Renting is the worst business in Canada. And the Toronto, Ontario and Canada Governements wonder why there is shortage of rental accommodations. I can easily accommodate one family in my home. But I know if there is an epidemic like Covid and the tenant does not pay the rent, I will be screwed. And rather than have a plan that can enable a tenant own a home, the Governments mentioned have plans that will make the landlord bankrupt and become a tenant! The tenancy laws are bad, bad, bad!

I got my PR in Canada in 2022, I went there and lived for 3 months and came back. I was better off in my home country than live in a rat race all my life in Canada freezing. Also I realise I was in Punjab instead of Toronto, wasn't expecting the quality of life which I was getting there.

When you own a home and are renting it out. You are fully responsible for the housing of the tenant. This is the rule in Canada. You want to take on the task of being a landlord then this is what you got to deal with. The rent amount must be so ridiculous that this poor girl can't afford it. ?

Great assessment. My wife left Vancouver 22yrs ago. It was bad then and has only gotten worse. Sadly the residents would rather smoke a joint than vote for a conservative govt and attend a church. Forget about GOD can't be surprised when he forgets about you. That said Australia is not much better and getting worse by the day. Your research is not up to date, and as a result, your video is a bit misleading . It’s true that in 2016 Canada lifted the visa requirement for Mexicans. However, as of February 29, 2024, Canada reinstated the requirement for Mexican’s to apply for a visitor visa before being able to fly to Canada.

As an immigrant to Canada myself, I have to state the obvious, the problem isn't just about immigration as it is about the total lack of discernment. Unlike what this government seems to believe, not all cultures are the same. Canada can and should give preference to immigrants from other democratic countries. When you import the third world, you import its problems. It's commendable to try to save everybody, but your existing citizens have to come first. Canada can't save the third world by becoming a part of it...
