Welcome to Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party’s dreamland. They are finding out nice words and good intentions are not enough to create prosperity. They believe (and the naive Canadians who voted for them) that words and intentions are enough. Intentions do not equal outcomes. Welcome to the real world, little Justin.

Unfortunately the deterioration that happened to Canada in the last 9 years and is still happening at a lightning speed is self inflected. Canadians had two election to get rid of Justin Trudeau, the Liberal, Jagmeet Singh and the NDPs who proved time after time they're unqualified, out of touch, self serving politicians.. We had an amazing country before 2015 federal election when Stephen Harper who studied economics and had a Masters degree was leading the country. Unfortunately in 2015 Canadians chose a Prime Minister because of his last name and his cute hair cut. Voting is a right and a responsibility that must be taken seriously, please examine candidates achievements before electing anyone. Canada is a great example of what happens to a country when you elect the wrong Prime Minister and the wrong government in three federal elections. RIP Canada

I'll be honest while writing this! Being Indian i feel ashamed nowadays bcoz of Trudeau's love affair for Khalistani's. When i came here 6 years it was way better but in last 2-3 years Trudeau has literally dumped whole Punjab into Canada without any screening. This people from my own country don't speak English, don't wanna dress in a civil way, don't wanna act civil, shove their religious thoughts on everyone and feel as if they own everything. Yes me being an Indian says this and yes I've gad enough of this Punjabi's. I came to Canada for a different life but it looks like it's getting worse from bad.\n\nTaxing us till death, handing out welfare cheques to the entitled ones (natives) of this country and treating actual taxpayers like shit is insane. Sorry to say but if actual Canadians don't raise their voice now this people from Punjab will takeover in no time and will overpower you. To a Liberal I guess this is considered progress. I'm in the process of moving to a small town to get away from the big city. I just want my last few retirement years to be spent with real Canadians. Trudeau has cheapened the meaning of what used to be Canadian.

This problem is unacceptable - they want to be here but they don't want to BE Canadian. They simply want to be IN Canada and Trudeau fell for it! They are very racist and shouldn't be approved to come in Canada. If you understood what they think about all other culture you would think twice - just go watch Tiktok they have coverage on what the Indian uncles talk about in Punjab etc. about everyone else. So they get to discriminate in housing market based on race? This is a human rights issue. In addition, we really get the low tier Indians who never had the tenacity to develop a business or master a top skill. As a Canadian Born Citizen, it’s my opinion that it’s the Islamic people who’s “holy book” teaches them to “loot and pillage” non-Muslims that is the problem, NOT people from India. This is not racism as I have not mentioned a race. Many people from Muslim countries are coming to Canada and IMMEDIATELY heading to the homeless shelters and IMMEDIATELY going on Welfare. Go to ANY FAMILY SHELTER IN TORONTO and tell me HOW MANY MUSLIMS ARE THERE. Their intentions from before they come here seems to be to milk us for all we are worth and Trudeau puts them at the FRONT OF THE LINE, while Canadian Born Citizens sleep on the streets because Muslims are given First Priority.

Funny how almost every Canadian to the last person blames Trudeau for the utter mess Canada is in (and I agree) and yet they can't vote him out of government. What a farce, liberal democracy.

Honestly it’s not that I’m completely opposed to immigration in the proper amounts but currently the were kinda eating a** in the housing department, so it feels as though we’re giving space for something that doesn’t completely exist yet, which is also drowning out legitimate citizens from being able to have affordable housing, therefore causing some sort of aggression towards people trying to get away from they own crap, but everyone needs housing and likes it affordable so it’s understandable. Maybe we could handle this sort of intake in like 30-50 years easily, but we’re filling a bucket that has so much going into it, I’m not knowledgeable on Canadian happenings to know all the intricacies. Though a layman could tell Justin Trudeau is a large contributor to this line of politically charged thinking that doesn’t really think about long term consequences.

Cannot get hired because all the jobs are taken by foreigners. Even at WALMART. They have conspired with the Trudeau govt to get grants to hire Indians over native Canadian people, born here. So we are on welfare and living in our parent's house for this BS. I have a Master's!!!!

