I want to move to a muslim country so bad but unfortunately higher education is not good for kids in those countries especially if we move out of the USA and I don’t want to limit their future.

I would like to suggest to you the country of Tunisia located between Algeria and Libya in Northern Africa. It is a beautiful and safe country that while it is an Islamic country it still is a democracy. And moving there from Canada you can live like royalty. Wherever you choose may Allah protect your family always.

MashaAllah, u guys r such an amazing couples and parents. I know this is not an easy decision, but Allah is with u and I really stand and look up to u. Every parent knows what is best for their children and families. I live in Pakistan 2. Me and my brother were born in US to Pakistani parents. My mom didn't want to leave US but my dad said there is no religious environment there plus our whole family lives in Pakistan and didn't want us to grow there. Our apartment owner who was Christian was not letting us go. He said that u guys r such an amazing people, good Muslims, nice to everyone and take Care for everyone. It was really hard for both of my parents but Allah made it easy for us. My mom passed away when I was 18 and my brother 15 and I really miss her. My option is u can guys move to Pakistan. U can get Islamic education + Islamic environment. No matter how bad our politics, government doesn't care about Its own country and no cleanliness but I still love Pakistan. I really respect you guys for making such a hardest decision with strength. I really support you guys with this decision. Just don't mind I was just giving an advice that Pakistan is way better but it is totally up to u guys which country u like to make your better life. But where ever u guys go, u are all always in my prayers even our brothers and sisters in Gaza. My parents on the other hand, desperately want to move to US and I keep telling them life there is not easy and the biggest hurdle is freedom to practice deen, but they can't seem to understand that. And also, why would I move to a country where my tax payer money goes into directly funding the genocide of my brothers and sisters. I am so proud of you guys for bringing up these points and making a conscious decision. The only place apart from Pakistan I would truly love to live in is Madina. Salam ?? I'm happy for you. Do whatever is best for your family. My father-in-law was born and raised in the states, remarried and moved to Malaysia. If his opinion was the one to go by, Malaysia is to be ranked as the best country in the world. It has everything you would want according to your list of why you're leaving Canada: warm weather; affordable; Muslim nation; doesn't support israehell. I live in Michigan. I hate it here for the exact same reasons you outlined. I have literally never traveled outside of Michigan EVER due mostly to fear and anxiety of traveling. So the idea of MOVING is almost impossible due to fear and anxiety alone. I have a question, what about extended family? Won't you miss them, or are they tagging along? Salam and good luck ??

Is it really possible to just move to any country you want? I imagine most of them have stringent regulations regarding immigration--unless you are wealthy, of course. Anyway, just curious..... Good luck with your move!

Omg, this is exactly the video I needed! I've lived my whole life in America, but my parents immigrated, so sometimes I feel guilty about wanting to leave. I really want to live in a Muslim country, and being from NYC, I love the city so Dubai is the only option I can think of. But I feel like Dubai has changed, I want a place more Islamic. I respect your decision to leave Canada. You have to do what is right for you and your family. I am not religious but I believe that all peoe have the right to believe as they choose. I also find that Islam is one of the most peaceful, loving religions there is. I too am very unhappy with my government for standing by and supporting the genocide of Palastine. I support President Biden and he has done many wonderful things but the support Israel by my government and president makes me infuriated. It is wrong. My now 19 year old son,my mother who lives with us and myself are looking to move as well. We want some place with winter so we can sky, and snowboard and do all things we love without having to travel two states over. I am Malaysian, with Malaysian mom and Pakistani dad. 20 years ago my extended families in Pakistan moved to Canada and started life from scratch. Everything was kinda smooth but ever since the government supports genocide, they decided to leave Canada settle down in another muslim country so this would be their second hijrah. I cant blame you for the cold. I dont love the winter either. I moved back to the cold winter from the coast and boy do you get spoiled on either coast of canada for weather! I just dont like to be cold. If I could move to the USA, preferably texas. I would go. In terms of living costs, its sad how many canadians dont understand that places like BC and ON have been pricey for a long time. Its new in other provinces to be this expensive and AB, SK, MB, QC. While some of those provinces are more expensive than others, they're new to the super high prices and many refuse to recognize how ON and BC have been paying these prices far longer then inflation right now, which isn't new either. While I'm not muslim, I am LDS and we are not a favourite religion in society either. We get chastised all the time and nobody bats an eye. I've been insulted by employers, our church buildings have been set on fire. I still have to explain why my faith doesn't believe in working on sundays (as employers want that these days). I think some religions or non religious dont want to recognize what we get put through too. Even though we can relate to muslims in our own way. My faith enjoys serving communities with the muslims, I have worked with muslims and many are just the kindest people! The first president of our church got murdered and our people got chased within the USA and americans seem to believe that this doesn't happen in their own country but the same hate has and continues to happen in my faith. So I can understand, we face a lot of rejection when we speak about our faith. I can understand in my own way how you feel.

