappy, unwatchable French TV/radio shows we outside Quebec have to pay for with tax dollars is beyond ridiculous.\nI know this comment will get hate especially since I mentioned Quebec which is a touchy subject.

The Federal government needs to investigate this ... I'm also sure that there is some law that is being broken. Next I want people from India to take note that the Liberals/NDP does not care about your struggle but just your vote.

I feel I have to speak up, as a Quebecer, the common opinion in the population, especially in the old one is that they fought to have their own country but lost the vote by a tiny % so overall people feel resentful to Canada and the federal governement. Yeah they live in the past, I know, but if we look in history our ancestors had to fight the british over centuries, most of it was fought in institutions and laws, because Quebecers were catholic and british were protestant, also Quebec absolutely wanted to preserve the french language, this unique dialect we have in Quebec. I don't know why language matter so much, but it does. So yeah, maybe that's why Quebec is racist a little, because in order to have the stuff we have now, a lot of nationalistic leader had to be elected. And I completely agree with it, most people wont say mean stuff but they wont mix in with other cultures.

If the premise that country of 38 milion people does not have enough people was true, countries like Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Singapore, Oman, Kuwait all with less than 10 milion people some less than 5 should have been basket cases. But comparing those countries and Canada when it comes to standard of living the latter looks like basket case. Terribly functioning health care, high unemployment, people living on the streets and now shortages of certain food items in stores. Not to mention the housing market where it is impossible for working people to buy a place because it was left to the speculators from abroad. To make it clear, I am not against immigration, but sanity has to return in place of ideological madness and vote buying.

And I believe get compensated quite well however… how is it that for someone -at the top of their field in your so desired “skilled” trades- position, can’t afford anything but your cheaply made “affordable” housing that (for someone like me) have a requirement for some garage space, not just s cookie cutter condo with a driveway… you’re taking all the possible space from current homeowners whom have desirable properties from the up and comers in the market. \n\n( Economic growth is just political pocket lining)

Really? Why does this government hate Canadians? Or is it that they are blind from reality? Canadians are struggling. Why bring more people here just because it helps liberals at voting booth. Immigrants expect good jobs. There are not a lot of jobs for Canadians born and raised in Canada. A lot of immigrants do not focus on work. But make it painful for Canadians so that they will quit jobs. Immigrants are party responsible for homelessness in the country. Canada's immigration policy should focus on quality labor to fill jobs for which they don't have locals available. just because there are 8 billion people, don't bring half a million here every year.