Labor shortages are not caused by lack of people, but the lack of people willing to do the job for various reason like low wages. Instead incentivizing existing Canadians with higher wages, better working condition, etc., Canada chooses to accept more (desperate) immigrants.\n\nThere are definitely too many immigrants accepted in the last decade. People tend to give Justin Trudeau way to much credit for his deeds, good or bad. I have a feeling he is nothing but an employee to his bosses, which are not the canadian citizens. Big corporation are using him to enrich its shareholders regardless of the needs of the population. Massive immigration is good for economical growth: new customers!

Cultural diversity is not an asset that is talking to me. Trudeau should sell his bosses policies by emphasing on keeping consumerism and econominal growth going with massive immigration. But that comes at a cost: destruction of canadian culture and religion. (or enrichment should I say!)

Singapore has a much higher ranking than Canada. Canada used to be good. Trudeau has made Canada unliveable for both average Canadians as well as skilled immigrants. Now we have high cost of living, high inflation, mass taxation, healthcare declining, high crime and mass immigration.

I came from France back in 2015 whith my familly when Harper was still prime minister at the time , really I'd say things have been really great , my family and I have worked hard to get to where we are today and have always wanted to give back to our community here but I am disgusted to see in 2024 what Trudeau has done to the country and to see that immigration is no longer as prestigious as it used to be. Unlike some people we have today, I had to wait 3 years with my family before receiving approval to move to Canada (after so many exams, appointments and waiting times). I did my middle school here until college and I'm currently still looking for work in correctional and when I see that people arrive here afterwards without being permanent residents, who are literally flooding spots at colleges/university and also jobs that are normally open for young canadians in their 15-16 (When I was in high school, my first job was at a McDonald's, and without exception, everyone there was Canadian. Today, when I go back to the same McDonald's for a cheeseburger every now and then, the entire staff is nothing but Indians) .As a person with an immigrant background, I'm the first one to say that there's a very big problem in Canada, and that current immigration, mainly from India, is no longer for economic reasons but to reunite families.(They do not, and will never, assimilate into Canadian culture.)Now that I've grown up in Canada for almost half my life, I'm already thinking about either returning to France or start over somewhere else if nothing changes.\n\nThe Trudeau government, uncontrolled immigration, dangerous idelogies from extreme far left idea, rising unemployment, and economic misery getting worse every day , gradually pushes me away from the country I love, Oh Canada.

Trudeau sees this report he'll want to increase immigration even further. If the Canadian people want it slowed down, he'll make sure he'll do the opposite. It's how he rolls.

I want a leader who is strong. One who will stand up and put Canadians FIRST. Unfortunately, neither Pierre or Trudeau fit the criteria. Harrison is the only one who has the courage to speak about this. Politicans are side stepping the issue and Pierre promised them PR if he's voted in. \nSo the only choices I have are not voting or voting for PPC. The conservatives don’t touch the subject because of the fear of being perceived as “racist”. They shouldn’t worry about that perception, since everyone of all backgrounds are feeling it’s gotten out of hand. I say this as a naturalized Canadian citizen born in the Philippines (arrived here in the early 1980s). There’s been far too much immigration under Trudeau and it needs to be reduced severely. It’s affecting everyone negatively. MATH is not racist.

The real problem is that Indians don't assimilate very well. In Fiji Indians were first brought in 1879. After more than a century they finally took over the government. This has led to 4 coup de tat. I personally wonder if Pierre Trudeau implemented a plan of social engineering in order to destabilize English speaking Canada. A very real problem is legislation that has favoured minority groups. The 1984 Multiculturalism Act has stifled debate on the subject and the Employment Equities Act of 1986 has allowed minority hiring quotas to discriminate against the majority. Just remember that it was Canadians that voted for this.

I never voted for Trudeau. EVER! And before you think I am a CP supporter, I am not. I am not a Conservative. Yet when he came to power I knew it would be a disaster for this country. In the last 10 years Trudeau's Administration--or considered lack thereof--has just devastated us. His Liberal Government is absolutely disgusting. I wish people would have seen that he was never a good choice. He's enabled life in Canada to just collapse. He has not pushed for anything unless the NDP lit fire under his governments behind in the past few years. Yet they can't do everything. The Liberal Gov't consistently has been utterly lethargic in it's response to any urgency confronting Canadians. They are so out of touch and cynical in my mind it isn't funny. One thing I will agree with that the Conservative Party has said is that everything is broken. As a born and raised Canadian I can tell you it doesn't surprise me that people are leaving this place in droves. If I could, I would too. It is a sorrowful state of affairs. I lament what is happening to my country.