Non muslim here I wish all the best and safe travels. Keep in mind when moving, something my family did not keep in mind, is the access to your groceries. As a latino when you move from NYC (area full of a diverse foods and ingredients from the mother land) to another state or country it is extremely difficult to recreate dishes we grew up with. Food is as much apart of your culture as anything else and can be a comfort when living in a new place. Just something to keep in mind when you decide to settle down in the new home. I am right there with you guys but not for the reason you guys are leaving I hate the fighting. No matter who they are I hate seeing people that are innocent being hurt... Our problem here in America is Donald Trump! I am so fed up with that man and if he wins again I'm definitely moving to a different country but the same reasons you guys are freedom... Because if he gets back in office we will no longer be free unfortunately I have grandchildren and children and I don't know what to do about that, makes my heart so sad that I don't know what to do about them and I can't do anything for them but I try to keep my options opening hope and pray that we don't get him in office again.... Being an Indian living in Canada for over 22 years and working in healthcare system, I would highly recommend to check your vitamin levels (especially vitamin D, B12 if vegetarians) and general health regularly (it applies to those living in US and European countries). A known phenomenon that occurs especially during darker colder months is Seasonal effective disorder (SAD) and needs to be dealt with before it turns in depression. \n \nLife is hard l, no matter where you live but if you decide to move to foreign countries…just be prepared to face difficulties and adjust your expectations accordingly.

My family moved 22 years ago from Mumbai to Toronto…while the struggles said on your channel are real, there are also perks which I feel like you didn’t get to experience. If people have good jobs, stable family life then DON’T move…culture shock is huge that people moving from India don’t consider, just by wearing and eating western food doesn’t make you western! \nThere are sacrifices to be expected which you don’t realized as your great grandparents or grandparents might have made when they started out! \nMoving to another country is never easy, unless you’re loaded with $$$. People in India are lazy as they have people working for them and don’t realize how difficult it is living outside of that lifestyle (not everyone in India can afford housekeepers, cleaners). Being independent and doing things on your own has its own positive (just need to figure it out). \n\nI have worked in healthcare for 16 years and let me tell you…social system works better as everyone gets the health service without being judged about $$. Healthcare is based on priority around the world but people don’t understand this as they feel like their problem should be attended first no matter what! \nNot all drugs are legal in Canada, marijuana is legal though with acceptable limits…you probably were misinformed about drugs! Teach your kids about right /wrong when it comes to drugs, smoking, alcohol and that’s the best you can do! I know people who live in India and do all that which you mentioned you were worried about for your kids. \n\nWhat you experienced was a classic case of culture shock and your expectations didn’t match the reality! Moving away from family, changing lifestyle and being responsible adult (doing things on your own rather than relying on workers) is difficult but doesn’t make the country bad that have you an opportunity to settle! Don’t take things for granted even while you live in India…appreciate the effort that goes into everything- keeping roads clean, people working hard, etc. \n\nBest advice I can give to those considering moving to any foreign country is: Keep an open mind, be ready to work hard and visit the country you want to move to before you make the grave decision of uprooting everything! Things usually turn around and get better after 5 years mark- focus on upgrading your education if you have a basic degree from India (even you know how competitive things are in India, so how can western world not be!)\n\nBeing vegetarian- things are tough when it comes to food but living in Toronto has never been an issue. Even people living in India avoid outside food due to hygiene reason which is not a problem in Canada as food inspection is pretty strict (having worked with ministry of health). \nCities like Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, etc has variety of food options (including veg)…just have to be really open to trying other cultural food (Asian, Mediterranean, Italian,Mexican, etc). My parents are strict vegetarians and have never truly struggled when they are out. \n\nCost of living is definitely higher as the standard living is higher compared to India. Education (until grade 12) and healthcare are free (in reality, you pay tax for it), you get pension when you retire (based on your contributions and type of jobs you had)…you failed to navigate the system and I will say having family around is why you didn’t take opportunity to explore and learn on your own. \n\nPlease don’t come to Canada and make life difficult for other Indians who choose to willingly accept the culture and lifestyle here after going through this hardship- cost of living and housing has gone up dramatically in major cities because of immigration influx! If you’re serious about moving and putting up, only then move! Otherwise all the best for your future endeavours!

Canada has a massive hypocrisy that counters their 'inclusive' image. They are in fact more exclusive than most places, and extremely elitist, and discriminatory. Their immigration does not help matters by having a system that is SO insanely classist, that really only rich people can enter, and even then, it may not be enough. I read about a millionaire that was rejected entry, because they had a deaf child! Can you imagine?? So they are also extremely ableist as well, and lacking logic, as a millionaire can obviously afford their own child's medical care, and what does it matter anyway when Canada is supposed to have national health coverage?? So nuts. Yeah, they don't want to own that. They just love to call out the USA, whose immigration rules are FAR more lax than Canada's, or really most countries for that matter. Most people are totally ignorant about how the USA system actually works. Anyone can move to the USA. We let TOO MANY people in. Canada only wants young, rich, successful people to enter their country. Everyone else can just drop dead for all they care, and hey, with the laws about 'voluntary life ending', and how they are grossly encouraging that now for anyone who may be old, depressed, or otherwise 'expendable', what do we expect?

Canada just needs immigrants to fill their minimum wage workplaces therefore if you are well educated in your own country you much better off staying out of Canada and move to some other country

Everything that was the wonderful free, secure, safe, affordable-ish, fun country I grew up in, *IS TOTALLY GONE starting in 2015* and rapidly getting frighteningly worse every year after. If my entire history, children and grandchildren were not all here I would move in a HEARTBEAT. One thing that makes me sick is that just down the road a lady had just passed away after renovating the whole house. The stupid council let these idiots move in and ripped the whole house of new stuff out and dumped it in a skip then started growing drugs. Luckily the 4 guys were arrested.
